Chapter 64 - 64

Alvin and Charles exchanged a quick glance when they heard that Mr Kael would join the fight. They found it amusing.

Looking at the different reaction on their face, Mr Kael continued.

He turned around and raised his hand, then pointed to a big sign board on the building.

"That is our academy motto, 'Teamwork, take care of those in your team, fight as a team'."

Looking at the direction pointed by Mr Kael, Alvin saw a red colour sign board. It was a signboard written by hand.

Alvin guessed that it was written by Mr Kael, because the handwriting was similar to Mr Kael's handwriting.

Mr Kael gave the sign board a long look before turning back to the students.

"All right, that is all for the rules. Now it is time for your performance review" Mr Kael said. He glanced at everyone, then paused for a moment.

"All of you have a great teamwork. You guys have a good sense of teamwork and play your role accordingly." Mr Kael nodded as he said.

"Jack, you have a great cloud level and cloud spell as a defense knight. The next thing you need to learn is how to position yourself in the battlefield. You must be able to block the enemy at the same time protect your teammate from the enemy. Go and learn the book called 'Position and formation in cloud battle' " Mr Kael said.

Hearing that, Jack frowned and then nodded. Indeed, in the final test, he didn't protect his teammate, Szyi well, which resulted in Szyi getting attacked by Mr Kael.

"Ok." Jack nodded.

"Charles. You have a powerful single point cloud spell. You need to learn how to control them in terms of speed and timing."

Charles furrowed his brow. He didn't understand what it meant by speed and timing.

"For example, look at this stone. Imagine it as your arrow." Seeing the confusion on Charles's face, Mr Kael said as he picked up a stone on the floor. Then, he summoned his cloud, a white colour book.

Mr Kael called this book "Wisdom book".

"First cloud spell, rank 1, water drop."

Then, under Mr Kael's control, a huge water drop was attached to the stone, enveloping the stone.

With that, Mr Kael threw the stone out.

As the stone stretched across the air, it was shimmering in blue, at the same time the stone was accelerating and decelerating periodically.

Seeing that, Charles's eyes widened.

"This is a very advanced cloud control method. I noticed that you have a really good foundation in cloud control. I don't know who teaches you that, but it is a great cloud control method. You can try to use it in controlling the speed and manipulate the timing of your attack."

"Understand, thanks" Charles said in a serious tone. He was always looking for a way to improve his cloud power. The advice from Kael was precious to him.

Musing about the suggestion, Charles nodded. He understood that there was a lot of potential in his cloud control and the tempo of his attack.

"And, for you. Alvin." Mr Kael pasued for a moment before continued as if thinking about it.

"For you Alvin, the magic mat that you used is very special. You should hide it and use it as a secret weapon."

Alvin nodded.

"For your cloud casting speed and cloud control, it is good. The next thing you should focus on is the big picture. As an attack mage, you need to focus on the whole battle and support the whole team."

Alvin lowered his eyes lid, thinking about it.

"For example, when Jack was handling the reflected fire wall, you can cast a wind blade to help him. With that, he would have a chance to attack me, considering he was just a few meters in front of me."

"Understand. Thanks" Alvin said with a sincere tone. In his primary cloud academy, he learnt all the cloud skills for 1 vs 1. He knew that now he had learned and practised more on the team fighting.

"Szyi." Mr Kael moved his gaze to Szyi and said.

"Yes." After startling for a second, Szyi looked at Mr Kael and said.

"As a support class, your cloud spells are great. It is good to have the recovery and damage increase as your cloud spell. The next thing you need to learn is the timing to use them. You remembered the last spell you cast?"

"Ya, the damage increases when we are dealing with a water tornado?" Szyi asked to confirm.

"Yes, that was excellent. You don't always need to use your spell at the start of the fight. You can hold some of them and use it in critical timing, just like how you handle the tornado "

"Okay" Szyi said with a bright smile.

"And Elaine." Mr Kael said.

Elaine raised her chin and looked at Mr Kael. There was a grin on her face. She tilted her head a little, as if waiting for the praise.

"You have some really rare cloud spells. A water clone sword is one of the powerful cloud spells for the water element. "

Hearing that, Elaine grinned wider. There was a gleam of satisfaction in her eyes.

"The next thing you should learn is to control them. The three swords that you formed can be used to attack enemies from three directions or you can stack them into one to form a strong attack. It is a spell that is full of potential." Mr Kael said gently. Out of so many cloud spells, he himself would rank this water clone sword on the top 10 percent.

"I know how powerful it is and I don't need you to teach me that." Elaine raised her voice. She felt angry. She didn't think Mr Kael qualified to say such things to her.

Although she knew that she didn't fully utilize the cloud spell, she didn't like it when someone point that out to her.
