Ye Shen was in deep thought. He didn't know where he should start. Explaining to this mortal human about his origins? The doctor would have deemed him as a crazy person instead. But then, he came to realize that Doctor Wang spoke the same language as him.
"Wait a minute. You understand my tongue?" Ye Shen pointed to his face.
Doctor Wang adjusted his glasses. "More or less, yes. Yours are very similar to my mother tongue; Mandarin. However, your dialect was quite odd in my ear. But, I can understand what you were saying just fine."
Ye Shen stared at the ceiling while rubbing his chin, thinking about the unlikely coincidence.
'In summary, does this planet have the same Ancestors as my home world? Also, how long has humanity existed in this plain?'
Ye Shen gave up his thoughts about this world's likeliness compared to his home world.
'Tsk, whatever. Thanks to this healer, I survived the fall. That's what matters the most.'
He then focused on the holographic screen before his eyes.
"Er, how about this bluish screen in front of me? Can you see it as well?"
Doctor Wang cleared his throat before he spoke. "No. Not before you fully activate the system and add my ID CHIP as the contributor."
"Ahh, okay?"
Seeing Ye Shen's dumbfounded expression, Doctor Wang tapped his wrist, summoning a holographic screen on which shows his general information. "Something like this."
Ye Shen looked at the screen studiously.
[Neo Shanghai Ministry of Health and Human Services]
[Name: Wang Qi, PhD.]
[Age/Sex: 80 y.o/Male]
[Occupation: Doctor]
[Address: Neo Shanghai, Slum District, Street… Number XXX]
[Title and Awards]
[....]
He was surprised when he could read and comprehend alphabet letters just fine. "How can I…"
"Understand what is written on the screen?"
"Yes."
"Well, the Ultimate Fighter System that I installed to your ID CHIP has the auxiliary codes that helps you comprehend various pieces of information in just a split second. Hence your ability to learn the alphabet letters in just a glimpse."
Ye Shen caressed the back of his neck, feeling the protruded area where the ID CHIP was augmented directly into his spinal cord.
Notwithstanding his wrecked body, Ye Shen indeed felt his mind was as clear as a day. Furthermore, his senses were also heightened to the point that he could perceive the dust particles in slow motion.
"Do you remember anything prior to the fall? Like, your name or your age, perhaps?" Doctor Wang inquired, fiddling on his screen.
Acknowledging how fleeting a human's life could be, and judging by the amount of ambient Qi Energy in the air, he then realized that living beings on this small planet have short life expectancy. A hundred years old, at max.
Initially, he almost disclosed his true age which was around 1000 years old, relative to the River of Time in his previous world. If he ought to consider the time dilation between the two universes, Ye Shen was well over ten thousand years old relative to Earth's time passage.
Ye Shen didn't want to weave any unwanted feelings or a bond with this small planet. Moreover, getting too familiar with mortal human's lives was not a good thing to do. Henceforth, he opted to lie to the doctor for the time being.
"Ye Shen. Twenty five years old." He replied.
"I see." Doctor Wang nodded a few times, he then put his glasses into his pocket, finishing the examination for the day.
"Thank you for saving my life." Ye Shen wanted to salute the doctor properly yet his body was as stiff as a trunk. "But, why would you save a total stranger like me?"
"Don't fret it. I'm just doing my job." Doctor Wang said. "Though I must apologize to you for putting the ID CHIP into your spinal cord without your consent."
"I am alive. That's what is most important."
"You are right. I will explain something to you."
After a nod, Doctor Wang began to explain what had happened to Ye Shen's body on the operation table. Doctor Wang also provided Ye Shen with the X-ray scan to give him a clear image of his current brains.
"What you see here is your fractured spinal cord." Doctor Wang pointing at the x-ray scan. "Although your body is exquisitely tough, this one section is extremely fragile. Everything went really well for the first half, but we were losing you near the end. Therefore, I had no choice but to augment the ID CHIP to connect your brain and your body."
Ye Shen was fascinated by the advanced technologies that were being used by Doctor Wang instead of worrying about his physical condition.
As a Cultivator, Ye Shen could see through any object behind the obstacles by recognising the structural Qi Energy of the said object. However, the imagery that was shown before his eyes was completely different.
"So, what can this system do for me?" Ye Shen inquired.
"Well, why don't you try it for yourself." Doctor Wang smiled gently.
Trusting Doctor Wang's goodwill, Ye Shen typed his name, it took him a while to locate every letter on the qwerty keyboard. Once he's done, the Ultimate Fighting System was fully activated. Ye Shen's brains were flooded with tons of data at once. He couldn't help but to endure a little bit of headache during the process.
[Ultimate Fighter System is fully activated]

"Wow!" Ye Shen was so excited. "So, in summary, these letters tell me the current condition of my body. Am I correct?"
Doctor Wang, on the other hand, was utterly horrified by Ye Shen's [Combative Intelligent]. As a former fighter himself in his younger days, he had seen numerous fighters with insane physical stats.
However, this was his first time meeting with someone who has [S+] in every aspect of [Combative Intelligent].
Ye Shen's high aptitude in combat would mean only one thing. He had been in constant battle in his life and had killed hundreds if not thousands of opponents.
"Wang Yīshēng." Ye Shen addressed the doctor with a respectful tone. "Is there something the matter?"
(author's note: Yīshēng[醫生]: Medical Scholar. A title given to those who mastered the art of healing during Middle China.)
Notwithstanding Ye Shen's unbelievable physical and combative stats, Dr. Wang Qi gazed deeply into the young man's eyes. "Last question."
"Yes?"
"Are you a bad person, or a good person? Or perhaps, someone in between?"
Ye Shen pondered a little bit. As a Cultivator who walks in the path of Dao to pursue Godhood, he views the life of mortals from an outsider's perspective. He wouldn't let himself waver by mortal's standards.
He did what it took to survive in the perilous universe. That includes killing those who deserve it and those who aren't as the collateral of his brutal fights. But of course, he still upholds the moral compass that was taught by his mother.
"Never kill without a reason. Protect your loved ones. And lastly, always be true to yourself."
Ye Shen still remembered his mother's last words before she was taken away to the Heavenly Palace just like yesterday morning.
After a while, a big smile painted on his face before answering Dr. Wang's question. "How would I know?"
