Freezing was the first thought Aoni had when he went from being comfortably warm to submerged entirely in snow, and the shock of such a situation was no different than having a jug of water dumped on your head.
Even so, he was only buried in the snowbank for a split second before his eyes snapped open, and the Lad jumped to his feet while emitting a roar.
"AHH TOO COLD!!!" Unaware of what was happening, it didn't take the Lad long to take in his surroundings. He noticed his summon bouncing around happily as if she had made the biggest achievement of all time.
Like that, the pieces of the puzzle clicked into place, and he realized that the creature, not even an eighth of his size, had not only dragged him out of the cave, where he remembered being, but also hurled him into the snow, all while he was unconscious.
