Chapter 3 - CH003

Aloisa Carter's heart beat more than what was normal. If she were with a blood pressure monitor, her rate would exceed more than 180 beats per minute.

She had received a cryptic text from one of her former house keepers telling her to return home if she wanted to catch her husband red handed in what she suspected him of.

She had wanted to tell her off but recalling that the same worker had on several occasions in the past reported her husband to her on accusations of graping and sexual harassments, she had felt the need to do her bidding this time around.

Probably because she had been trusting of her husband before and considered him of not being capable of what she was accusing him of. Coupled with his defense about her wanting a double of her income and the said lady's complaints the previous week about her increasing her income, she had taken her husband's word and laid off the lady.

But now, as she stood in front of her matrimonial room listening on to the discussion from voices that were overtly familiar for her to dismiss, she couldn't help but feel disappointed in herself for not believing the reports she had gotten regarding her husband earlier on.

"Am i in yet?" The male voice came and it was followed by a reply from another voice.

"Only little. I want to feel you deep inside me. Put it deeper inside me please" the lady practically pleaded.

She opened the door ajar, leaving it to bang at the side of the wall as she entered.

" Moxion!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, watching the two figures on the bed freeze in their act.

If someone told her that her husband whom she had done everything for would turn out to be a chest, she wouldn't believe. Afterall, she hadn't even believed when numerous laid off house workers of hers did, seeing him on the act by herself seemed to carry a different kind of aura that lingered.

"Babe, it's not what it seems to be" Moxion said while standing from the bed he was on, making sure to cover the lady behind him with the duvet.

Aloisa's eyes twitched red and she used a finger to wipe off the tears forming at the left corner of her eyes.

Moxion stood like the proverbial lamb awaiting its master to lead it to the slightest house. His manhood dangled in the baggy see through he jort he had picked from the floor and worn in a hurry and his eyes carried a some what distant gaze in them, like one who didn't care about the aftermath of the present, just regrets of being caught.

He scrutinized Aloisa from head to toe. His eyes not darting off her belly swollen with pregnancy for a second.

His nose crinkled and the the expression on his face dulled, as if he had been irritated to see her and he wasn't empathetic enough not to show it.

He bore into her face, wanting her to see him and how he saw her.

Her nose that were becoming bigger with every passing month, as well as her hyper pigmented skin filled with rashes. Where was he to start from with what irritated him about her?

It was true that she bought them a house in the fast developing estate he had requested and even shouldering the house bills well for years now. But that didn't mean she had the right to being this angry just because she caught him having a moment of his life.

She was just his wife and not his lover nor soulmate. Why was she feeling as if he had broken all promises he made to her when in real sense he had made none?

Their marriage had been that of convenience on his part. A lady who was crazily in love with him and he who was just interested in climbing the ladders of his career in the entertainment industry. She came along and promised to take care of him and his needs if he accepted her love. What else was there to it that she wouldn't bat an eyelid just because she caught him cheating.

Aloisa clenched her fists by her sides. Who was she to go after?

The lady who didn't understand the sisterhood code and came for a stand with her husband in their marital room filled with photos of their wedding hanged all over the wall, or her husband who disrespected her by not just cheating on her but bringing the woman over.

"Why?" Aloisa managed to mutter to her husband. Her voice barely above a whisper. She peered into her eyes as if doing so would let her see a glimpse of his soul.

If there was another lady in the room with them at that moment, Aloisa didn't care. Her eyes were fixated on her husband and that was all that mattered in the moment. Her husband. The man she knew. The man she had married.

Why? Why had he done what he did? What was it she hadn't done for him? Just what? Sex? She had introduced numerous styles to him for him not to discard her with such an excuse of her denying him some. She had been all for his pleasure. Since they got married, the entire years they have, she had always sought to satisfy him, always about him and all for his pleasure. She didn't even know what it was for a female to cum.

Helping him out? Being his supporter and support system? How many nights has she worked shifts even as a pregnant woman to be avle to pay for flight tickets to shooting locations he had said he got acting gigs in. And in the end, he never brought back anything to show that he was a cast in a movie.

She did the whole house chores. She even bought the house they lived in and the furnitures all over. What exactly was it she was lacking?!

She wasn't barren! She was currently seven months pregnant with his son and this was how he was going to repay her for all her sacrifices for him??

"Why Moxion? Why?" Her voice came again but this time inaudible more than it was before as she could taste the salt that was contained in the tears that trickled down her eyes.

Moxion sighed. Women. This was why he hated them. The emotional beings.

"There's no way you expected me to stay with you forever, Aloisa! I am a man! I need different pussies the way I change foods!" He slammed at her and Aloisa was left at a loss for words, his sentence throwing her off balance.

Was this truly the man she had married years back or she had married a shadow of him. Was this the man that had worshipped the ground she walked on before? Who was this man before her because clearly, his wasn't the husband that she had married and fallen in love with with her two clear eyes. Or had she been drunk when she said yes the night he asked her to marry him at the balcony of her penthouse?

The lady under the duvet seemed to be suffocating underneath and shifted the duvet to catch some fresh air.

Unfortunately for her, her face showed and Aloisa saw her.

Her world tilted on its axis and before she could tell what was happening from what was not, she found herself skidding to the floor, unable to control her falling nor her consciousness.
