"Wow, I gained six additional skills in over a day," Lucian said impressed. "what are my stats points used for," Just as Lucian said that, a system notification appeared.

A system notification flickered into view, glowing softly.

[Stats points can be allocated to enhance core attributes such as Strength, Agility, Endurance, Intelligence, or Magic Affinity. Choose wisely, as each allocation may affect your combat abilities, magic proficiency, or overall survival.]

Lucian scratched his head, eyes scanning the numbers on his status screen. "So, I can make myself stronger... but which should I choose?"

His mind raced. He remembered the intense fight with Venomclaw, barely managing to keep up with its sheer power and agility. His fire magic had helped, but he couldn't rely on it alone. Then there was the poison from the beast—something he hadn't prepared for.

Lucian tapped the stat points section, and a new screen unfolded, displaying each stat's potential effects.

[Strength: Increases physical power, affecting close-combat damage.]

[Agility: Enhances speed and reflexes, crucial for dodging attacks.]

[Endurance: Improves stamina and defense, allowing for longer fights.]

[Intelligence: Boosts magic proficiency and critical thinking in battle.]

[Magic Affinity (Fire): Strengthens fire-based attacks and magical control.]

He tapped his chin, weighing his options. "I'll need more firepower for bigger threats, but agility kept me alive last time..."

[Allocate Stat Points]

Lucian hesitated for a moment, then quickly made his decision.

[+10 Strength]

[+10 Agility]

[+10 Endurance]

[+10 Magic Affinity]

Immediately, he felt a surge of energy rush through his body. His muscles tightened, his senses sharpened, and the fire magic inside him seemed to burn brighter.

[Stats Allocated. Strength: 310, Agility: 310, Endurance: 310, Magic Affinity: 210 (Fire)]

Lucian closed the status screen and clenched his fists, feeling the power coursing through him. His flames felt more alive, more intense.

"I need to train more," Lucian muttered. "So that I will become the strongest demon hunter," he said as he slept on the bed.

The sun was up, and the morning sunlight poured through the window, casting warm rays across Lucian's face. He stirred, blinking his eyes open to the quiet room. For a moment, everything felt calm, but the memories of his last battle with Venomclaw flooded back, sparking the fire of determination inside him. He had come far, but there was still a long road ahead.

He got up, stretching as his muscles tensed with the newfound strength and agility from the stat points he had allocated the night before. His magic felt more potent, and his endurance seemed different—he was ready to push himself further.

Lucian stepped out of the room, the morning air cool against his skin. As his eyes adjusted to the light, he spotted Althea standing near the doorway, her radiant staff resting beside her.

The staff gleamed like it had been forged from pure sunlight itself. Its shaft was a brilliant gold, etched with delicate symbols that seemed to glow softly in the daylight. Spirals of white light danced across its surface, shifting as if alive with divine power. The staff's head was crowned with a flawless crystal orb, suspended within a series of elegant, interlocking rings that rotated ever so slightly, channeling the magic of light through the air. The orb radiated a serene, yet powerful, energy.

Beyond its ethereal beauty, the staff was also a formidable weapon. The lower end of the staff tapered into a sharp, spear-like point, reinforced with celestial steel, making it suitable for close combat. Althea had learned to wield it gracefully, her movements a perfect blend of magic and martial prowess.

She caught Lucian's gaze and smiled. "Ready for the journey?" Her voice was calm, but there was a persistent strength behind her words. Which journey? Don't tell me you plan to follow me back to the city of Elysium.

"Yes I am, I went to the inn this morning and luckily I met Commander Draven and told him that I would like to follow back to the city of Elysium and train to become a demon hunter and he accepted saying "There is enough space in my house, you are welcome to stay"

"Fine then, but have you told Miss Charlotte you will follow me to Elysium, and where is she anyway?" Lucian asked, noticing he had not seen her since he arrived. "She went out with her squad of demon hunters, and I have left a letter for her telling her everything. I am grateful to her. She was the one who found me and raised me since I was ten."

"Alright then, why don't we head to the inn to meet Commander Draven and the rest? We do not want to delay them," Lucian said.

Althea nodded, her eyes glimmering with a sense of excitement and perhaps a little nervousness as well. Together, they made their way through the streets of the town, where the early morning bustle had already begun. The scent of fresh bread and the hum of the people in the town going about their day filled the air. Lucian couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia; this place had been home for a while now, but his future lay beyond it—far beyond it.

As they approached the inn, Lucian spotted Commander Draven standing by the entrance, his imposing figure as stern and unyielding as ever. "Good, you are both here we were just about to leave. Both Galen and Selene are ready." Commander Draven said as Galen and Selene came out of the inn but then their eyes were immediately drawn to Althea's staff.

"That magic staff is very unique, I have never seen anything like it before, how did you get this magic staff" Commander Draven asked touching his chin as he looked at it with curiosity. "I just happened to come across it when I was little" Althea replied. "And ever since then, I noticed that I was the only one able to use it.

"So you just happened to stumble upon it? Selene asked, and Althea replied immediately "Yes" "Now looking at it, It quite looks like the staff of the Goddess of light, and what a coincidence, you both bear the name Althea"

"Oh no no, I am just grateful to bear the same name as the goddess of light," Althea said with a smile. "Alright then, let's head to the aircraft and head to Elysium," Commander Draven said as they all headed to the outskirts of

town.
