[Tutorial Completed]
'Tutorial?', I wondered, feeling as if those nine years of gaming had just been the premisse of something bigger.
A strong light came out of my computer, and I fell unconscious.
With pain burning through my body, I strangely heard something like
[Starting Transmission]
This time, however, it was not through my earphones, but through my brain, as if some kind of magic had invaded my mental space.
When I woke up, I was faced with an unbelievable situation.
My body felt strangely nimble. Hands covered in leather gloves, a knife and hand crossbow hanging on my back. A pouch of poison secured on my belt. Boots of black colours and more importantly, a very familiar spider statue in front of me.
If I did not understand the situation befalling me after nine years of intense gaming, I would kill myself.
I had transmigrated in the [Spider Brotherhood Inn], one of the spawning locations of [Human Rogues] in the game. Human and rogue were the favourite race & class combination that I enjoyed playing. High survivability rate, versatility and more importantly, the ability to gather information and open treasure chests.

Upon thinking of a status page, a familiar blue screen popped in front of my eyes. Judging by the lack of reactions of the other newbies around me, I understood that no one besides me could see it. Still, not wanting to draw attention, I mentally closed it.
I heard a scream.
"AAAAAAAAAAH...IS SOMEONE FROM EARTH? PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS A DREA-"
'Oof...Here I thought I was alone in the game-', I thought before I saw a bolt coursing through the room
*SPLASH*
The shot was accurate. The instructor leaked his crossbow in a crude manner.
"Remember, fellow rogues. [Travelers] are wanted by the royals and must be killed on sight, inside AND outside of the Tower of Abyss", he said
Instinctively, I shouted in unison with the others: "Praise the spider!"
I had just witnessed someone get murdered, and I knew for a fact that he was in the same situation as I was.
This was the world I had reincarnated into.
A world that did not allow a single mistake.
A world where both the tower and the city outside of it were terrifying.
Yet for some reason, my body was not shaking. I felt a strange calmness.
I was in my element. This was a world, an environment that I knew better than anyone.
