Within the main business hub of Beijing city stood a magnificent building. It was the main headquarters of Zhou Group of Companies.
Currently, a black Mercedes Benz S class stopped before the building and none other than Han Ziyou stepped out along with Qin Jun.
They entered the building where everyone either greeted them respectfully or lowered their heads to avoid eye contact with the lady that turned the whole company upside down.
Though it was in a good way, it was still intimidating.
The two headed up to the modern and comfortable CEO's office and Han Ziyou took a relaxing seat on the swivel chair.
She twirled a bit with a smile on her face.
Qin Jun's jaw twitched at the sight. Honestly if people truly knew what a child his boss was, they wouldn't be so afraid of her.
Seriously look at her. Twirling on the swivel chair.
Suddenly Han Ziyou stopped though and put on a serious expression.
"Full report. What's happened while I was unconscious?"
Qin Jun could only smile bitterly. From all smiles to strict and scary. He had to have broken a Guinness World Record for the PA to go through the craziest emotional rollercoaster with his boss.
However, Qin Jun didn't slack and calmly gave the full report.
"Zhou Rutong took the opportunity to appeal to the board of directors during your unconscious state. He seems to be seeking out strong backing from the directors with hopes of helping Zhou Xi ascend to chairman position."
Han Ziyou nodded, "In simple terms he wants to get rid of me. Tell me how many directors have already caved in into him?"
Han Ziyou questioned with an unreadable gaze as she rested her chin on her propped up hand.
Qin Jun however looked at Han Ziyou nervously as he thought of the next statement .
"Well, spit it out Jun."
Han Ziyou urged him.
Qin Jun nodded and took a deep breathe.
"All the directors have gone rogue and now they are supporting Zhou Xi. This is most likely a last ditch retaliation to take over the company."
Han Ziyou wasn't soo surprised after hearing that. She knew that other than the Zhou family members, even the directors of the company were displeased by her sudden take over.
However, a cold smile graced Han Ziyou's face as she thought of Zhou Rutong.
Her whole childhood flashed like the disaster it was in her mind. But Han Ziyou had to admit that among all the Zhou family members, Zhou Rutong was the most conniving and it was most likely that Zhou Xi, his son would take over the company if given the time.
Han Ziyou could vouch on that.
If it had not been Elder Zhou handing over the company to her, Zhou Xi would undoubtedly become the next chairman.
She knew this because she had lived with him long enough.
The years she spent in that house hold had shown her that the person whom she really had to watch her back against in the whole Zhou family was none other than Zhou Xi.
He was just twenty eight, three years older than her but Han Ziyou had to admit that he was a dangerous person.
She witnessed it first hand.
Zhou Rutong had surely made his son as scheming as him.
Han Ziyou shifted uncomfortably in her chair as she thought of Zhou Xi.
'It's OK Ziyou. You no longer have to worry about him.'
Han Ziyou told herself.
"I'll deal with the thing concerning the directors. What else happened?"
Han Ziyou went to next topic.
Qin Jun nodded.
"The Sun Auction House will be having their annual auction this Saturday. I've looked into it and it's been confirmed that they've added rare collections of gems to be auctioned on that day."
"I hear that one of the ancient lost pieces from a long lost dynasty will be up for grabs."
Qin Jun explained with a bit of excitement.
Han Ziyou's eyes glittered when she heard that.
"This is amazing but getting an invitation to Sun Auction House is a problem on its own."
"I'm sure that their annual auction will once again attract even international collectors–getting in won't be easy."
Han Ziyou thought with a small frown.
Qin Jun showed a smug expression as he cocked his head up proudly. Han Ziyou gave him a questioning look.
Qin Jun smoothly explained.
"Qin here used his awesome connections and got us invitations."
"Really" Han Ziyou asked feeling pleased.
Qin Jun nodded feeling nice that he could impress his boss.
"Don't you think I'm awesome boss. I think I should be called employee of the month."
Han Ziyou snorted at his self praise.
Qin Jun took a peek at her and after a moment of thought he said.
"But am sure if you used your other identity boss. Even Sun Auction House would be unimaginably honored to have you as a guest."
Qin Jun looked at Han Ziyou who didn't show any reaction to his words. Qin Jun could only pout.
'This boss loves her low-key life for sure.'
"Anyway boss, those are the main noticeable things for now—oh wait. Elder Zhou's seventy ninth birthday is nearing so that is also worth noting."
Han Ziyou hummed thoughtfully in response. 'She ought to provide Elder Zhou with a great gift for his birthday seeing as he was the main reason her life had taken a turn for the better.'
'Had it not been for him, she would have never managed to repay off the debt her father owned to Zhou Rutong which inadvertently became the reason she slaved most of her life away in Zhou Rutong's house.'
Han Ziyou glanced at Qin Jun and said "I don't have much time on my plate but could you contact Mr Khan from the Colombo Tea Auction House and tell him to keep samples of the list of tea I sent him."
Qin Jun nodded affirmatively.
"If that's all, feel free to head out."
Han Ziyou said dismissively. However Qin Jun remained standing there with a nervous expression.
"What haven't you told me Jun?" Han Ziyou questioned with a narrowed gaze.
Qin Jun smiled apologetically before saying "Wei Jing, the CEO of Planet Construction Company. You kind of have a business dinner with him tonight."
Han Ziyou's face contorted in displeasure.
"Why didn't you reject the proposal? I don't like being in that man's presence."
Qin Jun looked on helplessly.
"I had initially rejected the dinner. The accident had been the perfect excuse not to attend in person."
"I could have represented you boss but then—you kind of left the hospital early so of course Mr Wei thought that now there was no excuse not to attend. I was helpless boss."
Qin Jun internally cried in dejection.
'This is all your fault boss. I tried alright—awesome Jun tried his best.'
Han Ziyou frowned lightly.
Wei Jing was a young and successful fourth generation heir of the powerful Wei family.
He was capable in terms of business and he was the CEO of Planet Construction Company, one of the big construction companies in the whole country.
However, his identity as a womanizer was no secret. He changed women faster than the forex rates changed.
However, for a reason Han Ziyou found annoying, that man had started disturbing her.
He was vehement too. Ever since Han Ziyou rejected his first advance, it must have created an unignorable dent in his pride and perfect score of swooning women.
So ever since then he had been trying every possible way to win her over.
"I really can't ignore this now can I?"
Qin Jun shook his head.
Han Ziyou took a deep breath to calm down.
"Ok, I'll do it. Tell me the location set?"
Qin Jun nodded.
"His assistant stated that he has reserved a private room at Heavenly Jade Restaurant. Time is 8 pm."
Qin Jun responded.
Han Ziyou rolled her eyes dramatically at her pursuer's obvious intentions to impress her. Gaining a reservation at Heavenly Jade Restaurant wasn't easy in the least and their dishes were expensive.
"Have a set of formal dinner attire brought over. I won't stress with heading home after work to change. I'll just do so from here."
Han Ziyou instructed Qin Jun.
"Alright then Boss. That's all."
Qin Jun gave his simple goodbye and left to complete his tasks.
Han Ziyou groaned as she thought of how she'd put up with the rich scion. Alas he was an important business partner for an upcoming project.

At exactly 7:30 pm, Han Ziyou reluctantly wrapped up her work and as requested Qin Jun had a beautiful formal dress sent over.
It was an ink black satin cocktail dress that stopped just below her knees. It was slightly off shoulder with short sleeves.
It held on comfortably to her slim waist and remained free downwards.
Han Ziyou wrapped it up with a black strap heels and a simple gold and black clutch bag.
Her hair remained down.
She left the office where Qin Jun was waiting for her in the underground parking.
Qin Jun looked at her in awe "Stunning as ever I see boss lady."
"Hmm but definitely not looking forward to this."
Qin Jun chuckled as he closed the door behind Han Ziyou after she entered. He then took a seat at the driver's seat.
Before long the car had set off.

Heavenly Jade Restaurant was found within a flourishing business center in Beijing.
It was a classy building and a single glance was enough to inform anyone that this was not a place just anyone could afford to eat at.
Currently, a black Bentley stopped before the building and the door man stepped forward to welcome the guests.
Qin Jun opened the door for Han Ziyou who elegantly stepped out. Her unique aura and presence immediately stunning the door man for a second before he hurriedly regained his composure.
"Honoured guests. Welcome to Heavenly Jade Restaurant. We hope you're time here will be to your most expectations."
Han Ziyou gave a light nod of acknowledgement as she and Qin Jun walked into the restaurant reception.
This is where guests were received and confirmed their reservations.
Han Ziyou stopped before the reception where once again they were received warmly.
The two confirmed the reservation and just as they turned around they noticed the man himself.
Wei Jing and his assistant.
Wei Jing was a handsome man probably in his late twenties.
His assistant was a young lady who was much too eye catching.
Judging from her flashy and rather provocative clothes, it was clear her intentions towards her boss were nothing clean.
Wei Jing approached Han Ziyou with a charming grin. His gaze couldn't help but roam discreetly for a second admiring this woman.
'It's gonna be fun taming such an indifferent beauty.' Wei Jing thought to himself.
"Miss Han. Lovely to see you. I hope you're feeling better after the accident."
Han Ziyou put on a gentle smile. It seemed so real that anyone would be fooled by her smile and by anyone, I mean Wei Jing who felt smug that he placed that smile on such a gorgeous woman's face.
"I'm feeling much better Mr Wei. Thank you for asking. I hope you're well too." Han Ziyou kept her tone neither arrogant nor submissive.
This was the beginning of her business attitude.
Wei Jing smiled and said.
"I am well thank you. This way. I've booked a private room for us. We could have dinner before we get to business."
Han Ziyou nodded and let Wei Jing lead her.
However Han Ziyou couldn't help but scoff in her mind and return a calm but cold gaze to Wei Jing's assistant who couldn't stop glancing at Han Ziyou with a cold gaze.
'Hmph—another troublesome woman.'
Han Ziyou thought as she made it a mental note to watch her back against this assistant.
Women could truly be stupid at times because of a man.
However, if this assistant thought that she could try her petty tricks on her, she must be dreaming.
