Rito had returned with cold water within a tightly wrapped plastic bag along with five more bags of water that rested on the table beside his mother, and let one bag lay on her head to cool her.
She apparently had a high temperature, and now that he had helped to alleviate the situation for a while, he was now able to leave her be.
Shizaki stood by the door, expecting to leave soon, as he knew what Rito was about to say next to his mother although being slightly out of earshot.
"I'll be going out with this guest now, okay?"
"Going…out?"
"The main reason this visitor was here was so that I could guide him to Komaia Village."
"Eh, then….he wasn't here….because he beat up….a lady like….you told me….hours ago?"
"No, that too. He's a woman beater as well apparently."
