The air blew silently against the motionless body of Yukikama Kawarasuri as he lay on the concrete ground. He blinked in confusion, taking in the quiet atmosphere mixed with the distant shouts of villagers that actually came as relief to him other than the other quiet surrounding that he had just been in a few seconds ago.
He had seemingly been taken to another world as he had exited his bedroom and became exposed to an unknown darkness that creeped in. Then, after a couple of crazy events, he returned here, to the real world.
"I made it…."
Finally, he uttered those words under a whisper.
And as soon as he said that…..
He heard a loud noise of a young man inside of the room behind him.
