Chapter 7: The Weight of Despair
Adam sat across from Kimy in the lab. His face was solemn as he explained his bold plan.
"Im going to save my family... from another universe," Adam said.
Kimy stared at him in shock. "What?! Are you serious? Do you realize how dangerous that is?"
Adam looked down, his hands trembling. "At least another version of me wont have to suffer like this. Ive already lost everything here. I have to try."
Kimy sighed heavily, rubbing her temples. "Fine. If this is what youve decided, then Ill help you. Lets save your family."
Hearing her words, Adam smiled for the first time in days. "Thank you, Kimy."

A Tragic Discovery
Using Kimys teleportation device, they entered another universe. As they arrived, Adam sprinted off, desperate to find his family.
"Wait, Adam!" Kimy called, chasing after him.
When Adam reached his destination, his heart sank. His family"his wife and daughter"lay lifeless before him.
"No..." Adam whispered, dropping to his knees. Tears streamed down his face as despair consumed him.
Kimy finally caught up and gasped at the sight. "Adam, what...?"
Adam stood abruptly. "This cant be real. Its just one universe. Ill find them in another!" He activated the device and jumped to another reality.
But in every universe, the result was the same: his family was gone.
Kimy yelled after him, "Adam, stop running! Whats going on?!"
Adam, now pale and trembling, turned to her. "Theyre all gone... in every universe. Why? How is this possible?"
Before Kimy could respond, a chillingly familiar voice echoed.
"Well, well, well. What do we have here?"
They turned to see Rafiq, smirking, his presence dominating the air.

The Puppeteer Revealed
Adams voice broke as he demanded, "Where are they, Rafiq?!"
Rafiq chuckled darkly. "Oh, Adam, did you really think I wouldnt notice your little plan? I know everything. After all, Im reading your story as it unfolds."
He laughed maniacally, his words dripping with mockery.
"Youll never save them. Your fate was sealed the moment you were born. Youre nothing more than a pawn in my masterpiece," Rafiq sneered.
With a snap of his fingers, Rafiq summoned his minions.
Kimy grabbed Adams arm, pulling him. "Adam, we have to go! Now!"
But Adam was frozen, tears streaming down his face. "Why does he hate me so much? What did I ever do to deserve this?"
A minion lunged at Adam, but he roared, "Kimy, give me the weapon from Ucup!"
Kimy hesitated, then tossed it to him. The moment Adam grabbed the weapon, an explosive surge of red energy erupted from his body, leveling the area. His aura burned like wildfire, more intense than a raging volcano.
Adam screamed, his voice shaking the heavens. "ILL KILL YOU, RAFIQ! EVEN IF I DIE, MY GHOST WILL HAUNT YOU FOREVER!"
Rafiq only smiled. "Come, then. Lets see what youre capable of."

The Wrath of Adam
In his rage, Adam tore through Rafiq minions with ease. The sheer force of his attacks shocked even Ucup, who whispered in disbelief, "That... thats Middle Village Rage. Only certain races can wield that power. But how is Adam using it?"
Rafiq and Aiman exchanged serious glances. They recognized the danger.
As the battlefield trembled under Adams fury, he faced Aiman and Ucup simultaneously. Ucup mocked, "Youve mastered Pegasus energy already? Interesting."
The fight was brutal. Adam used Aiman’s body as a shield against Ucup attacks, firing the weapon with deadly precision. After a grueling battle, Adam stood victorious, his enemies defeated.
He turned to Rafiq, his red aura still blazing. "Its over, Rafiq!"
But Rafiq only laughed.

The Unexpected Arrival
Before Adam could act, a ripple in the air signaled a new presence. XPL Melody appeared, his sharp eyes locked onto Adam.
In a cold voice, XPL Melody commanded, "Dont move."
Rafiq smirked, his confidence unshaken.
Adam red aura flared, his hair now streaked crimson. "What now?" he growled.
XPL Melody stepped forward, gripping Adam firmly. The tension in the air grew, and Rafiq mile widened as if the next part of his plan had already begun.
