Heaven's brightest angel sinned. Lucifer hummed a tune to himself, his mother chuckled and complimented him.
"You always had such a unique voice" she whispered, running her hands through his icy white hair.
"you're perfect" She continued. "Almost as perfect as your Father. In both mind, body and spirit. Some could say you're almost—"
"—God" Lucifer completed. "You speak truly Mother. But yet I'm not Him, why is it so?"
Unknown to the young angel this was his first sin. The stem of his hubris.
His mother refused to answer the question. Instead, she stared in the horizon of the silver city and sighed.
"I know not my child, but know that I'll always love and be with you."
Sadly, she broke that promise. A few millennia later, she was banished by Father, for a crime too great that none knew what it was.
This too contributed to lucifer's fall.
