Chapter 45 - Experiment 8581

As Throkos departed, my family and I shared a warm moment of reunion. My mother smiled, her eyes shining with happiness, while Lyriath and Lyrixa chattered excitedly about my new cyberdragon form.

My father, however, looked thoughtful, his brow furrowed in concern. "Tharros, now that Throkos has left, we need to discuss what's next," he said, his voice serious.

I nodded, sensing that something important was coming. "What is it, Father?" I asked, my curiosity piqued.

My father's serious expression caught my attention. "Tharros, now that Throkos has left, we need to discuss what's next," he said, his voice low and thoughtful.

I nodded, sensing that something important was coming. "What is it, Father?" I asked, my curiosity piqued.

My father glanced around the room, ensuring we were alone. "We've received reports of a growing threat in the north. A dark force is gathering, one that could potentially destroy the balance of power in our world."

Lyriath's eyes widened with concern. "What kind of threat?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

My father's expression turned grim. "We're not entirely sure. But we do know it's connected to an ancient evil, one thought to be long defeated."

I felt a shiver run down my spine. Ancient evil? Defeated? This sounded like a story for the ages.

"What's our role in this, Father?" I asked, my mind already racing with possibilities.

My father's eyes locked onto mine. "We need you to investigate this threat, Tharros. Your unique abilities make you the perfect candidate for this mission."

I nodded, a surge of determination coursing through my veins. I was ready to face whatever lay ahead.

I question ask "is it the demon lord?" My father's expression turned grave, and he nodded solemnly. "We suspect it might be. The reports we've received hint at a dark power that's been growing in strength, one that's been linked to the Demon Lord's return."

Lyriath's eyes widened in alarm. "But I thought the Demon Lord was sealed away forever," she said, her voice trembling.

My father's face was grim. "We thought so too, but it seems that the seal may have been broken. If that's the case, we're facing a catastrophic threat."

I felt a chill run down my spine. The Demon Lord was a legendary foe, one who had brought ruin and destruction to our world in the past. If he was returning, we had to act fast.

"What's the plan, Father?" I asked, my mind already racing with strategies and tactics.

My father's eyes locked onto mine. "We need you to gather more information, Tharros. Find out what's happening in the north and see if you can confirm the Demon Lord's return."

I nodded, determination burning within me. I was ready to face whatever dangers lay ahead and protect our world from the forces of darkness.

My father kept talking, "Even know that is happening in the north continent we are safe I hope but something that Arianna might be part of the demon lord army!" I froze,"the one that turned me into a western dragon cyberdragon?" Father nodded

I felt like I'd been punched in the gut. Arianna, the one who had transformed me into a cyberdragon, might be working with the Demon Lord? It couldn't be. I refused to believe it.

But my father's serious expression told me that he wasn't joking. "What makes you think that, Father?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady.

My father's eyes clouded over, and he hesitated before speaking. "We've received reports that Arianna has been seen in the company of dark creatures, ones that are rumored to be servants of the Demon Lord."

I felt a chill run down my spine. Could it be true? Was Arianna, the one who had given me this incredible power, actually working against us?

I looked at my family, seeing the concern etched on their faces. I knew what I had to do. "I need to talk to Arianna," I said, my voice firm. "I need to know what's going on."

Father face turned even more serious "there is theories that she might be one of the main things of the experiment!" I question ask,"What do you mean experiment?"

Father answered, "The experiment were normal creatures but turn into obedient creatures that their body and mind changes before the experiment we only know very little about then and you Tharros end up one of them!"

I felt like I'd been hit by a tidal wave. Experiment? Obedient creatures? What was my father talking about?

I tried to process the information, but my mind was reeling. "You mean, I'm...I'm one of them?" I stuttered, my voice shaking with anger and fear.

My father's expression was grim. "We don't know the full extent of the experiment, Tharros. But we do know that you were transformed into a cyberdragon, and that Arianna was involved in the process."

I thought back to the day I met Arianna, how she had seemed so kind and mysterious. But now, I wondered if it was all just a ruse, a way to manipulate me into becoming a part of her twisted experiment.

"What about my memories?" I demanded, my anger rising to the surface. "What about my life before the transformation? Was it all just a lie?" Father patted my head. "I'm sure it is still the same before you're tranformed!"

I felt a wave of relief wash over me at my father's words. He was trying to reassure me that my past, my memories, and my sense of self were still intact. That the transformation into a cyberdragon hadn't erased who I was.

I looked up at my father, seeing the kindness and concern in his eyes. "Thanks, Father," I said, my voice a little softer now. "Just knowing that you believe in me, that you think I'm still the same person, means a lot."

My father smiled and patted my head again. "You'll always be my son, Tharros. No matter what form you take." The next day, I woke up under my father wings like always

I smiled, feeling a sense of comfort and security under my father's wings. It was a familiar feeling, one that I had grown accustomed to over the years.

As I stretched and yawned, my father gently rustled his wings, creating a soft breeze that caressed my scales. I closed my eyes, enjoying the soothing sensation.

"Good morning, Tharros," my father said, his deep voice rumbling beneath me.

"Good morning, Father," I replied, my voice still husky from sleep.

My father's wings shifted slightly, and I felt a gentle nudge. "Today's the day we start investigating the strange occurrences in the north," he reminded me.

I nodded, feeling a surge of determination. I was ready to face whatever lay ahead, armed with my cyberdragon powers and my father's guidance.

Father sounded a little down. "Today I be gone for like 2 days," I feel I'm a little shocked, "but how can I sleep easily?" Father, wings have always been my safe haven. How can I sleep with my safe haven

I looked up at my father, feeling a pang of worry and uncertainty. His wings had always been my safe haven, my protection, and my comfort. The thought of sleeping without them was unsettling.

"But, Father, what about me?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady. "Who will keep me safe while you're away?"

My father's expression softened, and he gently nuzzled me with his snout. "You're a strong cyberdragon, Tharros," he said. "You can take care of yourself. Besides, Lyriath will be here to keep an eye on you."

I nodded, trying to feel reassured. But deep down, I knew it wouldn't be the same without my father's wings to shelter me.

A few hours later, Father gets ready to leave.

I watched as my father prepared to depart, his movements swift and efficient. He checked his gear, made sure his wings were in top condition, and gave Lyriath a nod.

"Take care of your brother, Lyriath," he instructed, his voice firm but gentle. "I'll be back in two days."

Lyriath, my little brother, nodded enthusiastically, his eyes shining with excitement. "I will, Father! Don't worry!"

My father turned to me, his eyes warm with affection. "Be good, Tharros. I'll be back before you know it."

I nodded, trying to hide my anxiety. I didn't like it when my father left, but I knew he had important work to do.

As my father spread his wings and took to the skies, I felt a pang of loneliness. I watched as he flew away, his figure growing smaller and smaller until he vanished into the distance.

I stood there for a moment, watching the empty sky where my father had disappeared. Lyriath came up beside me, his dark and blood-red scales glistening in the sunlight.

"Hey, Tharros," he said softly. "You okay?"

I nodded, trying to shake off the feeling of unease. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just worried about Father."

Lyriath nodded sympathetically. "I know. But Father can take care of himself. He's the strongest dragon in the land."

I smiled slightly, feeling a surge of pride. My father was indeed a powerful dragon, and I knew he would do everything in his power to protect our family and our land.

But as the day wore on, I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. A sense of unease lingered in the back of my mind, and I found myself constantly looking over my shoulder, expecting something to jump out at me.

Lyriath noticed my restlessness and came over to me. "Hey, Tharros, what's wrong?" he asked, his voice low and concerned.

I hesitated, unsure of how to explain the feeling of unease that had settled over me. "I don't know," I admitted finally. "I just feel like something's off."

Lyriath's expression turned serious. "I'll keep an eye out," he promised. "We'll be okay, Tharros." I transformed into my cyberdragon form

As I transformed into my cyberdragon form, my body began to glow with a soft blue light. My scales transformed into metallic plates, and my wings morphed into powerful thrusters.

I felt a surge of energy and strength as my cyberdragon form took shape. My eyes glowed bright blue, and my claws transformed into razor-sharp talons.

Lyriath watched in awe as I transformed. "Whoa, Tharros, you're so cool!" he exclaimed.

I smiled, feeling a sense of pride and power in my cyberdragon form. I was ready to take on whatever challenges lay ahead.

I spread my wings, feeling the thrusters roar to life. I was ready to defend my family and our land from any threat that might arise.

"Let's patrol the skies, Lyriath," I said, my voice deep and powerful in my cyberdragon form. "We'll make sure everything is safe while Father is away."

Lyriath nodded, and Lyrixa looked at us and said "Ok I be letting know mother that you 2 are doing since we are still hatchling!" Me and Lyriath nodded

I chuckled, remembering that Lyrixa was still young and enthusiastic. "Thanks, Lyrixa," I said with a smile. "Make sure Mother knows we're keeping an eye on things."

Lyriath nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we've got this, Lyrixa. You just focus on helping Mother."

Lyrixa nodded seriously, her rose-gold scales glinting in the sunlight. "I will! I'll make sure Mother knows everything is okay."

With that, Lyriath and I took to the skies, our wings beating in unison as we soared above our land. We would protect our family and our home, no matter what dangers lay ahead.

I thought,'I wonder what Throkos is doing today?' As I flew alongside Lyriath, I couldn't help but wonder what Throkos was up to. He was my element mentor, chosen by Father to help me master my powers.

I thought back to our training sessions, remembering the way Throkos had pushed me to my limits. He was a tough mentor, but I knew he wanted me to reach my full potential.

Lyriath seemed to sense my distraction, and he flew closer to me. "Hey, Tharros, everything okay?" he asked, his voice concerned.

I nodded, shaking off my thoughts. "Yeah, I'm fine. I was just thinking about Throkos and our next training session."

Lyriath grinned. "You're going to be a powerful cyberdragon one day, Tharros. Throkos is a great mentor."

Pov Throkos

I stood on the outskirts of our land, my eyes scanning the horizon as I watched Tharros and Lyriath fly by. I had been training Tharros for some time now, and I was impressed with his progress.

Aetherius, Tharros' father, had chosen me to be Tharros' element mentor, and I took my responsibility seriously. I had high hopes for Tharros, and I was determined to help him reach his full potential.

As I watched Tharros and Lyriath disappear into the distance, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride. Tharros was a quick learner, and he had a natural talent for mastering his cyberdragon powers.

I smiled to myself, thinking about our next training session. I had a few new tricks up my sleeve, and I was eager to see how Tharros would react.

With a final glance at the horizon, I turned and made my way back to my own territory. I had some preparations to make before our next session, and I was excited to get started.

I sight and telopot back to my master the demon lord, and no one knew I was part of it

I teleported back to the dark realm, the air growing thick with malevolent energy as I materialized before my master, the Demon Lord.

"My lord," I bowed, my voice low and deferential.

The Demon Lord's eyes gleamed with malevolent intent as he regarded me. "Throkos, my faithful servant," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "I trust you are making progress with the young cyberdragon, Tharros?"

I nodded, a sly smile spreading across my face. "Yes, my lord. Tharros is powerful but naive. He has no idea that I am serving you, and he trusts me completely."

The Demon Lord's laughter was like thunder, shaking the very foundations of the dark realm. "Excellent," he said, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Continue to play the role of Tharros' mentor, Throkos. The time will soon come when we will strike, and Tharros will play a crucial role in our plans."

Arianna came over, and she is one of the main ones who made the experiment and turned Tharros into a cyberdragon

Arianna, the brilliant but enigmatic scientist, stepped forward, her eyes gleaming with a mix of curiosity and concern.

"Throkos, I see you're reporting back to the Demon Lord," she said, her voice measured. "But I must remind you, our goal was not to harm Tharros, but to create a being with the potential to wield immense power."

The Demon Lord's expression darkened, his eyes flashing with anger. "Silence, Arianna," he growled. "You would do well to remember your place."

Arianna stood her ground, her gaze unwavering. "I will not be silenced, my lord," she said, her voice firm. "Tharros is more than just a pawn in your game of power. He is a living being with thoughts and feelings of his own."

I watched the exchange, my mind racing with the implications. Arianna's words had struck a chord within me, and for the first time, I wondered if I had made a terrible mistake by serving the Demon Lord.

Arianna grunt. "I can't believe I failed to control Tharros' mind when I turned him into a cyberdragon!" She screams in anger

Arianna's face contorted in rage as she slammed her fist onto a nearby console, making the equipment shudder. "I was so sure I had perfected the mind control protocol!" she screamed, her voice echoing through the dark realm. "But that insolent creature resisted my control! Tharros is supposed to be a puppet, a tool for us to wield, not a free-thinking entity!"

The Demon Lord's expression turned cold, his eyes narrowing. "You assured me that the mind control protocol would work, Arianna," he said, his voice dripping with menace. "Your failure is... unacceptable."

Arianna's anger faltered, replaced by a hint of fear. She knew the consequences of failing the Demon Lord. "I-I'll try again, my lord," she stammered. "I'll find a way to break through Tharros' mental defenses."

The Demon Lord's gaze lingered on Arianna, his silence ominous. I knew that Arianna's failure had put her in grave danger, and I wondered if she would be able to redeem herself in the Demon Lord's eyes.

I question, "And what number experiment is he then?" The experiment has been going on for more than a centuries

Arianna's eyes dropped, and she hesitated before responding, "Tharros is... Experiment 947-Delta-12." Her voice was laced with a mix of shame and resignation.

I felt a chill run down my spine as I processed the sheer scale of the experiments. Over 900 attempts to create a cyberdragon, spanning centuries... The weight of those failed experiments, the countless lives lost or altered beyond recognition, was crushing.

The Demon Lord's expression remained impassive, but I sensed a hint of excitement beneath the surface. "And yet, Tharros shows such promise," he said, his voice dripping with anticipation. "The potential for him to become the ultimate weapon is vast. We must ensure that he is properly... guided."

Arianna giggled and smiled, "or to more easy to remember! Experiment number 8581!" She gave an evil grin

I felt a jolt of surprise at Arianna's sudden revelation. "8581?" I repeated, my mind reeling with the implications. "But that's... that's over 1,600 more experiments than you initially said."

Arianna's grin grew wider, her eyes glinting with malevolence. "Yes, my dear Throkos," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "I may have... underestimated the number of experiments. But that's what makes Tharros so special, don't you think? He's the culmination of centuries of research, of thousands of failed experiments."

The Demon Lord's expression turned thoughtful, his eyes gleaming with interest. "Yes, Arianna," he said, his voice low and menacing. "Tharros is indeed a unique specimen. And with your... expertise, I'm sure we can unlock his full potential."

I thought for a moment "wait that means there are 8580 more experiments on this planet!" She nodded

Arianna's nod was almost imperceptible, but it sent a chill down my spine. 8580 more experiments... The sheer scale of the suffering and destruction that had been inflicted on this planet was staggering.

I felt a wave of nausea wash over me as I thought about the countless lives that had been ruined, the families torn apart, and the innocent creatures subjected to unspeakable torture. All in the name of scientific progress, driven by the Demon Lord's insatiable lust for power.

Arianna's grin had faded, replaced by a cold, calculating gaze. "Yes, Throkos," she said, her voice devoid of emotion. "There are many more like Tharros out there. With each success, we draw closer to our ultimate goal."

Arianna face turned disappointment. "It is a shame that some are failed experiments like Tharros, that is not it, mind being control by us!" Me and the demon lord nodded

Arianna's expression turned sour, her disappointment palpable. "Yes, a shame indeed," she muttered. "Tharros' potential is vast, but his free will is... inconvenient."

The Demon Lord's nod was almost imperceptible, but I could sense his agreement. "Yes, a mind that cannot be controlled is a liability," he said, his voice low and menacing.

I angry ask, "And not just that after you turn him into an experiment, you order him to attack me!" She laughs evily and nods

Arianna's laughter sent shivers down my spine as she nodded, her eyes gleaming with malice. "Yes, Throkos, that was a particularly clever move, even if I do say so myself," she said, her voice dripping with sadistic pleasure.

The Demon Lord's expression remained impassive, but I could sense a hint of approval emanating from him. "Arianna's plan was... ingenious," he said, his voice low and menacing. "Using Tharros to attack you, Throkos, was a perfect test of his loyalty and control."

My anger boiled over, and I took a step forward, my fists clenched. "You used me as a test subject?" I growled, my voice barely above a whisper.

Arianna grap a chain, and it appears around my neck. "Look, Throkos, you are also an experiment as well!"

The demon lord smiled "I have created you by let just say for battle reason I use your so called parents blood to make you and they have never knew they have you until that day when you killed your older brother! Without you even know about it!"

I felt a surge of anger and resentment as Arianna's words cut deep into my soul. The chain around my neck seemed to tighten, choking the air from my lungs.

"You think you're revealing something new to me?" I spat, my eyes blazing with fury. "I've always known I'm an experiment, a creature crafted by the Demon Lord's twisted desires."

The Demon Lord's smile grew wider, his eyes gleaming with malevolent triumph. "Yes, Throkos," he said, his voice dripping with sadistic pleasure. "You are a product of my creation, a being forged from the blood of your parents, manipulated and twisted to serve my purposes."

Arianna's grip on the chain tightened, pulling me closer to her. "And your brother," she whispered, her breath cold against my ear, "you killed him without hesitation. A test of your loyalty, Throkos. And you passed."

Arianna giggled, "And you suck in our control throkos. You are perfect the moment the Lord created you! And you should be great full that we have decided we allowed you to meet your biological family! Experiment 0063!"

I gritted my teeth, seething with anger and resentment. "You think I'm grateful for the twisted game you've played with my life?" I snarled, struggling against the chain. "You manipulated my existence, used me as a pawn, and then dangled my family in front of me like a carrot on a stick."

Arianna's giggles grew louder, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Oh, Throkaros, Experiment 0063," she said, her voice dripping with condescension. "You are so predictable. Your anger, your resentment... it's all part of the design."

The Demon Lord's voice cut through the air, his tone cold and calculating. "Enough, Arianna. Throkos'... enthusiasm is noted. But it's time for him to return to his duties. We have a plan to set in motion, and Throkos will play a crucial role."

I yelled "heck my parents never know me until I ended killed my older brother without me knowing it! Do you know how hard it is to meet them knowing that I killed him!"

My voice echoed through the dark realm, raw emotion pouring out of me. Arianna's grin faltered, and for a moment, I saw a flicker of surprise in her eyes.

The Demon Lord's expression remained impassive, but his voice took on a hint of curiosity. "Yes, Throkos. The circumstances of your meeting with your parents were... complicated. But that was the point. To test your loyalty, your control, and your ability to follow orders without question."

Arianna's composure returned, and she sneered at me. "You're just a tool, Throkos. A means to an end. Your feelings, your emotions, they're all just programming. Don't pretend to be something you're not."

I look down. "You use my parents' blood to create me for destroy humanity, and I live in secret that I'm part of this army!"

I felt a wave of shame and self-loathing wash over me as I gazed down at my feet. The weight of my existence, the purpose for which I was created, threatened to crush me.

Arianna's voice was like a knife, twisting in my gut. "Yes, Throkos. You are a product of our design, forged from the blood of your parents to serve a singular purpose: the destruction of humanity."

The Demon Lord's voice was a low, ominous rumble. "And you have fulfilled that purpose admirably, Throkos. Your... unique abilities have proven invaluable to our cause."

I felt a cold sweat break out on my brow as I realized the true extent of my actions. I was a monster, a creature created to bring about the downfall of humanity. And I had lived among them, hiding in plain sight, all the while secretly serving the forces of darkness.

I look down. "What that you made the breeding program!"

I felt a surge of disgust and revulsion as I gazed down, my mind reeling with the implications. "You created a breeding program... using us experiments to produce offspring, and then turning them into soldiers," I whispered, the words tasting like bile in my mouth.

Arianna's smile returned, her eyes gleaming with excitement. "Yes, Throkos! The Demon Lord's breeding program has been a resounding success. Your offspring, in particular, have shown remarkable potential..."

The Demon Lord's voice was a low, menacing rumble. "Indeed. Your child, Throkos, was born to be a soldier. From the moment they took their first breath, they were destined for greatness... or at least, destined to serve us."

I anger yelled. "2 of my children died because they were sent to the battle!"

My voice echoed through the dark realm, raw anger and pain pouring out of me. Arianna's smile faltered, and for a moment, I saw a flicker of surprise in her eyes.

The Demon Lord's expression remained impassive, but his voice took on a hint of curiosity. "Ah, yes... the casualties of war. Sacrifices must be made, Throkos. Your children were bred for battle, and battle they did."

Arianna's composure returned, and she sneered at me. "You should be proud, Throkos. Your children died serving the Demon Lord's will. Their sacrifice will not be forgotten."

Arianna smile "now you have to continue to be the Tharros element mentor until we meet him and make him a." I cut her speech before inturapt her word

I snarled, cutting off Arianna's words. "A mindless soldier, like my children? Like the others you've manipulated and controlled?"

I yelled out, "Like all the successful experiments like me?!" She nodded

Arianna's nod was a cold, calculated affirmation. "Yes, Throkos. Just like you. The perfect soldier, loyal only to the Demon Lord and our cause. And soon, Tharros will join your ranks."

I thought to myself 'Tharros I'm sorry I couldn't warn you or everyone.' The demon lord smiles. "Now continue becoming his element mentor!" Arianna, release me from the chain that was on my neck

I felt a surge of despair wash over me as I thought about Tharros' fate. The Demon Lord's smile seemed to grow wider, feeding off my anguish.

Arianna's eyes gleamed with a malevolent light as she reached out and released the chain from my neck. The metal fell away, leaving me feeling raw and exposed.

"Go, Throkos," Arianna said, her voice dripping with malice. "Continue to mentor Tharros. Prepare him for his... transformation."

Pov Tharros

As me and my little brother Lyriath and I were patrolling our home, I couldn't help but curiosily wonder what is Throkos origin he only tells Father about him, part of the organization but never told us everything it been a day since I turned into a cyberdragon by Arianna

I gazed out at the familiar landscape of our mountainous home, my cybernetic western dragon eyes scanning the horizon for any signs of danger. My little brother Lyriath, a young western dragon with scales shimmering in the sunlight, flew beside me, his wings beating eagerly as he chattered about his latest discovery.

But my mind wasn't on the patrol or Lyriath's antics. It was on Throkos, the enigmatic figure who had been a part of our lives for as long as I could remember. Mother and Father, wise and powerful western dragons, trusted him implicitly, but Throkos himself was a mystery. He never spoke about his past, and Mother and Father never pressed him.

I couldn't help but wonder what secrets Throkos hid. What had driven him to join our family's inner circle? And what was the source of the pain that sometimes flickered in his eyes?

My thoughts were interrupted by Lyriath's nudge with his snout. "Tharros, look! A flock of skystriders!" I smiled and followed Lyriath's gaze, watching as the birds soared overhead.

But my smile faltered as I remembered the events of the previous day. Arianna's visit, the strange device she had used on me... and the changes that had taken place within my body. I was no longer fully dragon. I was a cyberdragon, a creature of scales and wires.

Throkos flew towards us, and "Hey there, Tharros and Lyriath, it been a day since we last saw each other, and also Tharros, your elements training is next week! Alright"

I smiled, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves about my upcoming training. "Hey, Throkos! Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. Lyriath, here, is excited, too... aren't you, little bro?" I nudged Lyriath playfully with my snout.

Lyriath roar in agreement, flapping his wings eagerly. Throkos chuckled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I'm glad to see you're both enthusiastic. Tharros, your training will be intense, but I know you're up for the challenge."

I nodded, feeling a sense of determination. I was ready to learn, to grow stronger, and to master my elements. But as I looked at Throkos, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something he wasn't telling me... something hidden behind those piercing eyes.

Throkos looked a little bit down and said, "I did bump in with Arianna earlier"

My ears perked up, and I felt a shiver run down my spine at the mention of Arianna's name. There was something about her that made my scales bristle with unease. "Arianna?" I repeated, my voice cautious. "What did she want?"

Lyriath, sensing my tension, moved closer to me, his eyes fixed warily on Throkos. Throkos's expression turned guarded, his eyes clouding over. "Oh, just... organization business, but i flipped her off!" he giggled and said,"She did tell me that she gave you an experiment number. "

Throkos smiled. "See you a week later! Bye!" I shouted "wait what experiment number she gave me?"

Throkos answered, "8581 or 947-delta-12"

I stared after Throkos, my mind reeling with shock and confusion. "Wait, what?! Throkos, come back!" I shouted, but he was already flying away, leaving me with more questions than answers.

Lyriath looked up at me, his eyes wide with concern. "Tharros, what's wrong?" he asked, sensing my distress.

I took a deep breath, trying to process the revelation. "Arianna gave me an experiment number," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "Throkos said it's... 947-delta-12."

Lyriath's eyes grew even wider. "What does it mean?" he asked, his voice trembling.

I shook my head, feeling a sense of dread creeping over me. "I don't know, Lyriath. But I think we're about to find out."

I look at Throkos, who is already gone. "He also my experiment number is 8581"

I stood there, frozen in shock, as the weight of Throkos's words settled upon me. Two numbers echoed in my mind: 947-delta-12 and 8581.

Lyriath's concerned voice broke the silence. "Tharros, what's going on? What do those numbers mean?"

I turned to him, my eyes searching for answers. But I had none. All I knew was that Arianna, Throkos, and those numbers were connected to something sinister.

A chill ran down my spine as I realized the truth: I was an experiment. A cyberdragon created for a purpose I couldn't even begin to comprehend.

A chill silver on my spine "could it be there are 8580 more experiments beside me?"

I felt a chill run down my spine as the thought sent a shiver through my entire being. The possibility was too terrifying to consider. 8580 more experiments? More creatures like me, created and controlled by the organization?

I looked at Lyriath, and saw the same horror reflected in his eyes. He whispered, "What if they're all... like you?"

My mind reeled with the implications. 8581 experiments, each with their own unique abilities and purposes. I felt a wave of nausea wash over me as I realized the true extent of the organization's plans.

And I was just one of them. A small part of a much larger, more sinister whole.

I shook my head. "I don't think all of them are just like me. I think they are different and look different than I am!"

I shook my head, trying to clear the cobwebs. "I don't think all of them are just like me. I think they're different, with unique abilities and appearances. Maybe some are more... human, while others are more like me, a cyberdragon, and ect"

Lyriath's eyes widened in understanding. "You mean, like, a whole army of experiments?"

I nodded grimly. "Exactly. And who knows what kind of powers or abilities they possess? We could be facing an enemy unlike anything we've ever seen."

Lyriath's voice was barely above a whisper. "What are we going to do, Tharros?" He looked up at me with a mix of fear and uncertainty.

I took a deep breath, trying to reassure him. "We'll figure it out, Lyriath. We have to. We can't just sit back and do nothing."

But as I spoke, I couldn't shake the feeling that we were in over our heads. An army of experiments, each with their own unique abilities... it was a daunting prospect, to say the least.

I looked around, making sure we were still alone. "We need to tell Mother and Father about this. They need to know what's going on."

Lyriath nodded in agreement. "But what if... what if they already know?"

I frowned, considering Lyriath's words. What if our parents were already aware of the experiments? What if they were involved somehow?
