He cupped her face, kissing her fiercely. His canine bit the corner of his lips.
Rose used her hand, trying to push him away, but he restricted her, holding her wrist.
His lips on hers were as if he wanted to devour her. He was so fierce with her. Rose found a way and bit his lips, as if it would make him stop, but he welcomed the pain, kissing her more, his blood mixing on her lips.
They were mates. They should share blood instead. Alarmed,
Tobi looked with wide eyes at what was happening. This uncle was kissing his mummy.
"What is happening, Darius?" Tobi asked Darius, his eyes wide open.
He didn't even know what was going on.
Darius's voice in his head told him nonchalantly, "They are kissing, of course. Don't you know that?"
"A kiss?" Tobi mumbled in his heart. Now he knew it was a kiss the uncle was giving his mummy.
"Stop this, Rolan!" Rose finally said, pushing Rolan away, separating their lips that were connected.
She couldn't believe this. Rolan had kissed her in front of Tobi. He was ruining her son's eyes.
Bastard! She gritted her teeth, breathing heavily, glaring at Rolan, who had a dirty smirk on his lips.
"So, are you going to tell me that you did not like that?" he asked, feeling the bite mark on his lips as Rose bit him.
Rose flushed, turning her head, cursing in mumbles under her breath. What she needed to do now was stay away from him.
This shameless bastard. He wanted to find a way to crawl back into her heart like a snake, but she wouldn't let him.
"You are turning your back on me... seriously? You are going to ignore me after taking advantage of me?" Rolan said in a tone that made him sound like an innocent person who had really been taken advantage of. He got up, walking to Rose.
Rose gritted her teeth, trying to smile at Tobi when she reached his bedside. "Dear, let's go home for now... How is your body?" She rubbed Tobi's head, feeling his forehead.
"I'm okay," Tobi muttered, looking back and forth between Rose and Rolan with his small head.
After Tobi responded, Rose carried him in her arms, walking out of the room. She did not glance back at Rolan or what he was up to.
This man was cunning. She didn't know what games he was up to. She didn't know what he wanted from her, and she didn't know what she had to offer him.
He might flirt with her and do things, but he was only loyal to Jennifer.
She hadn't forgotten what he had just done—how he had ignored her and Tobi, paying attention to Jennifer.
She wouldn't be stupid enough to get back together with him.
He was just a horny bastard. He was just lusting over her. That's why he had come back.
He couldn't even control himself in front of a kid. Rose hissed in her mind before closing the door to the ward and leaving with Tobi.
Rolan stood there, watching where Rose had left. She was running away from him again. He wouldn't let her run away from him.
The misunderstanding she had against him—he would clear it all today.
When the door banged shut, leaving him alone in the room, decisively, he hurried out, wanting to meet up with Rose and Tobi. The doctors in the hallway looked at him like he was a psycho. Rolan didn't care about the looks they gave him.
He reached the ground floor of the hospital, seeing a faint image of Rose in an Uber, and the Uber had left.

Rose clicked the door open with the password, and Tobi clung to her tightly.
His eyes searched his new environment with curiosity. Everything appeared new, strange. He wasn't used to it.
"Are you okay, honey?" Rose, placing Tobi down, looked at him with concerned eyes.
This place—her father had supported her with it.
The apartment, although it wasn't big, wasn't small either. The size was just average, perfect for the two of them.
She had secretly gotten in contact with her father when she arrived at H-ville.
She didn't want her mother finding out that she was back. She didn't know what her mother might do to her. Her mother had never liked her anyways, mostly because she was not a werewolf. And now that she was back, her mother would find excuses to mistreat her.
"Mommy, I am hungry." Tobi looked up at Rose with big, wide eyes, rubbing his small hands on his belly.
Rose looked at Tobi with concern and then said, "Okay, dear, I'll get you something. Just give me a moment to prepare it for you."
Tobi nodded, and Rose left him in the parlor, putting on some cartoons for him before going to make some simple, healthy food.
"Let us watch Bonnie Bears," Darius said.
"No, let's watch Masha and the Bear," Tobi said, deciding his choice.
"Anything you want, brother," Darius kept shut, and Tobi put the channel he wanted to watch.
Rose, inside the kitchen, cut her vegetables, singing and humming a song in a slow tone. Cutting her vegetables, she washed them and put them on fire. All the vegetables were on fire. She went on washing some beef, and during the process, she suddenly heard quick sounds coming from her window.
"What was that sound?" Rose's eyes widened in alarm. She turned, looking around suspiciously. This location was very safe, and nobody could come here. There was no such thing as a burglar in this place because this was a well-protected area. Her father had picked the right location for her.
But what was that noise?
Rose went to the window, peeping outside, but she found no one. She shrugged, shaking her head, thinking it was nothing—just her imagination. Then, she went back, about to continue cutting her beef.
In the process of washing her beef, she heard another noise. This time, she went to the window, checking for the last time. Then, a shadow figure jumped from the window and entered the kitchen. Rose yelped, almost falling, but the figure held her by the waist, stopping her from falling.
