Let me begin by stating some notable quotations of great men:
"The great powers of the world may have done wonders in giving the world an industrial look, but the great gift still has to come from Africa – giving the world a more human face." Steven Biko.
"You either get the point of Africa or you don't. What draws me back year after year is that it's like seeing the world with the lid off." AA Gill.
"The continent is too large to describe. It is a veritable ocean, a separate planet, a varied, immensely rich cosmos. Only with the greatest simplification, for the sake of convenience, can we say 'Africa'..."
Ryszard Kapuściński, The Cobra's Heart.
This isn't the normal, usual Africa that you used to know or hear about, or an ignorant Africa, where foreigners could trample upon whenever and however they liked! This is an Africa with a change, difference and intelligence.
Africa is much more than just a Continent. It's a different World of it's own. There isn't a best word to describe how special it is.
In my own opinion, were it not for the kind of "Special Grace and Gift" in Africa, it should be long gone, forgotten and disregarded by now.
