Draven wondered if he should just kill Annabelle there and then. Get it over and done with.
But three things were stopping him.
Firstly, he wanted to speak to her. Pick her mind to find out what her intentions were in this world.
Second, he wished to know more about this abomination that the world had come to call science. To turn a powerful human boy into a fairy with exponential potential was unheard of and brought many questions to the surface about the nature of the world.
Lastly, Annabelle was beautiful and would make a good servant once defeated.
"Annabelle." He said, placing cheerfulness in his voice. "It's brave of you to come here after lying to me about the werewolf's intentions."
The Mother's face didn't change after hearing the accusations, as her eyes scanned the room. Draven sensed her heartbeat, but it remained at a steady rate.
She felt no fear.
