Draven multiplied his blood and concentrated it into a deadly attack above his head.
It all happened in an instant. He could give the werewolves no time to react.
The blue blood created a hundred needle-shaped droplets above Draven's, and with a simple push of his hand, they were sent flying towards Lunaris.
He sensed her strength was stronger than the other werewolf, so he targeted her.
However, Lunaris completely shocked Draven.
She grabbed hold of her ally and held her like a shield in front of her.
The werewolf's face seemed to twist, realising she had been betrayed, as she was sprayed by the onslaught of Draven's attack.
Each strike penetrated her flesh from foot to face, leaving her a bloody mess.
But Lunaris was safe, she dashed forwards towards Draven, as she still used her friend as a shield.
As she got close, she chucked her friend to the ground and launched an attack of her own.
The first was a clawed strike, aimed for Draven's face, but he leaned backwards to dodge it.
"Hmph" Lunaris smirked, as after her claw passed by, a mirage of the same attack followed afterwards.
It was a special ability known to her as the shadow claw.
Draven barely managed to dodge the strikes, with aid from his foresight, however it hardly worked on opponents so strong.
She struck again with kicks this time, but Draven deflected the blows, whilst manipulating more blood to create a weapon.
It was rare that he would do this, but when an opponent closed the distance so easily, it had its benefits.
The weapon he created was a blue sword, able to be wielded with one hand.
He swung the blade, and it crashed into Lunaris' claws, locking them together in a clash.
They pushed forces against each other, but Draven was, of course, coming out on top.
"You're as strong as they say, Draven, but every second you waste here is another second that my brother Ecliyen tears apart your people!" She shouted.
Draven gritted his teeth at the reminder and withdrew his blade again, kicking Lunaris in her chest and sending the woman sliding backwards.
Then, he manipulated the blade and turned it into a javelin, stepping forward with a heavy foot and throwing the weapon towards his opponent with all his might.
The javelin travelled too fast for her to dodge.
It penetrated her stomach and flew out from her back.
Instantly, red blood poured from the wound, but it was not enough to stop her.
She let out a roar, strengthening her aura and resolve as she opened her mouth, and let out a beam of white energy.
But this one was large, impossibly large.
Such an attack shouldn't have been able to be sent from her body, regardless of her transformation.
And Draven had only a drop of blood left around his body to block it.
He quickly manipulated it into a shield as the beam came towards him.
Its power seemed to crack the air around it as it crashed towards Draven.
He braced himself for impact and the beam hit into his shield, sending his feet sliding backwards on the surface of the mountain.
But Lunaris did not let her attack go, she kept pouring power into the ability, and Draven felt the strain that the attack was having on his body.
His feet were sliding through the snow, and his arms were growing numb from defending.
He looked behind him, to see that his foot had reached the edge of the mountain peak.
Behind him was an incredible drop that could damage even him.
But Draven knew what he was doing.
He threw his Malevolent Blood shield to the side, deflecting Lunaris' beam and sending it into the distance.
He watched as the white power flew through the air, and crashed into one of the mountains below.
The strike carried so much power that the area of the mountain that had been hit began to crumble from the impact, creating a rumble in the earth.
That's the third Mountain.
...
Is Vespera okay?
It was then that Draven realised that his battle might put his peers in jeopardy.
That was something he could not afford.
Lunaris walked towards Draven, an open wound in her stomach, and her energy clearly drained from her previous attack
Not much longer left anyway...
Draven sent a needle of blood flying towards her, and it struck her chest with a dull thump.
Then he bit his finger again to create a new supply of blood and shot again and again.
Finally, the woman fell to her knees. A bloody and exhausted mess.
Draven conjured one last drop of blood, this one was manipulated into a large enough needle to finish the job.
But before he did, he had one last question to ask her.
"Why follow in the footsteps of your father? You could have lived in peace. Ignored Galvacaniva's offer. Yet you chased power, and look where it's led you." He pointed at her bloody body.
The woman looked up as the wound in her stomach slowly took her life, but still, there was a smile on her face.
"Y-you talk as- Augh!" Her speech was interrupted by an uncontrollable cough that sent blood spilling from her mouth.
She wiped it away and continued.
"You talk as if this battle is won... My brother will finish what Fenrir and I couldn't!" A new determination seemed to fill Lunaris as she mentioned her brother.
Draven let out a sigh.
He sent the Malevolent Blood Needle flying into her face.
It penetrated her skull with a crack and flew through her brain with a squelch before exiting out of the other side of her head.
Instantly, the woman fell limp to the ground, the leader of the werewolves and the daughter of his mortal enemy dead.
But as she did, a sound was heard by all vampires and werewolves in the Silver Peaks.
It was a roar so loud, that it made all others seem like mere barks from a puppy.
This sound could only come from a creature larger than life itself.
And it was.
A rumble was sent through all the mountains.
Draven quickly rushed to the edge of the mountaintop to have a look at where the quake could be coming from.
And what he saw was what could only be described as one thing.
A god.
The mountain where Dracula should have been facing Ecliyen was now crumbling, slowly breaking apart, sending large boulders and clouds of dusts rolling down the cliff face.
And from the peak, a giant was emerging.
Its body looked like a werewolf, but its size said otherwise.
Its fur was an abyss black, and its muscles incredibly dense. It stood at least ten times the height of a normal man and must have weighed even more than that.
A red aura floated around the beast's body, and its power was dark. One of the darkest that he had seen in his lifetime.
Draven focused his eyesight to see closer.
The Werewolves swung his claws into the mountains, tearing through the stone.
He witnessed tens of Eversleepers go flying from the strike, torn in half and battered from its power.
Then, closer, he saw Dracula flying around the giant beast, sending blasts of blood towards his body and dodging its large claws.
But he was already bloody, and the strikes were having no effect on the beast.
Is that Ecliyen?
...
Galvacaniva... What have you done?
Draven knew from that moment onwards, that this was not a safe place for his men and women to be. Not with such a creature as their enemy.
No.
He spoke telepathically, allowing all vampires in the silver peaks to hear his words.
"Vampires, I order you to retreat. Make your way back to Noctaris Estate no matter what... A powerful enemy is nearby."
