"Just shut the f*ck up!!" Suddenly, the boy shouted, causing me to stop what I was saying and look at him, feeling a bit annoyed as he banged the table with the same hands he was using his phone with and eating.
Disgusting... Just the very sight of it was disgusting, those germs filled hands, is one of the three things that I hate, there is nothing in this world I hate more than these three.
The first being non hygienic, which is mainly due to my weak immune system and before I realised it, I was far too disgusted at just sights like these unhygienic things.
To the point where I often loose my cool, but... Whatever, not like I can keep the whole place clean by myself, I better just keep myself clean and that's more than necessary.
Regaining my sanity, and calming my mind, I looked at the boy again, with a calm gaze which caused his eyebrows to twitch a little.
"Which squad are you from even?" He asked, as he folded his glass phone before it disappeared in his watch, for sure a advanced tech, premium one at that.
"We are from... AF 51," Max said after hesitating for a bit, which I perfectly knows the reason why.
"AF?" The boy muttered, a bit silent for a minute before standing up with his food tray, "F*cking Artificial! And he dared to give me lectures on hygiene." He said before storming to some another table.
The girl too also stand up, before bowing just lightly, too little to be even said as bowing in fact, "I am sorry," She said, "My name's Lily, he is Brian, see you around." She said before picking up her food tray and leaving too.
"How dare he say that?!" Max exclaimed, as he tried to stand up and follow but, "It's fine," I said, as a moving robotic table approached our bent h with our food.
"If we make a scene, they might just cancel our chance to enter the gate." I said, as I immediately take out a bottle of special fertilizer and cleaned the table then put down the tray of my food.
"Ha, you are right," Max said with a sigh before his sit back on his seat, "But seriously if it was Joey or even Zoe, that guy wouldn't have walked away with 2 legs." Max said referring to a couple of the batchmates, who suffer the same fate of being an artificial like us.
"No, after all, in the end, all they and I have the same aim of surviving and this action is completely opposite to what we wanted to achieve..." '...and proving that I am not a failure.'
After that, I become silent and started focusing more on my food picking up the vegetables using the folk before putting them in my mouth.
"Sigh, you are right," Max said appearing a bit disappointed, as he too decided to forget it and focus on the food in front of him whose mere sight was enough to make drool, when was last time he had a burger? Maybe a year if not more.
'No, you have no right to be disappointed max,' I thought as a continue to eat, one bite after another, when vegetable after another, carrots, capsicum, I eat it all without feeling anything.
'After all, the only gene you got wrong was that your hair grows and falls faster, meanwhile, what did I get...' I thought, after finishing everything and pushing the tray a bit forward.
'A weak immune system, skin which almost doesn't feel anything, tongue which can numb most of the food, and they are not even the worse of all...' I thought, I drinked the lasered filtered water.
Its not much popular due to how lasered ruins this water leaving a burning taste at a molecule level but it is a necessity to me dur to my weak immune system, not like I feel much of burning taste at all, at best a little something overcooked and that's all.
'And that's why, you have no right to be disappointed,' I thought, almost crushing the bottle in my hand but then flipping the switch at will returning to my cool, calm state.
"Let's go, we can't be late,"
"Wait, let me get another serving!!"

"Hello Major Amara, it's the first time we are meeting," A man look like scientist in his early 30's said, offering is salute to Amara, who too made a fist on her chest.
"I must say you look just like your mother, but those eyes belong to your father." The man said, as he started walking in a certain direction as the major follows.
"You know my parents?" Major Amara asked, while silently following behind.
"I was fortunate enough to meet them soon as they 'returned'." He said as he paused for a second before introducing himself.
"I am the head scientist at this facility, you can call me Dr. Sato, just like everyone else here. I have been managing this facility from 10 years now."
"Well, you certainly don't look someone too old to me, I thought this place will be managed by some old geezer."
"I was fortunate enough to be given a Life Extension Serum, otherwise I might really be that old geezer." Dr. Sato said with a chuckle as Amara eyes him again, "I see," She said, revaluating the man in her eyes.
Yes, earth uses 70% of the UC it earns on buying these serum but It's still not easy to get your hands on them with so many rich but old humans on this planet, as even those 70% only allow, 20 low quality ones.
They are the carbon ones that earth buys, used to increase life of any carbon made lifeform by 25 years, through they can't be used more than 3 times but still, 75 years is like living a life twice as big.
"Which commander is here?" Amara asked, curious as to which one of the 15 commanders will show up here, it will be better if someone from thier faction show up, it will make things easier after all.
Even though Military is one single body, it's slightly divided within three different factions, one favored by 13 noble houses, second controlled by the government of 3 continents, and the last one controlled by rich and influential.
Out of the total of 15 Commanders humanity have, 10 have allied themselves to either of these three faction with 5 maintaining neutrality.
"It is Commander Lady Black, who arrived here at the orders of the Supreme Commanders," Dr. Sato said, as Major stopped for a second before she continue her walking.
"A neutral Commander? Now this was unexpected..." She throught to herself before realising that it's not entirely impossible for this to be the case, considering all three Supreme Commanders have maintained neutrality themselves over all these years.
Soon, they reached a room, filled with around 7 to 8 more people, clearly from military, all of them being a general rank with their own title.
In this room, she was the only one who don't have any military title, mostly because she never had any chance to gain enough achivement as she get this spot of major just because of her background alone.
'Its going to be a long day,' Major thought before stepping inside room.

"There you are guys. Seriously, you both just vanished the moment we arrived here," A red head said, as she walked towards me and Max, who just smiled seeing her coming, he has a little crush on Emma.
"Emma! We were just checking around the food here, do you have your lunch?" Max asked, stepping forward towards Emma.
"Hmm, I had, it was the best I ever had." She said, making me feel 'Envy' again, but its getting progressively difficult to keep my emotions in check, mainly due to the fact that they aren't just emotions.
"Evan," Emma said, as she came towards me before pulling up the case she had with her as I lightly pulled up my sleeves.
Opening it, she pulled out an injection, "You know, I really hate doing this chore of yours, you should do this yourself." She said as I raised me arm, letting her give me the dose.
The effects was instant, as my mind started going blank, the emotions which were getting difficult to control immediately subdued under me as I finally felt at peace again.
"Thanks," I said lightly, as unlike Max, my relation with Emma was different.
We used to be close, even closer than I am with Max and others but then, I lost control over my emotions and things I have been suppressing came rushing out at her.
"No problem!" Emma said, appearing as normal as ever, but since that moment, I have never been able to return how I was with her earlier.
"Let's go, other are waiting!" She said, before leaving the case behind, it's of no more use anyways, since it was the last of the dose I brought.
Most of the money I gets was always used on these things.
"Jeez man, I worry for you sometimes. The first thing you gotta do is find something to replace these injection of yours." Max said, walking beside me, as he made me aware of the fact I was already worried about.
