Baek Junseo was sent to Japan following an alert given to his country, South Korea, about an allegedly design of a hacking system, called "The Genie of the Lamp" that could put not only South Korea but America and other countries in serious danger, if left into the hands of enemies. Upon being sent it was said that the possible targets in the hands of the system design could be the Russian military representatives residing in Japan, the most important memeber: Valentin Kuznetsov. He was informed to proceed with caution, since Valentin not only was backed up by yakuza, but also carried an unknown "weapon" that left no trace of bodies, and simply "vanished his enemies."

He was ordered to enter a school in Japan where Valentin's children, Alexandra and Vasiliy, were studying, and to establish a friendship with them so that he could enter and investigate the family nucleus without lifting any suspicion.

However, a few months after arriving in Japan, he was not heard from again and was presumed dead. Since then, Vasiliy has not stopped having this strange feeling of being watched all the time and drastically every woman with whom he reached something more intimate than a friendship, almost completely disappeared like a ghost that never existed.
