Macy followed Harry silently to his room. She closed the door as soon as she went in. Harry turned to face her. His arms crossed over his chest.
Macy took a deep breath. "I swear I was going to tell you..."
"Oh yeah When!"
Macy took a step towards him. " I tried telling you countless of times but something always popped up..."
Harry sighed closing his eyes shut suppressing some emotions. "Did you know? His plan? My parents involvement?"
Macy shook her head. "I didn't. I swear I had no clue. I just thought of sparing my life..."
Harry opened his eyes looking at Macy's eyes for any deciet. "I don't want him near you. His a liar and will betray you. Whatever he has planned isn't good. Trust me..." He placed his hands on her shoulders.
Macy nodded as she smiled sweetly at him. She wanted to tell him of the nightly meet ups with Chase but she didn't. Besides it didn't matter since she'd never meet Chase again.
Harry pulled her into an embrace as he took in her scent. "I'm so glad you're safe..." Macy hugged him back taking in the warmth that radiated from his body.
She pulled away to look at his eyes. "Have you spoken to your parents"
His muscles tensed at the mention of his parents. "No."
"I'm sure they had a valid reason."
He chuckled sarcastically. "Oh I'm sure they did. After all it's Chase involved... "
Macy tilted her head. "What's that supposed to mean..."
Harry pulled away. " My parents ignore every red flag their dearest son has. They cut ties with other people due to Chase going into the darkness despite it being his fault. I'm sure they knew of his return." He sat on his bed. "I think I've just had enough of their lies..."
Macy sat beside him and rubbed his back. She smiled seeing he was hurt by their parents actions. They left him in the dark. Of course he was hurt.
"Stay here tonight. I want to hold you all night long..." Harry said.
Before she had a chance to speak. He pulled her onto the bed and snuggled next to her. His breath on her neck. Macy chuckled as she closed her eyes to rest.

"Why didn't you tell us that Hunter's daughter is among us ..." Gina yelled towards Julie and Malcom.
"How the hell did you know..." Levi asked.
Julie stood up. "Enough questions all that doesn't matter..."
Harley was silent lost in thought. He watched the exchange take place but didn't speak.
"Why did the shadows not killing him..." He finally spoke up leaning on the conference like table looking at Malcom.
Malcolm shrugged. "Ask him?"
"You saved him without knowing anything..." Gina yelled.
"He's my son of course. I did." Malcolm said. "Tell me if it were one of your daughters would you hesitate"
Gina sighed understanding his position as a parent. She would have done the same exact thing for her children.
Julie sighed. "Look our most important priority is keeping the two safe ..."
They all seemed to agree. "Hey where's Cara?" Levi asked.
"She had a meeting back at her coven. Probably has to do with the return of her grandniece..." Harley said.

"So you spent the night with Harry and he didn't touch you..."Danny asked Macy as they walked to training.
"I mean he wrapped his arm on my waist..." Macy said earning an eye rolling from Danny.
"You know what I mean. Are you not ready?" Danny asked.
"I don't know..." Macy said as she looked away from her.
Jason soon called out to them making them break their discussion and join the rest.
Macy couldn't shake off Danny's words. Was Harry still mad or wasn't she ready?
"Sorren!" Jason called out. "Go to the holding cells."
Macy stopped and nodded before heading over to the holding cells where Chase was. She was curious as to why she'd be summoned there. She met her grandaunt Cara by the doors.
"Hello darling..." Cara said with a sweet smile on her lips. Macy didn't know how to react to their reunion and the fact that she's the reason her sister is locked up.
"Auntie Cara!" Macy called out as she approached her. Cara opened her arms wide open to receive her
Macy ran to her embrace as Cara closed her eyes and took in a deep breath. They finally pulled apart and Cara smiled at her.
"You look just like your mother..."Cara said. "How've you been?"
Macy chuckled at her statement." Good. I've been good"
Cara smiled as she sighed. "Shame how things turned out. If it weren't for Mariana then things would be different..."
Macy nodded. She and Cara hadn't always been close but they got along as she was still family. Macy wanted to ask about everything. About what happened to her parents but she hesitated.
"You're curious?" Cara said. "You want to know what happened after they sent you away. If they are still alive!"
Macy nodded hoping she'd get some clarity. She'd been sent away by her parents. Away from her home away from everyone she knew and given to Ariana who raised her.
"I'll tell you. Promise but all in due time..." Cara reassured her. Macy had no choice but to nod and agree. "For now I need you to do something for me..."
"What is it?"
Cara regained her serious expression. "Talk to Chase. The damned Shadow won't speak!"
Macy sighed hating the fact that even as he was locked up he still found a way to annoy her.
