Years had passed since I last saw Suga. I had graduated, pursued my passion for filmmaking, and was now a successful producer and director.
My style had evolved, and I had developed a great taste in fashion. I often received compliments on my effortless, cool-girl-next-door vibe.
One day, as I was working on a new project, I received an unexpected call from BTS's management team. They wanted to collaborate with me on a new music video.
I was thrilled at the opportunity, but also nervous. What if Suga was involved in the project?
As I arrived at the music video shoot, I saw the familiar faces of the BTS members. And then, my eyes met Suga's.
Time seemed to stand still as we locked gazes. He looked older, wiser, and even more handsome. I could sense a mix of surprise and curiosity in his eyes.
"Hello, Bomi," he said, his voice low and smooth.
I smiled, trying to play it cool. "Suga. It's been a long time."
The reunion was a bit awkward at first, but as we started working on the music video, our old rapport came flooding back.
As we collaborated on set, I couldn't help but notice the way Suga looked at me. There was a newfound appreciation in his eyes, a spark that I hadn't seen before.
I wondered if he had noticed the changes in me too – the way I carried myself, my newfound confidence, and my passion for my work.
As the shoot came to an end, Suga approached me, his eyes locked on mine. "Bomi, can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked, his voice low and husky.
My heart skipped a beat as I nodded, wondering what he wanted to say.
As the music video shoot wrapped up, I gathered my belongings and prepared to head home. But just as I stepped outside, the sky darkened and it started raining.
I groaned, realizing I had forgotten my umbrella. Just as I was about to dash back inside, I felt a gentle tug on my arm.
"Let me walk you home," Suga said, his voice low and smooth. "I have an umbrella."
I hesitated for a moment, but the rain was getting heavier. I nodded, and we set off together, sharing the umbrella.
The walk was quiet, the only sound being the patter of raindrops on the umbrella. But I felt a sense of comfort, of ease, being beside Suga again.
As we turned the corner onto my street, Suga spoke up. "Bomi, can I ask you something?"
I looked up at him, curious. "What is it?"
But before he could answer, we reached my apartment building. Suga hesitated, then smiled. "Never mind. I'll walk you up."
My heart skipped a beat as I nodded, wondering what he had wanted to ask me. And what would happen next.
I was taken aback by the sudden question. "Did you miss me?" Suga asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.
I felt my cheeks flush as I stuttered, "M-miss you?"
Suga chuckled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Yes, miss me. I know it's been a long time, but...I missed you, Bomi."
My heart skipped a beat as I processed his words. He missed me?
I looked up at him, my eyes locking onto his. "I...I missed you too, Suga."
The air seemed to vibrate with tension as we stood there, the only sound being the rain pattering outside.
Then, without warning, Suga smiled and leaned in, his face inches from mine.
Suga's face was so close to mine that I could feel his warm breath on my skin. But just as suddenly as he had leaned in, he stopped and pulled back.
"Seems like you did," he said, a sly smile spreading across his face.
Before I could respond, he took my hand and led me to a waiting car. We drove in silence, the only sound being the soft hum of the engine and the rain pattering against the windows.
As we arrived at our destination, I gasped in wonder. We were at the N Seoul Tower, its sleek, modern design gleaming in the night lights.
Suga smiled and led me to the elevator. "I wanted to bring you somewhere special," he said, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
As we ascended to the top of the tower, the city spread out before us like a glittering, neon-lit canvas. Suga and I stood side by side, the wind whipping our hair into a frenzy as we gazed out at the breathtaking view.
What was Suga planning? And why had he brought me here, to this romantic, moonlit spot?
I turned to face Suga, my heart racing with anticipation. We stood there, the wind whipping our hair, as he asked, "What do you think about me, Bomi?"
I felt a flutter in my chest as I met his gaze. His eyes were intense, piercing, as if searching for something deeper.
I took a deep breath, trying to gather my thoughts. "I...I think you're an amazing person, Suga," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "You're talented, kind, and genuine."
Suga's expression softened, a small smile playing on his lips. "Thank you, Bomi," he said, his voice low and husky. "That means a lot coming from you."
He paused, his eyes never leaving mine. "But I want to know more," he said, his voice dripping with sincerity. "What do you think about me, as a person? As someone you could...care about?"
I couldn't help but laugh at Suga's awkward questioning. "Suga, this isn't exactly the most subtle way to ask someone about their feelings," I teased.
Suga's face turned bright red as he chuckled nervously. "I guess I'm not very good at this," he admitted.
I smiled softly, feeling a flutter in my chest. "Maybe you're just a little rusty," I said, trying to reassure him.
Suga's eyes locked onto mine, his gaze burning with intensity. "Bomi, can I try again?" he asked, his voice low and husky.
My heart skipped a beat as I nodded, wondering what he would say next.
I felt my heart skip a beat as Suga's words hung in the air. His eyes were locked on mine, his gaze burning with intensity.
"I want to kiss you," he repeated, his voice low and husky. "If you don't like me...resist. I understand."
I was taken aback by his straightforwardness, but at the same time, I felt a flutter in my chest. No one had ever asked me so directly before.
I looked up at Suga, searching his eyes for any sign of hesitation. But all I saw was sincerity and longing.
My heart racing, I made my decision. I leaned in, my lips parting slightly...
"I'm about to kiss you. Do you dare resist? " I responded.
Suga's eyes widened in surprise, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "You're turning the tables on me, Bomi," he whispered, his voice low and husky.
I smiled, my heart racing with excitement. "Someone has to keep you on your toes, Suga," I teased.
Suga's eyes locked onto mine, his gaze burning with intensity. "I wouldn't dare resist," he whispered, his lips inches from mine.
And with that, our lips met in a soft, gentle kiss...
As we stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, our lips moved in perfect sync. The world around us melted away, leaving only the two of us, lost in the moment.
Suga's kisses grew more passionate, more intense, and I felt myself getting swept away. We kissed until we were both out of breath, our chests heaving as we pulled away from each other.
For a moment, we just stared at each other, our eyes locked in a silent understanding. The tension between us was palpable, and I knew that nothing would ever be the same again.
Suga's eyes crinkled at the corners as he smiled, his lips still inches from mine. "I've waited a long time for that," he whispered.
My heart skipped a beat as I smiled back at him. "Me too," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.
Suga's eyes widened in surprise, his face inches from mine. "You're not supposed to say that," he whispered, a hint of a smile playing on his lips.
I raised an eyebrow, feeling a sense of empowerment wash over me. "Why not?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
Suga's eyes crinkled at the corners as he chuckled. "I was expecting you to be shy, to play hard to get," he admitted.
I smiled, feeling a sense of amusement. "Sorry to disappoint you," I teased.
Suga's eyes locked onto mine, his gaze burning with intensity. "You didn't disappoint me," he whispered. "You surprised me."
"Let's go" He said.
"W-where?", I was flustered.
Suga grinned, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "Lemme take you home, silly," he said, offering me his arm.
I laughed, feeling a sense of warmth and comfort at his words. "Okay," I teased, smiling up at him.
We walked together in comfortable silence, the rain-soaked streets of Seoul glistening around us. Finally, we arrived at my apartment building.
Suga walked me to my door, his eyes locked on mine. "Thanks for tonight," he said, his voice low and husky.
I smiled, feeling a sense of gratitude and happiness. "No, thank you," I replied.
Suga leaned in, his lips brushing against mine in a soft, gentle kiss. "Goodnight, Bomi," he whispered.
I smiled, feeling my heart flutter. "Goodnight, Suga," I replied.
As I watched him walk away, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. What would tomorrow bring?
Till next time,
Bomi.💜
