Chapter 11 - Misunderstanding

Moha Kingdom is a highly disciplined country, but today, its people are in tears, mourning the loss of an important figure. In response to this tragedy, Frad issues a decree: for the next ten days, no one in Moha is allowed to leave their homes.

Frad's actions have become unpredictable, his mind clouded with dark thoughts and evil intentions. Meanwhile, the six kings of the neighboring kingdoms gather for a crucial meeting. The session begins with formal greetings before they sit down to discuss the matters at hand. The Mohaians are also present, anticipating a dispute among the council members.

Teco of Itesba grows increasingly displeased with Frad's manner of speaking. Rising to his feet, he confronts him directly, his tone laced with contempt.

"Who do you think you are? You are nothing to us! You were never meant to sit among us in the first place. We honored your father, and that is the only reason you are here. So, be warned and learn patience."

Frad remains calm, listening to Teco's words. Without a word, he stands and exits the meeting. Just before leaving, he turns to Teco and says,

"Many lives will be lost because you have already made your decision. You dared to disrespect my father in my presence. Mark my words—you will lose your life for what you have just said."

The other kings remain silent, unsure of how to react to the tension. Kac approaches Teco and warns him,

"You must be vigilant. What is coming for you is not something you can escape. Be prepared for war."

As the meeting is dismissed, Teco remains deep in thought. Determined, he makes up his mind and walks away, his guards following closely behind.

THE KINGDOM OF THE ITESHIANS

The Itesbian kingdom is steeped in dark magic and wicked practices. Every day, its people engage in sorcery, and history recognizes them as one of the most formidable forces after the fallen Ethan Kingdom. The Itesbians take immense pride in their magical abilities and the gods they worship.

Itesba boasts a massive army of three thousand, five hundred and ninety-nine warriors and five hundred giants. Their kingdom is protected by an impenetrable wall, measuring six hundred meters long and seven hundred meters high. Built over 600 years ago, it remains standing to this day.

The Itesbians are involved in human trafficking, conducting business with the enemies of the seven kingdoms. They trade with the Sabanian merchants and maintain strong economic alliances. Over the years, they have fought countless wars across the seven regions, emerging victorious in many battles. Their kingdom is located in the northern lands, where dark magic practitioners thrive, making them exceptionally powerful and feared.

A KING'S BURDEN

Back in Itesba, Teco enters his chamber, visibly troubled. His queen follows him, noticing his distress.

"My king, what is going on? If something is bothering you, you can tell me," she says softly.

He looks exhausted and uneasy. Sighing, he replies, "I am fine. I just need some rest."

That night, Teco lies awake, troubled by the war that looms over them. For 500 years, Moha and Itesba have shared a strong alliance. Yet now, that bond has been shattered. What disturbs him most is the rumor of a fearsome Mohaian warrior known as "Breaker of Doors." He has never lost a battle, and his reputation haunts Teco's thoughts. Despite his concerns, Teco convinces himself that he will conquer Moha, seize their lands, and expand his own empire.

Determined, he summons his chief commander and gives him an order.

"Prepare the army for war and remain vigilant. Moha will soon become our battlefield."

He recounts the details of the meeting, and the chief commander nods in agreement.

"My king, your decision is wise. We are ready for them. Let them come—we will destroy their land!"

Encouraged by his commander's words, Teco leaves his chamber and joins the ongoing feast in the palace, where they celebrate and rejoice.

PREPARATION FOR WAR

By morning, Itesba's warriors and giants begin assembling their weapons, preparing for battle. Kac sends a spy to Moha to gather intelligence.

Meanwhile, the Mohaians are also preparing for war. Nate, fueled by vengeance, is eager to march against Itesba. He holds them responsible for the destruction of Ethan, his homeland, and for the murder of his father. Jos and Nar stand by his side as Frad summons them to strategize their attack. To gain insight into Itesba's plans, Moha also sends a spy into enemy territory.

This war will be unlike any before it. The once-strong bond between Moha and Itesba has been utterly destroyed. Nate sends word to Zealitya, informing them of the impending conflict.

In Zealitya, his mother receives the message. They begin preparations to strike against Trasia after the war between Moha and Itesba concludes. With Ethan now restored, they are determined to reclaim their lost kingdom and rightful lands.

Back in Moha, Frad orders Nate to move their army and weapons to the battlefield. The Mohaians, though historically unsuccessful against Itesba, are prepared to fight to the death. This time, they believe they can conquer their long-standing enemy and expand their own territory.

Standing atop a high hill, Nate gazes out at the beauty of nature. Jos approaches him and says,

"A great calamity is about to begin. Soon, our plans will unfold, one by one."

As Jos walks back toward the camp, he notices something suspicious—a figure slipping out from where their weapons are stored. He quickly realizes that the Itesbian spy has been caught. Without hesitation, Jos kills him on the spot.

However, the spy Moha had sent to Itesba is also captured during the night. He attempts to escape, but the enemy cuts off both his hands before he manages to report back to their camp, where he succumbs to his injuries.

And so, the war begins...
