Chapter 4 - PACK BUSINESS

Chapter 4: Pack Business

Alessandro's POV

I stepped into the dimly lit warehouse, the scent of damp concrete and mold filling my nostrils. My pack, the Lupari, was gathered around the large wooden table, their eyes fixed on me as I approached.

"Alpha," they chimed in unison, their voices low and respectful.

I nodded, taking my seat at the head of the table. "Brothers, sisters, let's get down to business. We have a few matters to discuss."

My beta, Marco, spoke up first. "Alpha, we've had some reports of rogue werewolves in the area. They're not part of any pack, and they're causing trouble."

I growled, my hackles rising. "I want them taken care of. We can't have rogue wolves running around, putting our pack and our business at risk."

Marco nodded, making a note on his phone. "I'll take care of it, Alpha."

Next, my sister, Sophia, spoke up. "Alpha, we've had some issues with the mafia. They're trying to muscle in on our territory, and they're not taking no for an answer."

I snarled, my eyes flashing with anger. "Those bastards think they can just waltz in here and take what's ours? I'll show them what it means to cross the Lupari."

My pack murmured in agreement, their eyes gleaming with a fierce light.

I continued, my voice low and deadly. "We'll take care of the mafia, but we need to be smart about it. We can't just go in guns blazing. We need a plan."

Marco spoke up again. "I've been thinking, Alpha. What if we form an alliance with the other packs? Together, we can take down the mafia and secure our territory."

I considered Marco's words, weighing the pros and cons. Forming an alliance with the other packs could be a powerful move, but it also came with risks. What if the other packs turned on us?

"I'll think about it, Marco," I said finally. "But in the meantime, let's focus on taking care of the rogue wolves and the mafia. We can't let our guard down, not even for a moment."

My pack nodded in agreement, their faces set with determination.

As the meeting drew to a close, Sophia spoke up again. "Alpha, there's one more thing. I've been hearing rumors about a human who's been asking questions about the supernatural. I think we should look into it."

I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What kind of questions?"

Sophia shrugged. "I'm not sure, but I think it's worth checking out. We can't have humans poking around in our business."

I nodded, making a mental note to look into it. "I'll take care of it, Sophia. Thanks for bringing it to my attention."

As the meeting adjourned, I stood up, my eyes scanning the room. My pack was strong, loyal, and fierce. Together, we would take on whatever challenges came our way.

And as for the human who'd been asking questions? I'd take care of them, too. No one poked around in the Lupari's business and lived to tell the tale.

I smiled to myself, a cold, calculating smile. It was time to take care of some business.

As I walked out of the warehouse, I felt a sense of pride and purpose. I was the alpha of the Lupari, and I would do whatever it took to protect my pack and our way of life.

The mafia, the rogue wolves, and the curious human would all soon learn what it meant to cross the Lupari. And I would be the one to teach them.

I smiled again, feeling a sense of anticipation. It was going to be a fun day.
