The day started off pretty good. My customers were coming in and Albus was regaling us with tales about his love life. One of the stories apparently recounted about a date he went on with on of his trists and how it seemingly ended in an explosion. "Albus, I swear your going to kill us" I said to him while I was laughing so hard I was forgetting to breath.
"I know, I tell the story everyyear at the staff Christmas parties and they die almost everytime" he said with a twinkle in his eyes. He was a dangerous man he was, I mean, his life seemed so nonsensical that it was basically a novel. Of course, my other circumstances almost painted him an ordinary man, even though ordinary was the farthest thing.
As I was talking with my friends, the door swung open and a well of power seemed to overwhelm everyone but me, and I put that to a stop. I dispersed the power using the vault to suppress it to a stable, 'normal' level. The person that came through was someone you would find during a fishing trip to the lake.
He was dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, khaki shorts, and a fisherman's hat. A defining trait was the black hair and green eyes, and the distinct smell of salt water. It was like being next to the ocean. "A pub? I didn't know one opened" said the man as he came to the bar. "Hey barkeep, you just open recently?" he asked. "No, we've been open for weeks now" I said to him.
"Huh, I'm just surprised a bar opened up in Olympus" he muttered as I froze in mid motion of refilling Albus's sherry. He looked frozen as well as the rest did, except for Lutz and the jujutsu sorcerers. "Olympus, you said?" I asked to make sure as he nodded. "Were in London sir" I said to him as I opened the door for him to see.
"Huh, a building in two places at once, neat" he said as if it wasn't the strangest thing. I then began to explain what exactly the bar was. "Other worlds? quite a novel concept, though not unknown. Is it like different realms like Asgard, or truly different worlds?" he asked as I explained the concept deeper. "So truly different worlds, intriguing" said Poseidon.
"Hey, what's your name?" asked Poseidon. "Thomas Evans" I said to him briefly. He looked me over with his sea green eyes and he seemingly nodded. "I want the best drink you offer, and I will pay handsomely" said Poseidon as I nodded.
I then opened a portal behind me and a bottle that seemed to shine appeared. It was a bottle of wine, but not just any bottle. It was said to have been a collaboration efforts between gods of many worlds. It contained the juices of both Iduns apples and the apples of Eden. It was fermented using divine powers of time and was aged similarly by millions of years.
I uncorked the bottle and a strong and sweet smell seemed to flood the area. I reached for an enchanted glass and I poured in the sweet, delectably divine drink and handed it out to him. His eyes seemed afflame with desire for the drink, as was I and many others in the pub. He took a swig of the drink and then immediately downed the drink with a gusto that seemed to have been reminiscient of a black hole.
"When I asked for the best drink, you did not disappoint" he said as he seemed to slightly sway. 'I didn't know that it would intoxicate the gods that fast' I thought. "Well, I will make due, and here is my payment" he said as he then pointed at me and he then seemed to speak in an incomprehensible tounge that seemed to singe my ears a tiny bit.
I then felt as if I was submerged in water and the chattering of tiny voices seemed to begin to hurt my head. I felt like I was gonna drown but I was safe and the neighing of horses and the shifting of things seemed to be imbued into my being. It was then that I truly understood the power a god could potentialy wield.
"There, you are blessed" said Poseidon as he asked for a cup of honeyed mead and I complied, still somewhat out of it due to my experiences. He then seemed to chat up Gojo who seemed oddly interested in the conversation, asking about his world and such. It was quite humbling to see, a god mixing among mortals.

The days seemed to flow by as if they were a rushing river and I was caught up in the incessant struggle. I was finally able to figure out the blessing by submerging myself in the lakes near my house, and realized some of my power by realizing I could breath in the waters as if they were air.
My swimming seemed to have increased as well, where I could swim at speeds that seemed to surpass the limitations of human body. I believe the top speed I reached was about above mach 6, and I was still full of energy for swimming and other activities that I wanted to indulge in.
I opened the bar that day to see a customer immediately come in. Myne and Lutz were not here as their shift didn't start for a couple hours. The bell rung once and in came something quite surprising to see. Though of course, I was silently shitting my pants in all ways to Sunday. Before me was a man who seemed quite ordinary. The aura he carried was not so ordinary.
His skin seemed to be a white, ashy color but his neck had a blue tinge to it. He wore something casual like a t-shirt and jeans and with him was something that seemed eerily similar to a trident. He walked up to the bar and sat down, and I was still frozen by the aura and destructive nature he seemed to emit.
He looked at me with a smile as the aura which seemed to fill the shop was gone, replaced with a gentle serenity that could cause even the most angry of people to calm down in front of him. "Hello" he said in a calm voice that seemingly betrayed the destructive aura he once had and had me at a standstill before I responded.
"Hello" I said to him as I waved. "May I ask what drink you want?" I asked him as he seemed to think and said "Do you happen to have Soma?" he asked as I had to think before a bottle with the label of "Soma" being on the front and the Sanskrit word for it being written underneath in striking blue.
"I suppose I do" I said as I uncorked the bottle and poured the man a glass. He took it to his nose and began to smell it. "Ahh, smells good" he said as he then took sips of the drink. It looked quite comical for a man with his aura to sit and drink calmly, but it was something to talk about with the other customers at a later time.
"Ahh, tastes the same as I remember" he said with a calm smile. "Young man, may I ask where you are?" he asked me as I gave him a confused look. He seemed to chuckle as if it was an inside joke. "Sorry for the confusion, but where is the shop suppose to be?" he asked, his gaze becoming somewhat more piercing. A spot which was on his forehead seemed to eminate something foreboding.
"The shop is in London sir" I said to him. "London, what a unique shop you have Mr.?" he said to me as I said "Thomas Evans sir". "Mr.Evans, can you tell me why a shop like this just suddenly opens near my home and the entrance to Svarga?" he asked as something began to click in my mind about the man in front of me. 'Ashy skin, blue tinge around the neck, and his trishula' I thought as the clarity suddenly hit me.
"Shiva" I muttered as I knew by the smile on his face that he heard me. "Correct, usually people percieved my true nature quite earlier, if Im not wearing a disguise" he said as he chuckled at the idea. "Of course, I usually don't really leave my homes now days, of course excluding festivals" he said as he held his head by his hands and looked like a young adult free of worry.
"What about your wife?" I asked him as I knew that he had a wife and sons. "Parvati generally takes care of the homeless, but Ganesha and Skanda take care of themselves, and Ganesha is lounging around at the moment" he said as I poured him some more Soma. "Nothing like a good drink to nourish the mind" said Shiva as I nodded. A good drink with friends is sometimes the best cure.
I then hear the bell ring as my usuals began to fill in like Albus and Gojo. Gojo seemingly stopped as he stared at Shiva who waved calmly at him as he looked at me with some concern. I shook my head as he decided not to approach the manner any longer as I didn't feel unsafe anyway.
"Thomas my good friend, you seem to get the weirdest customers" said Gojo as he sat down at the bar. I looked at him and said "Pot meets Kettle". He seem to stagger at that as the one who followed him in chuckled. "My names Shoko Ieiri" she introduced herself as she ordered a fruity drink and some salty pretzels.
"Thomas Evans" I said in turn as my servers Lutz and Myne showed up and began to get to work slinging around orders and such to the appropriate customer. It was quite hectic for a minute, especially since I think her parents showed up to see where she worked at. "A nice place Thomas" said Gunther as he ordered a beer and Effa and Tuuli got something soft like soda.
"Wow, Myne you work here?" she asked as Myne nodded. Its been a minute since Myne got better and she could walk a long distance without getting sick, she grew a little so she was closer to her real age, and she seemed healthier than she ever has been. It was quite good to see, for me atleast.
"Yep, and I got to meet some cool people!" she shouted as she handed them their drinks and went back to slinging drinks to other customers. She looked like a natural at her job, and Lutz, while struggling, was pretty good for someone who never worked customer service before. Then again, standards here might be wierder' than other places.
I talked with some of the customers as Gojo said the new school year was gonna start in two months. Shoko was more inebriated than I thought but she had some cool knowledge she shared. Albus came in with his own ensemble cast and I could swear I see a dwarf amongst the them, or a goblin, I can't figure out which. Then there was the giant and oh Lord, he could almost reach the ceiling if I didn't extend it.
"So Albus, hows the school year?" I asked him as he drank his enchanted sherry. "Well, a very prolific student is gonna be attending this year" said Albus. "Who?" I asked him as a twinkle in his eyes emerged. "The boy who lived" he said as I looked confused and he began to explain.
"So, wizard Jesus?" I asked and he seemingly laughed at the statement. "No, but the similarities are quite striking though" said Albus as his sherry glas refilled. It was this moment that I began to ponder 'A weird life I live, but one I wouldn't trade'. The night then carried on as the moon rose.
