The Gate parted as the wagon arrived. Several people stood before it. Some dressed in royal attire, while others dabbled in more normal clothing.
"My new family?" Eros stared out the window.
"Yes, our house is rather odd, one could say." Venous said.
"In what way?" Eros asked.
"You will see soon." Venous replied.
The wagon stopped at the gate, and Venous exited first, followed by Eros.
"Hello, Lord Venous." A man said, bowing down as he passed by.
"Good evening Davos, I have brought our new member Eros." Venous turned to the side as the child walked up.
"It is great to meet you, young one. My Lord has told me how unqiue you are." Davos bowed for a moment.
Eros smiled, "It's great to meet you as well."
