It was a new year. The world was awaiting for a year of a new beginning. Everyone was cheering, celebrating, spending the last remaining time with the people they love, and were counting their numbers for a new day of a new year to shine upon them.
Cities were beaming with cityscape lights and brightness.Cars running around the highway roads, with giant traffic across the streets. People going and buying their essential items for preparation for the new year.
Children running helter-skelter and screaming with joy. People were adorning their homes with lights and decorative pieces. Many shops and market places were crowded with customers for the new year sales. Malls and cinema theatres were packed with shopping stall and food courts.
The world was awaiting for the start of the 21st century. Everyone and everything was in their places. The only thing that all were waiting for...
Was for 12:00 AM to strike on the clock.
But...the world wasn't aware of what was about to become of it.
