As he laid there for a few minutes, an idea suddenly came to his mind. 'Right!! The Coiling Dragon Stream!! That place has a higher concentration of Qi, especially Yin and Yang Qi, which would help me in my other task as well.
Thinking of this, Wang Feng quickly got up from his bed and straightened his clothes before he left his cabin. Because it was early morning, no one was outside.
"*Deep breath* haaaa.", Wang Feng took a deep breath of the cold and refreshing breeze of the morning before he started walking towards his destination.
When he passed by a secluded area, he heard a familiar noise of something brushing against the ground. He turned towards the origin of the voice and found Yang Kai sweeping the floor.
"Hey, Brother Yang! You're still sweeping the floor?", Wang Feng spoke as he neared Yang Kai. Yang Kai who heard Wang Feng's words looked up and smiled wearily.
"*Haah* yes, I will still be needing those 10 contribution points till I got promoted.", Yang Kai answered. He then cupped his fist and bowed deeply, "Brother Feng, thank you for that elixir. It really was able to heal my condition, I will always remember your kindness."
Wang Feng smiled and told him, "it's all right. Although I gave you the pill, you still had to endure the process of your body being rebuild, so it isn't far fetched to say that you earned it yourself."
Wang Feng said as he observed Yang Kai's aura, "5th Stage Tempering Body Realm." Yang Kai spoke with a chuckle, "I was instantly able to breakthrough to the 4th Realm after the Pill's effect had worn off and rose to the 5th Stage yesterday."
Wang Feng nodded and joked, "well, looks like your accumulation was enough for a breakthrough.", Yang Kai released a weary chuckle.
While talking, Wang Feng had been thinking about something, 'should I have him cultivate my version of Cultivation System? ... It might be helpful to him ... and to me as well... *Sigh* I'll think about it for sometime. It won't be late even if he adapts to it later anyways.'
Although Wang Feng knew about Yang Kai's character and importance to this reality, he still wasn't so sure to let Yang Kai cultivate his system, for now. It also wouldn't be a problem for anyone to adapt to his system till they are still in the MORTAL and SPIRIT Realm, as for beyond it, Wang Feng wasn't so sure.
Wang Feng looked at the sun to calculate the time, not hearing as Yang Kai asked him, "So, where were you going Brother Wang?"
"Hmm?", Wang Feng turned back to Yang Kai with a raised brow. Yang Kai repeated, "I asked, where are you going so early?"
"Oh! *Chuckle* nowhere just felt like going out.", Wang Feng said with a smile. Yang Kai sighed and said, "I wish I could do the same as well, but I still have to sweep the floor. *Haah* well, see you later Brother Wang."
Wang Feng and Yang Kai then separated and went their own ways. Wang Feng went deeper into the sect's back mountain, where the Coiling Dragon Stream existed.
Wang Feng walked through the grove in the back mountain before he reached a clearing. As he set foot in the clearing, he saw a huge crater just a few meters away from him. Seeing the crater for the first time in real life, he looked on in shock and awe at the scope of the crater.
'This is the strength of a Saint. The power to change the very landscape with their attacks.', Wang Feng thought as he clinched his hands tightly while his eyes shined yearningly. Although he knew that Saints were not even slightly impressive in the Star Field, he was still in awe of the strength that he hadn't seen before.
"*Sighhh* Saint Realm? Heh. I will only need a few years to reach beyond that realm!", Wang Feng spoke to himself with unwavering resolve and raised his hand towards the sun that had risen, "and after that ...."
He then clinched his hand into a fist and spoke, "... I WILL reach the Peak.". His tone contained such high and unwavering self-belief that anyone who heard him would have agreed without even thinking much.

Wang Feng took a deep breath again and lowered his hand, he walked towards the edge of the crater and looked at the seemingly endless darkness below. He continued to stare for a few seconds before he heard a 'ding' sound in his head.
His focus returned and he frowned in confusion. He opened the system menu and saw that there was a change in the mission tab.

"F*ck!? System do you want to kill me?!? How the hell am I supposed to complete them!?", Wang Feng started cursing the moment he saw the missions and although the rewards sounded very very appealing to him, he wasn't a fool.
Not to mention getting the Demon General Corpse and reaching the bottom of the Coiling Dragon Stream, he wouldn't even be able to go down even for a few steps. Why? Because he was only at the Body Forging Realm and couldn't even fly!!!
Not to mention that there are ghost spirits in the canyon and worst of all, Yang Bai, a 3rd Order Transcendant was still down there!
Wang Feng took deep breaths to calm down after cursing for a few minutes. "*Sighh* It's not like the system told me to complete the missions right now, I can take my time with them."
'well at least I know one thing now. As long as I am near the things that happened in the Novel, a mission related to the plot will appear in the main mission tab.', he thought before he took a few steps back and sat down cross-legged.
He closed his eyes and felt the Heaven and Earth Qi in his surroundings. 'The Qi here was atleast ten times stronger and purer than in my room!', Wang Feng thought, '... and there is this hot and scorching Qi in the atmosphere, this should be the Yang Qi from the Devil Sealing Chains.'
Wang Feng tried to somehow pry deeper into the crater, but he couldn't as he was only able to sense the Qi in his immediate surroundings.
'Strange... Why can't I feel any Yin Qi from the crater? ... It should be because of the suppression of the Devil Sealing Chains.', Wang Feng pondered as he continued to feel the surrounding Qi, that was entering his body.
Discarding the distracting thoughts, Wang Feng focused and started to gather the Qi entering his body, between two off his meridians, by using his Pulse Condensing Technique.
The process was slow, too slow even, compared to his previous try while using the Blood Qi Pill. He sat there for many hours, accumulating and using the Qi to build a link between his meridians.
Soon, early morning turned to dusk and Wang Feng still hadn't opened his eyes, his focus completely on his pulse condensation. What he didn't knew was that he was being observed from a distance.
Within the trees, a figure clad in black set of clothes, sat on a branch of a tall tree, observing Wang Feng's cultivation. The figure had a slander figure and modest curves, had long brown hair and bronze colored big watery eyes and had a gem like stone parched on her forehead.
"Junior Brother Wang Feng is cultivating really hard. He's been here since the morning, even after I returned from my duties, he is still here.", the figure spoke to herself, her voice soft and low, like the gentle chime of a bell.
"He has reached the 7th Stage Tempering Body Realm and should be collecting Qi by using the method master gave him. But ... Why do I have a feeling that his way of cultivating is a bit different from the norm??", the figure continued to talk to herself.
She was a member of the High Heaven Pavilion's Shadow Hall that is mostly responsible for recording the duels between desciples.
She had passed through this area in the morning after checking on the medicines she and her master had planted near the area and had seen Wang Feng arrive here by chance. But she didn't pay him much attention except for observing him for a few minutes before she had to go perform her duties.
Now, the entire day had passed and she was about to return to her own cabin. But she suddenly thought of something and came to check on Wang Feng. Surprisingly for her, Wang Feng was still here and was still cultivating.
It had been nearly half an hour since she came here and started observing Wang Feng. But as she observed more and more, she somehow had a feeling that there was something different about how Wang Feng was cultivating and it wasn't because of his technique.
This attracted her attention and curiosity. So she waited as Wang Feng continued to cultivate.
A few more hours later when the moon hung high in the sky, Wang Feng slowly opened his eyes. "*Sigh* finally made the initial link.", during the last few hours, Wang Feng had gathered enough Qi to form a weak link between two of his other meridians.
Now all he needed to do was to strengthen that link to a certain level. But that wouldn't be easy as well. Wang Feng estimated, 'It will take me two whole days to strengthen the pulse to the level of my first pulse, that is if I don't use a Blood Qi Pill.'
Wang Feng sighed with a complex expression, "*Sigh* even in this place where there is an abundance of Qi, it would still take me many weeks to condense all 9 pulses. Not to mention... *Sighh*."
Wang Feng shook his head and stood up from where he sat and looked around for a bit before he turned and started to walk back towards his cabin.
The shadowy figure that was still sitting on the tree looked at Wang Feng's retreating back and muttered, "Pulses??"

The next day, Wang Feng woke up early as usual and went towards the Coiling Dragon Stream. His goal for today was to complete the condensing of his 2nd pulse.
He sat down on the place he had cultivated yesterday and opened his inventory.
