A rule known to exist in every Duchy of the Vahallan Empire, once a direct descendant of the Duke has reached a certain age, they will be released into their own Castle to rule a certain Barony.

To determine who is right to rule the Dukedom, Kyle Reinhart arrived at the Werlock Castle six years ago when he was only ten years of age, but ever since then, the Rutherford barony he was left to rule.
Its fall from a wealthy barony to a low level barony only took three years after the executives ursuped power by oppressing the weak Kyle Reinhart, a defect who can't even wield a sword in the Reinhart Family.
In a family where sword rules, he was considered a disgrace.
But that no longer exist anymore, the man who has taken control back from the executives is the rightful owner of the Rutherford Barony, assigning command to Ser Tristan, Ser Tristan took control.
Sacking all law enforcing entities in the Barony!
All government files and documents were ceased, government officials caught with evidence of bribery and corruption were apprehended on sight, his movements caused an uproar in the lower parts of the Barony.

Kyle is seen dressed in his noble outfit, with a smile on his face, the maids carefully dressed him while he is seen facing the mirror hunged on the wall, the door leading into his chambers opened when he walked in.

" You're back already, Ser Tristan....how did it go? " Kyle asked, with a smile seen on his face.
" It went well my liege, we were able to sack all those corrupt government officials and lock them up, they will be facing charges and will be given the necessary punishment " Ser Tristan answered.
The maids were done with the dressing when they made their way out of the room, Ser Tristan watched as they left the chambers of the Baron as quickly as possible!
" Necessary punishment? In other to properly govern my land, I need to instill fear on those who believe I'm still weak, the people still don't trust me....just because I arrested government officials who are corrupt doesn't mean anything "
" I need to show them I've regained authority " Kyle spoke out.
" And how do you plan on doing that? My liege " Ser Tristan asked.
" I will be confiscating all the properties and wealth of those fallen government officials, those corrupt men, their families will experience suffering and I will be relieving this barony of the famine they are experiencing "
" We will start with the public execution of those corrupt officials " Kyle declared.

And as his lord ordered, Ser Tristan set the stage, citizens of Rutherford barony were called together at the center of the Rutherford barony, all the government officials were tied up on the platform.
With thousands gathered together to witness what is about to happen.
Ser Tristan who has taken complete control of the armed forces, he made his way into the stage, dressed in his shining knight armor, the unrelenting wind blew, his sword was hunged by his waist side.
" Greetings to you all citizen of Rutherford Barony, my name is Ser Tristan Cole and I'm the chief in command of this Barony, a loyal servant to your lord and ruler, a man who's greatly touched by the situation of this land "
" I'm sure you all are aware of what is happening right now, we commenced operation "Sacked" not too long ago, we stormed the offices of all government officials, ceased files and documents and even stormed their homes "
" We were able to confirm over twenty officials and their involvement in criminal activties "
" This men including the five executives are the ones responsible for the famine that has made this Barony decline for over six years and they are here to be punished before the masses " Ser Tristan addressed the crowd.
He noticed the smiles seen on the faces of everyone present.
Tension strucked the air when a silver haired figure made his way into the scene, cladded in bright silver armor, cerulean blue eyes and a beauty that is beyond understanding, He is Baron Kyle Reinhart.
" Let's welcome the Baron of Rutherford and he will...." Ser Tristan was interuppted by Kyle who advanced forward, standing on the cliff of the platform, he faced the mass who had their attentions fixed on him.
" Is that our Baron? "
" He truly is handsome as they say he is, such a beauty "
" Wasn't he the weakling of the Reinhart Family? the one who made those five executives take power and dominate us? "
" Yes, but I heard he is now different, he wielded a sword before the Senate, they confirmed it, the Senate can't lie right? "
Voices of whispers came from the crowd, Kyle could hear them but he isn't offended by their words, even though the knights present were all pissed, Kyle remained calm and a smile appeared on his lips.
" Greetings to you all, people of Rutherford, I should properly introduce myself, My name is Kyle Reinhart, tenth young master of the Reinhart Duchy and the son of Duke Erald Reinhart, and I'm your lord "
" As your Lord, I know I've failed you, It's true....every rumors were true "
" I was once a weakling who cowered in fear, who was the joy of the oppressors since I was timid and foolish, easily controlled by everyone but after the assasination attempt in a bid to take my life "

" This your lord is a man whose strenghth will liberate you all " Kyle declared when he released his crimson aura, everyone were shocked to see his auras, although if he used his battle pressure, they would have been knocked out.
" Wow, the rumors were true....He really is strong "
" Look at his crimson auras, I'm certain that the rumors weren't fake, he really is a battle pressure controller, our lord is mighty " the noises of whispers came from every angle of the scene.
Kyle sighed when he clapped his hands, drawing all attention back to himself, the area suddenly became dead silent!
" I've disappointed you all like I said so I will be making my apologies, now that I've taken back my rightful power and authority in this land, I will be cleaning every corruption that exists in here, and I will start from this corrupt men, their executions today will serve as a reminder that I'm intolerant to corruption "
" And their converted wealth will be enough for me to restore back the power of Rutherford Barony "
" I will erase the season of famine and will bring forth bountiful harvest back to the Rutherford Barony starting from today, the adminstration I will be commanding will only exist for the people's happiness and safety "
" Now commence with the execution " Kyle gave out the orders.
And right before the people of Rutherford Barony, all twenty corrupt government officials were hanged, four of the five executives who remained alive were all dragged before the people of Rutherford.
And they were all executed personally by Baron Kyle Reinhart to cement his authority in the Rutherford Barony, this marked the end of corruption in the Rutherford Barony, the season of cleansing.
Many corrupt authorities in the land were arrested, robbers were arrested and crime lords were arrested, the forces of Ser Tristan never slept since the last few days, within just a few days, over a hundred were executed.
This marked the success of Rutherford Barony!
