Chapter 1 - “This is my child”

"This is my child"

"Yes, Kalki, you must be pregnant," the doctor's words again hit Kalki like thunder. She froze in shock, not knowing what to say. "Oh, doctor, what are you saying? There's no way this could be happening. Something is wrong, check it out," she said, walking around nervously.

The doctor said patiently, "Kalki, I'll check everything and tell you. You are pregnant," Her father, Rajasekhar, who was nearby, had a look of confusion and anxiety on his face. Beyond that, anger was visible. "What are you saying? Is this all true?" When the doctor asked, she replied blankly, "Yes, this is true." It felt as if Kalki's whole world had gone dark.

The next moment, a slap fell on Kalki's cheek, saying "Palar." Rajasekhar started to explode like a volcano. "Hey, what have you done? I'm going through so much trouble to get you married to such a bad person. Why did you ruin my family?" he shouted. Without listening to any of Kalki's pleas, he left angrily. For the past few months, Kalki had been struggling with insomnia and weight gain.

When she came to the hospital for those problems, Kalki had not expected such a bombshell. When they both reached home, the situation was even worse. Gautham's entire family was there. A storm started raging in Rajasekar's mind.

"They are coming to the engagement party without knowing what's going on with her. What do we do now?" he thought. Hiding the confusion, he grabbed Kalki's hand and brought her inside. Kalki's face turned pale. They started performing their rituals without paying attention to it. After everything was done, Kalki went into her room and locked the door. Gautham's family also left from there.

After that, Rajasekhar called Kalki and the two of them started talking. He briefly explained what had happened. "Listen to what I'm saying. That Gautham family is a big place. If this dog's shame gets out, they will ruin our family. Let's finish this wedding now. We can take care of the problems later." Kalki didn't even know how she got pregnant.

She had never had a bad relationship with anyone. Even after telling the truth, not a single person present there accepted it. Padmavati and Varsha were shocked to know about Kalki's condition. Padmavati and Varsha started scolding her. She went back into the room and locked the door. Kalki was born to Rajasekhar's first wife.

After she died, he married Padmavati as his second wife. Padmavati and Varsha had done many cruel things to her. Both of them talked badly about Kalki's condition. Then Varsha asked, "Can you stop talking like that? You had said that you would get Gautham married to me? What happened to that? Now it has gone as far as engagement." Padmavati said, "I tried everything I could for that. But nothing worked. What can I do?" Varshao said, "What are you saying? I have been trusting you for so long. Are you trying to deceive me?" Padmavati thought for a few moments.

Then a good idea came to her mind. "Hey Varsha, God has seen this and given me a way. If we just do this properly, everything will work out fine," she said. Those who had been talking about their conspiracy also started implementing it.

The next morning, when Rajasekhar woke up, Gautham's grandfather was calling. He started talking while shaking his head as he picked up the phone. "What, Rajasekhar? As if Kalki is pregnant?" she asked.

These words hit Rajasekhar, and he went into a faint. "Sir, this matter came to light only yesterday. We had planned to have an abortion. I did not want to deceive you. Please forgive me," he said, and continued to walk away. The person on the other end said, "Let this matter remain between us. I will see to everything. This marriage will definitely happen," and hung up the phone. Rajasekhar, not understanding what was happening around him, told his wife what he had said.

She was also confused, thinking, "We made Kalki aware of this matter to stop this marriage. But in the end, this is what happened. She was confused. The mother and daughter talked about this again in confusion. Padmavati said, "Okay, you tell this matter to your friends and Gautham. He will definitely stop the marriage." She quickly completed the task to give Varsha hope. The next morning, Gautham himself arrived at their house.

He stood in the hall and shouted. "Andy Gundu Banni, if you think that the people in my house can't bear the trouble and get you married, why did you do such a shameful thing and come and get it? You are a disgraceful person," he scolded. When Rajasekhar arrived there, he tried to calm him down as best he could.

Padmavati and Varasha, who had observed this from a distance, got excited. "Will I give the initial to someone's child? That won't happen. It definitely won't happen," he shouted. Rajasekhar, on the other hand, pleaded, "We are only trying to abort this child. Even if a child is born after that, you will not be bothered. Please don't stop this marriage."

But he didn't seem to be listening. By then, the matter had reached Gautham's grandfather. She called Gautham on the phone and reprimanded him, and he also went back angrily. After that, Kalki and Gautham got married. After the wedding, Gautham went abroad with his hand in marriage. He had gone there thinking, "It is better to leave the family so that this milkmaid can live with us." At this time, Kalki was taken to a village beyond Chennai. Because they were afraid that the matter would not be known outside.

As usual, Kalki was lying in a dark room. "What happened to me? I don't know how I got pregnant. But since this child came, my life is going to be ruined. Everyone is making fun of me... Oh... this child is the harm that has come to me," Kalki would think many times and regret it. She developed excessive anger and hatred towards those children. One day, she heard some words that Rajasekhar was saying on the phone.

"I told you that you can't have an abortion anywhere else. I'll end the story as soon as the baby is born. Don't worry, groom," he said. These words reached Kalki's ears inside the small house. A great sadness spread in her heart, and tears started flowing in her eyes. She rubbed her stomach as various thoughts ran through her mind. "I don't like you. My father doesn't like me. Then we will both be one," she thought. Then the baby inside kicked, and she felt a little excited.

At first, Kalki thought of the baby as a curse she had received. She was feeling sorry for it, thinking that her life had been ruined. She also felt very angry with the baby. But now, hearing what her father said, she started feeling as if her heart was breaking. "I didn't do anything wrong, but everyone is making me suffer because I don't understand. Should I give the same punishment to my child?" she thought.

Gradually, she started to feel affection for the child. "Grandma, we got that contract. From that, the profit alone will be a thousand crore rupees," Vijay Easwaran shouted excitedly. But the grandmother in front of him did not show any emotions. Vijayo "What is it, grandmother? I am telling you such a happy story. But you are sitting like this?" he asked in disgust.

Grandma said in a troubled voice, "Vijay, no one can beat you in business. I always knew that. But you will not do what I say. That is what makes me sad." She spoke while adjusting her gold-framed glasses. Vijayo said, "What, Grandma, have you started again? How many times have I told you? I don't want to get married," he said stubbornly.

Grandma said, "Vijay, I am getting older every day. Shouldn't I see the heir of our family before my last days? Should the Ishwara family, which has been famous for over a thousand years, end with you?"

Vijay didn't know what to answer. "Grandma, how high do you want to go in business? What do you want to achieve? Just tell me that. I am waiting. But I don't want this marriage," he said and tried to leave. Grandma said, "No matter what happens, Vijay, I am not going to give up this time. The marriage will definitely happen. Otherwise, my funeral procession will take place.

" Hearing these words, Vijay was shocked for a moment. He quickly approached Grandma and held her hands. "Grandma, why are you talking like this? If I told you not to get married, then you have to leave me?" he asked. Grandma said, "I want an heir for this family. That is why I am talking. Please understand.

" Vijay got up from there without saying anything. Grandma said to herself, "This marriage must happen." Vijay Easwaran was a huge millionaire from Coimbatore. His fame spread throughout India and the world. IndiaThere were properties in many parts of the city. Many women in the city competed to marry him. But he would not even let anyone get close to him. His grandmother now pours out that grief.

The only person Vijay is afraid of is that grandmother. Even if she says it, it does not seem like he is listening now. Grandma was the one who insisted on consummating this marriage. Kalki's days there were spent in that small house with sorrow. After a few months, one night she also had labor pains. She was in agony. Then Rajasekar spoke a few words to the nurse who was called to the house to see her deliver.

"Look, here is one lakh rupees. Bring it to us as soon as the baby is born," he said and sent her inside. After a few moments, she had labor pains, and the baby was born with a "wheee" sound. Kalki also fainted and collapsed. The nurse who brought the baby out gave it to Rajasekhar. He also took it and started walking. His plan was to finish the story of that baby.

In the next few moments, Kalki started having pain again, and another baby was born. The nurse kept awake, not knowing what to do since Rajasekhar had gone out. In the next few seconds, Kalki regained consciousness and hugged the baby to her chest. Kalki's maternal affection for the baby had now become very strong. She decided to save the baby somehow.

She hesitantly began to plead with the nurse, "This baby's life is in danger. I will save this one. Please help." Hearing that, some changes occurred in the nurse's mind. "We have already destroyed a baby for money; this situation should not happen to this baby." So she started to give first aid to Kalki. The fact that Rajasekhar did not return for a long time was a good opportunity for them. After a three-hour rest, Kalki walked in the darkness carrying the child.

The entire Tamil Nadu was shaken as the wedding preparations for Vijaya Easwaran were made. A royal woman from North India had been arranged for Vijay by his grandmother. On the morning of the wedding day, Vijay's younger brother Kaushik, who came to his grandmother, started speaking softly.

"Grandmother, I didn't see my brother last night. I don't know where he went." Hearing this, Grandma felt a shock as if a thunderbolt had struck her head. "What are you saying? Find him quickly, tell our people, and search for him," she said.

All their efforts to search proved futile. As the wedding time approached, Grandma's shock grew stronger. Suddenly, Vijay Easwaran's red Rolls Royce pulled up. Vijay got out of it. It was then that Grandma felt as if the life that had gone out of her had returned.

He picked up a small baby boy from the car and started walking, hugging him to his chest. Seeing this, everyone in the crowd held their breath. Grandma Amma almost fainted. To add to their shock, Vijay said, "grandma, this is my child, the heir of our Eeswaramoorthy family.

" How did Vijay Eeswara get this child? Will Kalki's attempt to save at least one child succeed? What is the condition of the child that Rajashekar had carried away? Who is responsible for Kalki's pregnancy?
