At the garden in Mc Reynolds high school Kayne and Jennie had just confessed their feelings to each other,so the atmosphere was awkward jennie sneaked a glance at him before looking away abruptly meanwhile Kayne was deeply engrossed in his thought
'should I ask her to go out with me?or should I just ask for a date to take things gradual?' but his his thoughts was interrupted when he heard Jennie say " hey can you take off your glasses?" Kayne surprised said "uhh?" Jennie then went on to say "actually the last time I remembered seeing your full face was when we where 10yrs old at the presidential banquet,I liked you since then" Jennie looked into kayne's eye who was shocked once more by her confession,motivated Kayne removed his glasses and put down his hood exposing his handsome face with grey eyeballs and thick eyebrows,his jawlines was defined with a high nose bridge all in all Kayne was really handsome, Jennie stood shocked as she said "why the hell would you hide such a face?" Kayne smiled and said while ruffling his hair "low self esteem probably?" Jennie watched him seriously and said "no hiding or concealing anymore ok!" Kayne watched her and said "are we dating already?" She smiled and said "where you expecting a kiss" innocent Kayne said defensively "no of course not" Jennie frowned "do you detest the idea of kissing me that much?!" Kayne helpless had to blurt out "No I want to kiss you,I had always wanted to ask you out but I felt unworthy even now I don't feel worthy,I even have the fair of tainting your image,so I promise to do anything you ask for even if you ask to end our relationship now I promise to do so without bothering you." Jennie snapped when she heard him say this and walked away angrily Kayne chased after her calling her but she didn't answer until he ran to overtake her he asked "what's wrong? Did I offend you? Ok I'm sorry Jennie!" But Jennie just watched him blabber on until she asked "what are you apologizing for?" then Kayne grew silent, Jennie who was getting infuriated as time went on said " see I know it's not making sense arguing on our day one of being couples but I'm not planning on doing a secret relationship and secondly the authority in the relationship must be mutual,are you okay with that?" Kayne pained by the anger in her voice nodded and said "yes and I'm sorry". Jennie said "I understand" before she walked off,on her way she muttered under her breath "that's not interesting" Kayne stood on the spot reminiscing painful memories ' I should have told her I was scared that when I become more of a liability I was scared she would abandon me.i was scared that at a point my curse would resurface the curse that deprives me of relationships' Kayne continued as he thought about painful scenarios he thought about how he was even alone in the hospital,after wallowing in self pity for a while,he came back to his senses "ohh that's right i need a way to discover these villains,what if people are being opressed somewhere right now?" He sighed and walked the opposite direction but due to his sudden actions he hit a man who fell throwing his papers up in the air but in the span of a second all the papers had been picked by kayne using his super speed he also helped the man gain his footing,the man apologized immediately "I'm sorry I didn't mean to" Kayne noticed that this man was the chemistry assistant teacher Andrea,kayne then said" I'm the one who should apologize my movement was so abrupt,I'm sorry,hope you aren't wounded?" the teacher who was shaking obviously answered timidly "I'm sorry" he nodded before he went,Kayne shrugged and went his way thinking about what to tell Jennie... Meanwhile Andrea got to the lab placed down papers and took out a syringe from his desk and injected himself reducing his panic until it started once more this time steams rose from his body melting the syringe in his hands Andrea rose up and cried frustratingly "it's not working, it's not calming" he placed his hands on the metal desk which melted and caused fire in the lab then Andrea screamed pulling his hairs then body caught fire but it was not burning then in an horrific tone Andrea said "I'm going to destroy everyone".

In an office lightning who was dozing off on his desk heard an alarm which woke him up then he saw a red dot on his computer screen then he shouted"oh no" gaining the attention of his team members, lightning swallowed hard as they watched him apprehensively until he said "Mc REYNOLDS HIGHSCHOOL"
