Yang Fan had made an appointment in advance and only with much difficulty did he secure the opportunity. After explaining his purpose at the reception, the receptionist made a call. Yang Fan waited for more than ten minutes, then was led by a glamorous OL in business attire into Dai Longshan's office.
Dai Longshan was over fifty years old, polished looking, and slightly overweight which seemed to indicate good fortune.
