On June 5, 1980, in Wiltshire, England.
Wiltshire is located in the southwest of England, where one of the most powerful families in Britain—the Malfoy family—has its estate.

Narcissa couldn't help but chuckle, "It seems your expectations for the children are quite high!"
Lucius's expression suddenly became a bit strange, as if he were excited yet slightly melancholic. He let out a long sigh and said, "I have no choice; the two children are born in chaotic times. I don't know how long this turmoil will last. I just hope they can inherit the family business and continue the family's glory...
