Chapter 76 - SEWER ALLIGATOR

ORIGIN: New York City, USA.

This is an urban legend that has gripped the minds of city dwellers, in New York City, for decades.

The tale says that huge albino alligators live beneath the bustling streets, moving through the vast underground sewer system.

According to legend, these dangerous creatures originated from baby alligators brought home as exotic pets.

When they grew too large, their owners flushed them down into the toilets or released them into the sewers, thinking it would be a quick solution.

However, instead of dying, these reptiles adapted to their dark, damp environment.

It is said that they fed on rats, garbage, and anything else unfortunate enough to cross their path.

Over time, they grew into monstrous beasts, some described as being up to fifteen feet long.

With a lack of sunlight, their skin turned pale, almost transparent white, and their eyes became adapted to the darkness, making them glow in the dark.

Though city officials and experts have dismissed these claims as myths, reports of strange sightings and noises from beneath the ground keep coming in.

Where real or not, massive, man-eating alligators moving just beneath our feet is a very scary thought.
