I didn't waste time and surrounded him before attacking with multiple masses of water. I don't know any of his weaknesses but everything I've seen now points to concepts about the rabbit, like the egg for easter bunny and the blood red mark of me in the image of a rabbit.
Which leaves me to question the phenomena of his portals and shimmering fur. I couldn't tell just yet but I'm thinking along the lines of a traveling rabbit.
So I had to throw everything at him if I wanted to determine his powers. Anyway, if any of my abilities work against him, there's really no need to determine the specifics of his abilities, it's just a task to diminish the risks.

Blocking any means of escape, I shot the ground with an enhanced draconic flame breath and modified the muda shield with spikes!
Scurry + Springy Feet + Air Hop + Hopping Speed

Mad Hatter once agains defies physics and dodges the spikes and waters by walking in the air— even sliding on it at great speed— and essentially neutralized my AoE attack by enlarging his head into this visceral giant rabbit head with razor teeth.
Several layers of easter eggs sealed my breath before being consumed by the serrated creature...

I resentfully threw the ball after the rabbit. Gah! He escaped! I literally used a killer move there!

Plan B. It better work this time.
Pulling back my fist, I broke the ground that closed after the hole that Mad Hatter escaped from before rushing outside. I just discovered something I could use against him in this exchange.
Dragging the Muda shield around me as I fled outside, I also removed all of my organic alloy from there to not accidentally trigger the dodgeball in that rabbit's possession.
I jump out of the building once again and prioritized myself on the ground. I had increased the optic camouflage in tandem with the size of Muda.
Not letting up, I threw dragon breath's everywhere inside...
Blood Jade Beads
Then it happened, I saw Mad Hatter appear outside with a scrutinizing glowing crimson gaze, it seems like he knew where I am, and is also aware of the situation inside.
If I can't run— I'll just hide under a fortress of my making. Knowing what I'll be getting myself into this time, I prepare for several applications of his abilities.
Lunar Rabbit + Moon Hopping
From afar his white fluff of fur glows, and he starts running through several portals he made, increasing his speed with every hoop.

From an outside perspective, we reacted at the same time. I threw a pincer attack with two circular slashes, not giving him space when he entered Muda with his hole creating power.

From the inside he escaped the inescapable pincer by sliding in midair and hopping through the closing attack straight towards me with eggs in both hands. There wasn't enough time to react when the opponent is incredible in speed.
His large rabbit jaw encased the flames inside a big egg before he threw the two eggs at me in one swift motion.
Which one is the fake? It didn't matter.
Muda
Two strong blast broke my shield easily, I had to use a lot of my energy there. I think I'm getting lethargic.
Huh? I don't see the ball at all-
In front of me, I still see the enlarging easter egg that sealed all of my draconic flames coming straight at me.
Dragon Physiology
I spewed a breath of ice, forcing the egg back but unfortunately exploded right in my face. And there I saw the ball shooting straight at me. I had to resort to inefficient means.
Indifference
Running my ability to the maximum and placing almost all of my energy into it. I was quick enough to bring my whole body out of harms way before the ball struck the pavement loudly.
Reforming back and picking up the ball, I almost stagger on my way standing.
I stare at the Mad Hatter as he stood in front of me, "I wasn't sure of it before but now I know. You have so little energy in you, and yet you still bet with me. What are you thinking?", The rabbit asked.
"That's a stupid question. I bet because I know I have a chance to win. That's it.", I was stupid, I know, but I wanted think to pay off as early as possible. It's this agitation in my bones and paranoia that won't stop until I get everything right.
"I wasn't sure of it before but now I know...", I stood in front of him with my hand firmly grasping the ball, the key to my victory.
Body Infiltration
"I can definitely win.", The Mad Hatter froze up and started jittering, he collapsed on the floor as I hit him square on the chest, lighting my Muda domain.
"Ah~, that felt good.", I sat down tired.

My thoughts feel jumbled, I almost couldn't think straight.
As I was thinking, I was right about a few stuff. Mad Hatter needed to be in the moonlight to teleport just like how he needed a surface to make a hole and travel in it, that much I'm sure now.
Also, things paid off when I inserted water into the dodgeball. It may seem compact but it seems it's allowed some space. I spat inside it's gaps to ensure the water can make it inside, after all, Body Infiltration works on something with water content.
Did you know saliva is mostly water? Never mind, that sounded like if I asked if the mitochondria was the powerhouse of the cell, of course it is.
Kicking at pebble near me like I was kicking myself for that, I approach mr. rabbit man. I feel kind of drunk so excuse me if I start calling him names in my mind.
Hatter with no hat recovers quite quickly before standing before me intimidatingly.
He takes a deep breath and looks at me with a crazed stare, damn sore loser much? Can relate though.
Well I don't mind losing but if someone tries to win against me?
"You...", He eyes me, well, my eyes aren't visible but...
"You've impressed me, and you won. You have my congratulations.", I look at him.

"Here. It's an untraceable device. I will send all the information you need here. If you can do me a favour, clean them all up in this city, in truth, they're also bad for my business.", Mad Hatter chuckles calmly, scary... he's not actually mad?
I couldn't stop my impulsiveness so I asked, "Oh? And here I thought you were mad, Mad Hatter?"
"Forget I ever said that, call me Hare.", What's with this bipolar attitude? Like they're both respectful but one wants to literally murder just by their stare...
"Alright.", I nod.
"Oh, and one more thing."
"Yeah?"
"Piss off. I don't want you near my damn bar.", What? I dubiously stare at the rabbit giving me a waving motion.
"But what if I want to contact Wonderland again?"
"Find someone else, I'm in a bad mood already.", Actually you don't look angry at all, not even miffed.

"Hopefully to never see each other again.", The rabbit headed guy makes his way back to the bar, which is probably destroyed somewhat already by our fight.
