Chapter 19 - Chapter 19

Uzumaki Chito treated Kakashi like a toy.

Kakashi had the heart to resist, but he lacked the power.

He looked at Uzumaki Chito, his eyes filled with despair. Kakashi knew Uzumaki Chito was powerful, but he never imagined that even a clone of his could so effortlessly annihilate so many ninja at once.

Just one attack.

And it was a casual attack.

It left them in this state—a tragic defeat.

Kakashi understood that Uzumaki Chito had shown mercy by deliberately sparing their lives. Otherwise, he, Sasuke, Hinata, and the rest would have been wiped out as well.

As for why Uzumaki Chito did this?

It was clear he simply wanted to watch Naruto play out his "revenge."

Even knowing this, they were like puppets, powerless to stop the unfolding events.

Might Guy hesitated briefly before speaking. "Lord Chito, what about the task?"

Uzumaki Chito glanced at him and said softly, "If I hadn't intervened, would you have had the confidence to defeat the Konoha forces and escape with Naruto?"

Might Guy fell silent.

If Uzumaki Chito hadn't acted, even if he opened the Seventh Gate, he might have been able to defeat these enemies. But ensuring Naruto's safety during their retreat? That was much harder to guarantee, especially with Kakashi in the mix.

Uzumaki Chito waved his hand dismissively. "It's fine. Even if you failed, Naruto still has room to grow."

"If they have objections, let them come to me."

Guy nodded slightly and, along with Naruto, followed Uzumaki Chito. The trio disappeared from Kakashi's vision.

Kakashi let out a long sigh of relief.

Sasuke staggered to his feet, his gaze distant as he looked at Kakashi. "Kakashi-sensei, just how strong has Naruto become?"

Kakashi remained silent for a moment before answering. "His current strength should be around High Chunin."

"With the Nine-Tails' power, he's not weaker than a Jonin."

Sasuke's expression became distracted. "In just half a year, he's grown this strong?"

Half a year.

From being the academy's deadlast to reaching Jonin-level strength.

This wasn't just growth—it was a transformation, almost as if he had become a completely different person.

Kakashi spoke softly, trying to comfort him. "Naruto was always talented. He's the son of the Fourth Hokage. The interference of the Nine-Tails in his chakra was the only thing holding him back from mastering ninjutsu. Now, under the guidance of Uzumaki Chito—arguably the strongest ninja in the world—Naruto's transformation isn't surprising."

"Uzumaki Chito is the man who trained both the First and Second Hokage."

"With a teacher like that, it's no wonder Naruto has changed so much."

A light flickered in Sasuke's eyes.

He latched onto one name: Uzumaki Chito.

Yes, all of Naruto's changes began when Uzumaki Chito took him away.

If it were him... if he were to learn under Uzumaki Chito, could he achieve such a transformation as well?

Sasuke's heart surged with longing.

A thirst for power.

Kakashi noticed the shift in Sasuke's expression and couldn't help but feel worried.

In the Land of Whirlpool, Uzumaki Chito was meditating on the beach when his eyes suddenly opened.

In the next moment, his figure vanished as the space around him distorted. He reappeared at the border of the Land of Whirlpool, looking down at three figures sneaking through the terrain below.

The intruders hadn't noticed him yet, still cautiously advancing.

"Orochimaru?" Uzumaki Chito's voice echoed, calling out to the trio.

They froze in place.

The feminine figure leading them raised his head, his snake-like eyes narrowing as he recognized Uzumaki Chito floating above them. He bowed slightly. "Lord Chito, it's been a long time."

"You're here to see me?" Uzumaki Chito asked, squinting as he slowly descended to the ground.

Orochimaru nodded lightly. "As expected of Lord Chito, you saw through us immediately."

Uzumaki Chito interrupted him. "I don't have time for pleasantries. Say what you've come for."

Orochimaru chuckled. "Lord Chito, is this how you host guests? Aren't you going to invite us to sit and chat?"

Before he could finish, Uzumaki Chito formed a seal. With a bang, massive vines erupted from the ground, twisting and growing into the shape of a house. The roots intertwined seamlessly, creating a structure within moments.

Uzumaki Chito raised his hand, gesturing toward the newly-formed house. "Please."

Orochimaru's eyes narrowed in surprise. Wood Style.

Uzumaki Chito had used Wood Style.

This revelation was shocking. The Uzumaki clan could wield the First Hokage's bloodline limit?

Suppressing his astonishment, Orochimaru followed Uzumaki Chito into the house. Inside, at a simple wooden table, he sat across from Uzumaki Chito.
