THE RESULT DAY
The exam result was displayed on the school's bulletin board , every student was checking their result with their phone and the toppers list was shown on the bulletin board with their marks , Kim So Ra and Kim Yi sol both were placed on the 1st position with the same marks 98.7% .
In the evening
Her father was waiting for her in the hall , no was at home that time , the servants were on a day off and her mother was at work .
Yi sol came home with her result card ,
"Oh, you're back "her father said but Yi sol just nodded
"Did you get the result " he asked
"Yes " Yi sol replied with an anonymous expression
"I heard there were two toppers this time" he said while staring at her 'I told you to study properly " he stood up from the chair and came close to her
" B-B-But dad , I-I-I did my best and I-I-I even came to the first position" she stuttered
"Yeah 'of course ' you came to the first position ' so , are you that happy about it , "what ' huh ' do you feel proud" he shouted at her
Yi sol couldn't say anything, she was so scared that she just wanted to run from that suffocating situation
"Okay ,forget it for now, I am going to ask you a few questions and you need to answer carefully" he told her in a scary way
"Hmmm" she nodded
" So , did you meet your brother these days " he asked
"N-N-No" she replied
"Oh! really "he frowned his eyebrows " But i heard you met him, did I hear it wrong or was it a lie, but what should do with these then "he took out a photograph from his coat and threw them on the table , it was a photo of her brother coming out of her school
"I-I-I don't know, I didn't meet him.." The moment Yi sol said that her father slapped her, the slap was hard enough to make Yisol fall on he grund instantly, her cheeks became red and there was a finger mark on her face now
Her father came near her and showed her the photos "what does this mean then?, why was he in your school " he said and slapped her again and this time Yi sol became unconscious there was blood on her mouth but her father was so furious that he kicked in her stomach and left the house
Now the house was empty and Yi sol was unconscious on the cold floor , after a half an hour she woke up and found that there was nobody in the house and she was still on the floor, she used all of her strength to stand up, grabbed her stomach and headed up to the kitchen , took a hot patch and egg and went to her room , she put the hot patch on her stomach and slept on her bed , she was hungry so she ate that boiled egg and hooped inside the bedsheets
