A boy stands in an empty classroom gazing at each chair in the classroom. He sighs and his grey misty eyes show no sign of concern. He moves out of the class and walks through the empty corridor. He breaths heavily as a smile creeps onto his face. He pushes his black and yellow hair back as he gets out of the school. He walks through the courtyard and sits on a bench under a dead cherry tree.

"Finally. Some peace and quite. No more judgemental friends, no more bullies. Freedom. Just me and empty world and silence," he says with joy in his eyes.

Suddenly he hears an alarm clock,"No-No. Please no. Don't wake me-"

He sits up in bed as the morning sun rises up into the sky."up."

He sighs as he throws his pillow to the wall and punches the wall near his bed in frustration. Then he shouts in pain.

"Come on," he sighs as he lies down on the bed,"why do I always wake up back to reality."

After that he takes a quick shower and changes into school uniform before heading out of his room and heading downstairs where he meets his parents who both have black hair but different coloured eyes.

"Morning mom, morning dad," he says as he grabs an apple and bites it.

"Morning my love. How was your night," his mother asked as her silver grey eyes glisten in the sunlight as she makes breakfast.

"Fine I guess. Anyway I'll be heading out, if that's okay," he says as he grabs his bag and heads for the door.

"Hold it, Kage," his father says.

"Am-What?" Kage wonders.

"After school, I want u to get rid of that ridiculous yellow colour in your hair. Get it removed, understood," his father commands.

Kage sighs and cracks a smile," No way. I won't get rid of it. It suits me. A me that isn't under your control," he retorts.

His father scoffs and stands up," If that's the case, don't come back after school. Since you choose to disobey me. Why can't you be like your perfect sister. Whatever. Just don't ever come into this house again," his father says firmly going upstairs.

"Honey isn't that a little too drastic? He's just 17. Just give him sometime he'-"

"No mom. It's fine. His choice is final. Plus I'll finally get some freedom. I'll move to grandpa's house, just send me stuff there. Bye," Kage says leaving the house as tears start to leave his eyes.

"So seems like I found the perfect candidate. Great. Even the sorrow itself is amazing. So now it's time for this to see a little change," a distorted voice says.

Kage walks through the city as he tries not to cry reminiscing about times with his dad and mom before he turned 15. He stops at a stop light and looks at an old clock tower.

"The old clock tower. Guess today's it's last day. It'll be demolished at midnight to avoid disturbing anyones normal work time. Well so sad. They removing it from its home. The same as me," Kage muses in his head as the light turns green. He runs off.

He arrives at school and walks through the courtyard as people chat and fool around. He walks alone, when suddenly he gets punched down to the ground.

He groans as he nose bleeds," Why do you do this all the time Matteo?" He wonders.

"It's to greet my friend. Is it a problem," Matteo says as his brown dreadlock hair blows in the wind.

"Please just greet me normally next time," Kage says as Matteo helps him up.

"No promises," Matteo replies with a wide smile on his face," Anyway, you seem down. What's up?" Matteo says with a bit of concern in his sunny yellow eyes.

Kage's eyes tear up and he stops in place and stares at the ground," Nothing's wrong. Just wondering how the world would be if it was all a fantasy world," Kage says forcing a smile.

Matteo stares at Kage intently, then he starts laughing," Seriously. You got me all worked up for that. Fine, but here's a tip. Stop wishing for stuff that can't happen. Anyway, see around later," Matteo says as he runs off into the school. Kage hides behind a column and curls and starts crying.

"Are you .okay?" A feminen voice says.

Kage looks up and sees a cute peach haired girl with crystal blue eyes.

"Am-Why are you crying? Did something bad happen?" She wonders as she squats down and wipes his tears.

"No-Nothing happened. I'm just allergic to something that makes my eyes-"

She hugs him and they both fall," Hey it's alright if you don't want to tell me. I'm just trying to help. Alright," She says with a smile on her face.

"Ah-I-I-I got kicked out of my home by my dad cause of disregarding his rules way too many times. And I can't lie, I didn't want it to end like this," he says with tears in his eyes.

She stares shocked at him. She hugs him,"You know, I'm kinda in the same situation," she says with a weak smile.

"Ah-Oh, sorry," he says sincerely.

"It's fine. Hey here's an idea. We should hang out after class, alright," she adds.

"Am sure. Also what's your name?" He wonders.

"Watanabe Himari, but you can just call me Hima," she says as she stands up and looks around to make sure no one's nearby," See you later," she says as she dashes off.

He sits up and sighs," Guess today it that bad."

In the school auditorium, two thrones are set up and on one throne sits a dark blue haired guy with brown eyes and on the other sits a red haired guy with green eyes. Suddenly Hima enters.

"Is it done?" the blue haired guy asks.

"Yep. It's done. But I have to ask. What do you have against this guy?" She wonders.

"Nothing, just like messing with weaklings. And last I checked, he's one of them," the red haired guy says.

"Ugh, fine. Just get this over with fast. Plus, why are you two sitting on thrones," she wonders.

"It just felt right," the blue haired guy quotes.

"How long were you two practicing to get all this right," she wonders.

"Please it was just na-","It took us 23 tries not counting the time it took to angle the thrones perfectly and the time it took to get our expressions and the lighting right," the blue haired guy interrupts.

"You two are lucky I'm the president of the drama club. But still, put it all back when your done," she says as she walks out dramatically.

"Now that was natural," the blue haired guy says while clapping his hands.

"Stop talking please," the red haired guy retorts.

Somewhere else in the school, Kage heads out of class as others rush to head out. Suddenly Matteo arrives and he stands out cause of his dark brown skin.

"Yo, Kage what up?" Matteo says as he solves a rubix cube and desolves continuously.

"Nothing. Just got stuff I need to do after class, which is right now," Kage says happily.

"Alright. Hope you have fun. Oh, by the way, when were you gonna tell me you got kicked out of your home by your dad," Matteo says annoyed.

"How did you-"," It's me, it's obvious I'd find out. Anyway, your staying at my place for now alright. Already talked with your mom about it, so no ifs or buts, got it," Matteo explains.

"Fine," Kage agrees.

"Good. Anyway I'll be out for a while so-","Hey Kage, let's go," Hima interrupts as she pulls Kage away and runs off with him.

"Wait, don't we have to change?!" He wonders.

"No time. Come on and sorry Matteo. He'll find you later," she adds as the two leave.

"Since when did Himari and Kage become friends,"Matteo wonders.

"REINAGALD!!" Someone shouts as a crowd of teachers run in Matteo's direction.

"Oh no, time to run," Matteo says as he rushes off.

After that Kage and Hima went to get some ice cream, they went to a cafe, they went to a movie theatre and watched a horror and after that, they're walking together at night and Hima's laughing at Kage as they approach the old clock tower.

"Admit it Kage, you screamed like a 6 year old girl," Hima says laughing hysterically.

"I didn't. There was an actual 6 year old in there," he says with a red face.

"Okay then. If your so brave, here's a dare. Let's go into the clock tower and stay until midnight," Hima says as she pulls him towards it.

"Am- I don't think that's a good idea," Kage says resisting.

"Come on, if you do it, I'll give you a kiss," Hima says temptly.

Kage gulps,"Fine. Let's go."

They head into the clock tower and reach the gear room where the lunar light enters through the clock face.

"See. It wasn't that hard," Hima says.

"Yuh, I guess but we should go. This place feels off," Kage says as he turns to go.

"Kage, just wait," Hima says as she pulls him to her," There's something I wanna tell you," she adds.

"What is it?" He wonders.

"I-I-I'm sorry for lying to you, but it was fun hanging out with you," Hima says as she backs away.

"Wh-," Kage gets hit in the head by a baseball bat and falls to the floor as the blue haired guy and red haired guy arrive with 7 shadowy figures and one of the looms over him holding a baseball bat and iron pipe.

"Well-Well, good job Hima," the blue haired guy says as the 7 figures surround Kage," Now let's go. You 8, don't go easy on him," the red head says with a crooked smile.

"Am- right," Hima says as she goes with the two.

"Why?" Kage says in pain, but they don't hear and the 8 figures start to pummel him relentlessly.

After a while Kage lies wounded and bleeding on the floor and the 8 figures start to leave.

"They won't tie this to us right?" One of them wonders.

"Don't worry. They'll take it as suicide. They'll find his body here dead and lifeless after they demolish this place. Now come on," one of them explains and urges. They leave.

"Why-Why-Why-WHY-WHY-WHY!!!" Kage muses in his mind as his vision fades.

"Well,well, seems we finally meet Kage Itto," a distinct distorted voice says as a shadow moves in the darkness of the clock tower.

"Whose there?" Kage says weakly.

"Don't worry. I'm only here to help. I can fufil your wishes. At a price that is," the voice says.

"And what's that?" Kage wonders.

"Simple. I'll reset this while world into the fantasy you desire, but you may or may not be the one chosen to wield unimaginable power. So is it agreed," the voice says as the shadow approaches Kage.

"Fine. No price is high when your lonely and friendless," Kage affirms.

"Good," the voice says as the shadow absorbs a dark aura from Kage and his hair turns white with yellow in it but his eyes remain misty grey.

"All your misery and sorrow in union with your hopes and dreams. Perfect," the voice says as reality distorts and shifts then black.

Kage opens his eyes and finds himself on the very top of the clock tower in a more modern and developed and less polluted city.

"Where-Where am I?" He wonders as he looks around. He then sees he's wearing a white sweater and black jeans and white trainers.

"What? I didn't wear this this night. I was in school uniform. What the heck is going o-"

He almost gets killed by a massive shadow bat. He jumps off the clock tower and starts plummeting to the ground.

"Helpppppp!!!!!" He says as the bat rushes after him. Suddenly it gets shoot down into the wall of the clock tower by a black red and silver energy blast.

"Woah," Kage says as he gets surrounded by energy particles and starts floating.

"Hey kid, what are you doing so late at night nearby the bloodbat nest," a pink haired guy wearing black shades and a mask wonders.

"I-I don't know. Am, who are you?" Kage wonders.

"I'm Sendesk, one of the captains of the Tri Axel Alliance. And who are you?" Sendesk wonders.

"I'm Kage Itto son of Kasumi Itto, do you know him," Kage wonders.

"Yuh I do. He's a general of Shadow Flaw faction, but he only has one child. A daughter. How do you have his last name. Answer me or face a death penalty."

Kage gulps.
