Gavin immediately called for his only Intermediate-level Blood Dragon Guard and poured energy points into him. Instantly, the Blood Dragon Guard radiated a powerful and mysterious aura, and a miraculous transformation soon took place.

The Blood Dragon Guard's body expanded rapidly, like an inflated balloon, growing larger by the second. His once solid muscles became even more prominent, and his frame grew incredibly imposing.

What was even more astonishing was that his height continued to increase, eventually reaching an astonishing two meters.

This towering figure stood like an immovable mountain, exuding a terrifying pressure that instilled fear in all who beheld it.

Gavin eagerly turned his attention to the panel to examine the details.

Upon seeing the panel, Gavin realized that this enhancement had consumed 2 energy points. However, seeing the powerful abilities displayed, he felt the cost was well worth it. Without hesitation, he proceeded to test the Blood Dragon Guard's abilities.

Soon, the tests were completed, and Gavin was thrilled to discover that the Blood Dragon Guard's strength had increased tremendously.

When the Blood Dragon Guard activated Berserk Strength and Hardened Skin, he transformed into an unstoppable, armored juggernaut, charging forward with immense force and displaying unmatched might.

Next, Gavin tested him further with magical flames, only to discover that the Blood Dragon Guard not only exhibited incredible resistance to the searing heat, but his healing abilities had also surpassed their previous limits, greatly improving. Even when engulfed in flames, the Blood Dragon Guard could recover to full strength in the blink of an eye.

Looking at the three remaining energy points, Gavin realized he could create one more Advanced Blood Dragon Guard. Without hesitation, he selected another Blood Dragon Guard to enhance and focus intently on the panel.

Seeing that he could still create up to 18 more Blood Dragon Guards, Gavin decided to head straight to the dungeon to begin the process. During his previous reorganization of the pirates, he had specifically imprisoned some who were meant to be executed—now, they would serve a new purpose.

By evening, Gavin had finished creating two Blood Dragon Guards. Weak and exhausted, he made his way back to the Lord's Manor.

Upon his return, the guards reported that Boris, the deputy administrator of Bloodstone Island, had been waiting for him for quite some time.

Gavin swiftly walked to the reception hall, where he saw Boris pacing back and forth, visibly agitated. "Boris, what has you so worked up?" Gavin asked with a puzzled expression.

Boris quickly stepped forward and bowed slightly, saying, "My lord, according to your instructions, the paper has been successfully produced."

Upon hearing this, Gavin's eyes brightened with a hint of delight, and he immediately ordered, "Increase the manpower and ramp up production. Let's expand on a larger scale and find the right opportunity to begin selling."

Boris hurriedly responded, "As you command, my lord! I'll make the arrangements immediately." He turned and left in a rush.

As he exited the Lord's Manor, Boris couldn't help but reflect: 'I had originally thought that this young Lord Gavin would be just like the previous rulers, focusing only on collecting taxes and charging tolls on trade routes. But unexpectedly, this new ruler, Gavin, not only refrained from harsh exploitation but also introduced new industries to the island and is willing to share the profits with the locals. Perhaps under his leadership, Bloodstone Island could indeed usher in an era of prosperity.'

Gavin watched as Boris's figure disappeared into the distance, his mind quietly formulating future plans for the island's development.

Through spreading the word and dispatching messengers, many merchant ships that heard the news began to return to this familiar trade route. The route was gradually starting to recover, with an increasing number of merchants arriving. Gavin planned to release his goods in the near future, which would help further stimulate the trade.

During this time, Gavin, using the knowledge from his past life, had successfully produced soap, perfume, paper, and even some unfinished wine.

By investing in and supporting the local population, Gavin helped them establish a series of workshops in their village to produce these goods. All products were purchased by Bloodstone Town but were not allowed to be sold privately.

Gavin then sold these products at a higher price to passing merchants while also purchasing raw materials and selling them to the locals, thereby reaping large profits.

At present, Gavin's income from soap and perfume alone was on the verge of surpassing the tolls he had previously collected.

With these goods generating enormous profits and the benefits from the revived trade route, Gavin believed that within three years, he could raise a powerful fleet capable of dominating the narrow seas, using the vast fortune he was amassing.

As Hassan returned, the envoys from the Three Daughters Kingdom arrived at Bloodstone Island.

To welcome them, Gavin hosted a special banquet.

The banquet was held in the grand hall of the Lord's Manor, lavishly decorated. The flickering candlelight casts a shimmering glow, enhancing the splendor of the surroundings.

Gavin sat at the head of the table, dressed in a luxurious robe, a sword symbolizing his authority at his waist, his expression calm and composed.

The envoy from Tyrosh arrived first. He was tall and slender, wearing a purple satin robe adorned with intricate embroidery and a jeweled hat on his head. However, his expression showed some concern. Smiling warmly, he bowed slightly and said, "Honorable Ser Gavin, the Great Lord is deeply honored by your invitation. We hope to discuss and plan for the stability of the trade route together."

Gavin nodded slightly and replied, "Welcome. I share the same views as the Great Lord, and I hope we can reach a consensus."

The envoys from Lys and Myr arrived together. The envoy from Lys was lean, with sharp, calculating eyes. He wore a black leather robe and had a sharp dagger at his waist.

Once seated, the Lysian envoy cast a sidelong glance at Gavin and spoke slowly, "Ser Gavin, as far as I know, you have not yet fully secured the Stepstones Islands. The Saan family's fleet, which they left behind, is still out there. Your situation might be a bit tricky."
