Gavin handed the sword he had prepared to the Blood Dragon Guard and immediately ordered it to attack him. After two minutes, at Gavin's command, the Blood Dragon Guard stopped its assault, and Gavin assessed the results.
The raw strength of the creature far exceeded his own, but in terms of combat techniques like swordsmanship, it was slightly lacking. Still, it had indeed reached the level of a half-mastery in swordsmanship, as described on the panel.
Next, Gavin used the sword to inflict various wounds on the Blood Dragon Guard and ordered it to use its rapid healing ability.
In less than a minute, the wounds on the Blood Dragon Guard's body completely healed, the process visible to the naked eyes.
Gavin carefully sensed the changes in the creature's magic, noting that the more severe the injury, the greater the consumption of magic for healing.

Edmund glanced at the weary Gavin, smiled, and said, "I heard you personally buried that dead gladiator last night?"
Gavin quickly replied, "Yes, my lord. He fought alongside me, so I felt it was only right for me to bury him personally."
"There's no need to tire yourself out like that next time. That gladiator was just a mercenary looking to earn some coins. Let the soldiers handle such things from now on." After speaking, Edmond casually waved his hand toward the tent entrance, and two people quickly stepped inside.
Edmund turned to Gavin again, his gaze carrying a hint of concern. "The Tyrell family's banquet is in two days, and Willas has invited you. I trust you haven't forgotten? If I may, I think you might not have the proper attire for such an event. You should get measured right away."
After thanking Edmund for his kindness, Gavin, though struggling to keep his eyes open, complied with the two tailors who began measuring him.
The tailors worked efficiently, their measuring tapes moving swiftly over Gavin's body as they quietly exchanged measurements.
Just as Gavin felt his eyelids growing heavier, the measurements were finally done. Gavin, drained of his last bit of energy, collapsed onto the bed and quickly drifted into a deep sleep.

Two days later, in the evening, Edmund led Gavin, now dressed in his new formal attire, to the Highgarden.
This was Gavin's first time inside the Highgarden castle, and he was immediately captivated by the beauty before him.
The entire castle was built from pure white stone, shining with a soft glow under the evening sun. As they entered, it felt as if they had stepped into a vast garden, with lush, green trees all around and the air filled with a sweet fragrance. Birds chirped merrily in the branches, their clear calls echoing through the air.
They passed through a long corridor and reached the entrance of the banquet hall. A servant standing at the door greeted Edmond with a respectful bow. "Please wait for a moment, my lord." The servant then entered the banquet hall. Moments later, a loud voice announced, "Lord Edmund Cotstayne of the Cotstayne family has arrived!"
Hearing his name announced, Edmund turned to Gavin with a meaningful smile and said, "Come, perhaps you'll gain something else today." Without waiting for Gavin's response, he stepped into the banquet hall.
Though Gavin was full of questions, he didn't press the matter and simply followed closely behind.
Upon entering the banquet hall, they were greeted by Willas, who exchanged polite courtesies with them. After the formalities, Edmund turned to Willas and asked, "Where is Lord Mace? I would like to pay my respects."
Willas smiled and replied, "My father has been waiting for you. Please, allow me to take you to him." With that, he glanced at Gavin, who was standing behind Edmond, and gave him a knowing smile.
"Relax and feel free to look around. If you're hungry, there's a food table to the left. Should you need anything, simply call for a servant. Enjoy yourself."
After finishing his words, Willas led Edmund to meet Lord Mace, leaving Gavin to explore the hall on his own.
