A starship is travelling through the Ferobian asteroid belt. The silver trident symbol painted on its hull indicates that it belongs to the New Federation of Man.
It is heading for a small, dark rocky asteroid that is inconspicuous in the vast Ferobian planetary system. It is only 800 kilometres in diameter, has a mass of about 30 billion billion tons and is about 180 million kilometres from the nearest star. This means that it is relatively cool, has a limited gravity and is an asteroid that can be terraformed.
It has therefore been terraformed and is now one of the 38 New Federation Government exile stars, designed to house criminals who are not executed but cannot be set free.
The battleship cruiser Crimson Moon is currently carrying a special passenger to the penal colony.
She is an elderly woman sitting in a glass room, wearing a white robe. She looks to be in her sixties, but she has a rosy complexion and is full of energy, intently staring at a Rubik's cube.
The Rubik's Cube is not in her hands, but is floating in the air in front of her.
It slowly rotates in the air, as if an invisible hand is holding it, and every now and then it moves a little, causing the coloured blocks on the Rubik's Cube to change.
The old woman just keeps staring at the Rubik's Cube, as if she has not noticed Captain Kevin Nelson outside the glass room.
This makes the captain feel a little unhappy. He leans his head to the side and asks the young female lieutenant next to him, 'How long has she been like this?'
'Three days, sir,' the young female officer with long black hair replied.
The captain glanced at the Rubik's Cube in the air with a slight look of disgust: "An old immortal with boundless energy...'
'You're jealous, Nelson," the old man in the glass room suddenly said, looking at the Rubik's Cube and saying, "You're jealous of the power I have that you don't, aren't you?'
'Maybe, Senator Loshi," Captain Nelson shrugged, 'You're always so wise and can see right through people. But what does it matter? Look at you, once so high up, now you are a prisoner. Even if you have extraordinary abilities, what good are they? Your feeble powers cannot even break through the glass in front of me. What can you do? Smash me to death with the Rubik's Cube in your hand? Or exhaust me with your energy, which you can keep up for three days and nights without sleep?
The old man's gaze finally shifted from the Rubik's Cube, which fell with a 'pop'.
She walked up to the captain, came up to him, and stood in front of the glass wall, running her fingers gently across it.
This action made Captain Nelson tense up for a moment, and he took a small step back.
Then he realised that nothing had happened.
The old man just looked at him, his eyes full of mockery, as if the person in the cell was not himself, but the other person.
She said, 'Your hostility towards me comes from your evil master, and I know you are his loyal dog. In your eyes, every humiliation of mine is a step towards your success and fame. You are just a pitiful person who begs for scraps by wagging your tail.'
These words completely enraged Captain Nelson.
Bang!
His fist hit the glass wall, shaking out a roar.
He yelled viciously at the old man, 'Old woman, on this starship, I am the boss, and you have no idea how bad it will be for you if you offend me!'
The old man replied peacefully, 'In fact, I know better than you what will happen next.'
'What?' Captain Nelson was taken aback.
'First, you will be furious at my insolence and intend to teach me a lesson. But at that moment, an emergency will suddenly arise that requires your attention, and you will have to temporarily let me go and return to the command hall to deal with it. Then, your subordinates will stage a mutiny and kill you. Finally, I will be released, take those who support me, and leave here, becoming the eternal nightmare in your master's heart.' The old man calmly replied.
Captain Nelson burst out laughing as if he had heard the funniest joke. 'What are you talking about? You old woman are completely crazy with your superpowers. Udi, go and get her...'
He was about to tell his adjutant to teach the old woman a lesson when an urgent cry suddenly came from the cabin:
'Warning, warning, an unidentified fleet is approaching. All personnel, please take your positions immediately and prepare for battle!'
Nelson's face suddenly froze.
He looked in surprise at Senator Loshi, who was also looking at him peacefully.
Captain Nelson shook his head: 'This must be a coincidence.'
He quickly stepped back and then turned and ran towards the command hall.
The command hall was already in a state of chaos, with everyone busy preparing for a possible surprise attack.
Captain Nelson arrived in the command hall and yelled, 'Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?'
'As you can see, Captain,' said an officer, pointing out of the porthole.
Captain Nelson saw that a fleet of black ships without any camouflage was heading straight for them.
'Oh, shit!' groaned Captain Nelson. 'Do we know who they are?'
'Not really. The communicators are constantly sending out signals to the other ships, but there is no response.'
'This is not a good sign. Raise the energy shield immediately, then fire a warning shot at the other ship, and...' Captain Nelson was about to speak when the words of Senator Loshi suddenly flashed through his mind.
'And then your men will mutiny.'
These words made Captain Nelson tremble all over, and he looked cautiously at the people around him. He saw that everyone was busily working anxiously or waiting for his orders, which reassured him a little.
That damned old woman was talking nonsense.
Just then, the dark-haired ensign, Udi, walked in from outside: 'Sir.'
'What is it? You'd better make it short. I don't have much time for nonsense right now,' Captain Nelson snapped.
'Yes, sir,' Udi said, pulling out a gun and holding it to the captain's forehead.
'Mutiny!' she said.
Pulled the trigger.
