I cupped my face as I smiled at the spread of stars down below. For some weird reason, I was more of a city lights gazer. I don't understand people wanting to connect with nature. Technology is far more fascinating and peaceful if you don't think too much into it. And this city at night, is my favorite place to be.
I tipped my skateboard forward, which was followed by a couple of gasps from behind me. Rooftop parties are fun. But it gets a little off putting once the party settles into a calm chatter, and guys start going around trying to hit on what they find conventionally attractive by their definition. As I pummeled into the night, down the glass surface of the building reflecting me with the backdrop of all those lights affar and tiny. I smiled and closed my eyes, letting the wind of the relaxing fall hit my face as I was gliding downwards with the skateboard over the air pushing up on my body. I opened my eyes to the far horizon, and glitched.
