Yaxoc and Yaxocara found themselves in a surreal dimension filled with floating clouds and a tranquil ambiance. Soft, ethereal music played in the background, creating a dreamlike atmosphere.
"Whoa… where are we?" Yaxoc asked, pushing himself up from the soft, cloud-like ground. He looked around in awe at the floating islands and shimmering lights above.
"It seems we've been sealed," Yaxocara replied, scanning the horizon with narrowed eyes. "This is the Realm of Spirit. A dreamscape for wanderers… or captives."
"A dreamscape?" Yaxoc tilted his head.
"Exactly. This place is designed to trap dreamers in an endless loop. If we want to escape, we need to figure out who's behind this and why." Yaxocara started walking. "Come on. Standing here isn't going to get us answers."
Yaxoc followed closely, still marveling at the surreal beauty of the realm.
"So… how did you even come back to life?" Yaxoc asked, glancing at her.
Yaxocara's expression darkened slightly. "After my death, my soul was sealed in a prison. Whoever did it underestimate me. I spent what felt like an eternity mastering my essences. It wasn't easy—this prison was layered with an infinite seal that regenerated no matter how much I broke it." She smirked. "But I found a way."
"Wait, infinite durability?" Yaxoc raised a brow. "That's insane! And you broke out?"
Yaxocara shot him a sharp look. "Of course. I had no other choice." Her gaze softened, but only slightly. "Thanks to that, I fully mastered my angelic essence. But don't get too comfortable with compliments. Unlike you, I don't waste potential by getting arrogant in battle."
Yaxoc winced. "Hey, that's not fair! Zarzock caught me off guard!"
"Caught you off guard?" Yaxocara scoffed. "You spent the whole fight showing off. If he'd been just a bit more focused, you'd have been dead before I even got there."
Before Yaxoc could retort, the ground beneath them trembled. A surge of malevolent energy rippled through the air, warping the serene clouds into dark, twisted shapes.
"What the—?!" Yaxoc stumbled. "What's going on?"
"That's… negative energy," Yaxocara said, her eyes narrowing. "Someone here is having a nightmare—and a bad one at that. But it's strange for negative energy to manifest so strongly in this realm…" She paused, then added sharply, "Let's investigate. Now."
The two dashed toward the source of the disturbance, stopping as they saw a child crouched in fear, their small frame trembling violently.
"A kid?" Yaxoc blinked.
Yaxocara's expression turned grim. "That child's nightmare is feeding this realm's instability… and that's not all." She pointed toward a sinister figure looming over the child within the nightmare—a shadowy entity with glowing red eyes.
"Ogamak," Yaxocara muttered under her breath. "That bastard is using the nightmare to torment them."
Yaxoc clenched his fists, his usual smirk replaced with anger. "Let's take him down."
Without hesitation, they lunged into the nightmare.
Inside the nightmare, the world was twisted and chaotic skies roared with black lightning, and the ground was jagged and unstable. Ogamak stood over the cowering child, his jagged claws glowing with dark energy.
"Say your goodbyes, little dreamer," Ogamak sneered, raising his hand for a final strike.
But before he could land the blow, Yaxoc's fist connected with his face, sending him stumbling backward.
"What the—?!" Ogamak growled, clutching his face as he turned to see his attackers. His eyes widened in shock as he spotted Yaxocara. "You again?! How are you even alive?"
Yaxocara smirked, drawing her sword. "Wouldn't you like to know?"
Ogamak glared at them both, his claws crackling with dark energy. "This isn't over." With that, he disappeared into the swirling chaos, retreating from the nightmare.
Back in the Realm of Spirit, the child had calmed, their trembling replaced by peaceful rest as they lay on the soft clouds.
"They're unconscious now," Yaxocara observed. "Looks like dreamers only remain aware inside their nightmares. That kid should be safe for now."
"Okay, so what's the plan?" Yaxoc asked, crossing his arms. "How do we get out of here?"
"First, we need to find the source of the seal that trapped us here," Yaxocara replied, her tone serious. "The longer we stay, the more likely Ogamak—or something worse—will come after us again."
"Got it," Yaxoc said, determination lighting up his face. "Let's keep moving."
The two set off once more, the tranquil yet deceptive beauty of the realm stretching endlessly before them.

In a separate part of the dimension, Xavy and Liski watched the events unfold from a shimmering observation portal.
"So… she actually broke out of your seal," Liski muttered, her tone tinged with both surprise and respect. She leaned against the portal's edge, watching Yaxoc and Yaxocara walk together. "She might even be stronger than Yaxoc at this rate."
"Don't jump to conclusions, Liski," Xavy replied, his expression calm but thoughtful. "Sure, she's strong—probably stronger than Yaxoc right now. But Yaxoc has always been the type to grow stronger the more he fights. Just wait. He's far from reaching his peak."
Liski crossed her arms, her gaze still fixed on the duo. "Do you think Yaxocara will be able to keep up with him when the war breaks out?"
Xavy pondered for a moment before answering. "Yes… and no. She's capable, but I doubt she'll fight in the same way he will. Her approach has always been different. Still, her return changes things. For now, what matters is that she's alive again."
Before Liski could respond, she tensed, her head snapping to the side as if sensing something. "I'll be right back." Without waiting for Xavy's reply, she turned and walked off, her pace brisk and determined.
Xavy sighed, leaning back lazily. He already had a good idea of what—or rather, who—she was sensing. "Lucius…" he muttered, deciding to wait and let Liski handle it.

Liski moved swiftly through the realm, her senses sharp. Suddenly, Lucius lunged from the shadows, aiming a devastating kick at her head. She reacted in an instant, blocking his attack with a raised arm.
"Ah-ha, caught you!" Liski grinned, her eyes alight with determination.
Without hesitation, she countered with a sharp punch to his face, sending him flying into a nearby cloud wall. The impact caused him to rebound, careening straight back toward her.
"Get ready! BLACK FLASH!" Liski shouted, channeling her energy into a single, devastating punch. A brilliant flash erupted upon impact, sending Lucius skidding across the clouds.
Lucius staggered to his feet, wiping blood from the corner of his mouth. "You little brat…" he growled, his tone venomous.
His eyes flicked to the blindfold covering Liski's eyes, and a sinister idea took root in his mind. Her power must be tied to that blindfold. If I can remove it, I can steal her abilities.
Lucius teleported behind her, launching a flurry of attacks. Liski skillfully blocked and countered most of his strikes, but he didn't relent.
Channeling his demonic essence, Lucius unleashed a brutal barrage, finishing with a powerful blow that sent Liski crashing into the ground. She skidded across the surface, coughing up blood as she struggled to rise.
"So, that's how you want to play it?" Liski spat, wiping her mouth as she stood shakily.
Before she could fully recover, Lucius teleported directly in front of her, landing another devastating punch that knocked her back down.
"Pathetic," Lucius sneered, dusting off his shoulder.
As Liski lay injured, her blindfold loosened and fell, revealing her glowing pink eyes. Lucius's sneer turned into a mocking grin.
"Pink eyes? What are you, some kind of cosmic clown? Maybe I should call you Pinkie Pie," he taunted, laughing at his own joke.
Liski slowly stood, her expression darkening as her voice glitched ominously. "Listen here, you insignificant worm," she said, her tone distorted, "you don't get to insult someone like me."
She clasped her hands together, chanting, "Domain Expansion!"
The atmosphere around them warped and glitched, transforming into a chaotic, unstable version of the Realm of Spirit. The air crackled with distorted energy, and Lucius's movements faltered as his powers began to destabilize.
"What the hell is this?!" Lucius shouted; his voice tinged with panic as he realized his abilities were failing.
Liski's gaze pierced through him, her voice cold and steady. "Welcome to the Coffin of the Glitchy Realm."
The domain's unstable energy made Lucius completely vulnerable.
"Damn you…!" Lucius roared in frustration.
Liski lunged at him with blinding speed, landing a powerful final blow that shattered the domain and sent Lucius crashing into unconsciousness. The realm returned to normal, leaving Liski standing over his fallen form.
Xavy teleported to her side, clapping slowly. "Well, well. You really gave that bastard a lesson."
Liski glared at him, still catching her breath. "And where were you, huh? You could've stopped this fight in seconds. You're way stronger than him!"
Xavy shrugged, his grin infuriatingly casual. "Memory fragments don't interfere with each other's battles unless it's absolutely necessary."
"Oh, sure," Liski said, rolling her eyes. "Like that time, you conveniently didn't help HIM when he had a full-on panic attack during that presentation!"
"Hey, anxiety is a powerful enemy," Xavy said with mock seriousness. "Not everything can be punched into submission."
Liski groaned. "You're insufferable."
"True," Xavy replied with a grin. "But let's keep moving. We've got work to do."
The two walked away, leaving Lucius unconscious as the realm returned to its usual tranquil state.
