Third Person's POV
David, annoyed by the judgemental looks that everyone was giving his mate, bolted from his seat in anger and pinned the maid to the wall.
"You liar, Mia just arrived."
He seethed and his eyes glowed red as he looked at her with killing intent.
He slammed the maid continuously against the wall.
"You must have had something to do with it."
The maid choked as David threatened to force out the wolf's life out of her.
"DAVID, DROP HER DOWN", Alpha Kane commanded.
But it was as if he was talking to a deaf David as David only tightened his chokehold.
The maid coughed and life was slipping out of her.
"Mate", Mia cooed gently.
David heard and the look in his eyes softened as he turned to look at Mia who was now on her feet.
"Come to me", she said softly.
It was like an order but David didn't deny it as he let go of the maid causing her to fall on the floor, her hand on her neck as she gasped for air. He went to Mia and she hugged him and turned to Luna.
"Luna, can I take David to the rose garden behind the fountain?"
Luna blinked then nodded and smiled softly, "Go ahead."
Mia then took him away.
Alpa Kane was angry as he turned to Gordon.
"Did you see that Gordon, he didn't listen to me but he paid attention to that girl", he said bitterly.
"Kane, you know that she is his mate, you can't compare his love for her to…"
" TO WHAT GORDON?"
Alpha Kane inhaled sharply and said to no one in particular,
" You know what? I am going to inform the elders about this."
"Kane", Gordon yelled.
Alpha Kane walked up the stairs and turned to look at Gordon,
"You can help me Gordon, make sure the maid and wilder are checked by any of the Pack doctors, I will send an emergency call to three of the most powerful elders."
" Kane, please."
" Don't try to stop me Gordon."
Alpha Kane turned to look at Luna who gazed sadly at him with tears forming in her eyes.
"You are just full of hate. I pity you", she says before turning away.

The elders are seated down with Alpha Kane, Elissa, Gordon, Wilder and the maid with Kate.
There are three of them, two with white hair and one who is bald, they are all old and are the oldest living wolves in the pack. Their names are Richard, Owen and the bald one is nicknamed Azure because of his sharp blue eyes.
"So you say", said Richard, "that the maid found Wilder unconscious in your son's mate's wardrobe?"
"Yes", answered Kane.
"Hmmm"
Owen looks at the maid with proper scrutiny and says, " Why do we need to listen to a low born person when we can get the answers ourselves."
"But…", the maid tries to say something.
"SILENCE", Owen booms, "Pathetic dog", he snaps.
The maid cowers in fright.
Azure stands and urges Wilder to come, he makes him sit and places both hands on the side of Wilder's head, Wilder closes his eyes and Azure closes his eyes and opens it after sometime, he removes his hand and places it again, he does this again making it the third time. He looks at Kane and removes his hands.
"You may go Wilder."
Wilder bows slightly and leaves.
" Come Alpha Kane, let us go for a drive."
Azure leaves him no choice but walks out of the room.

Alpha Kane brings the vehicle to a stop at a secluded place. He turns to look at Azure who is looking out of the car.
" Azure what did you see?"
Azure hears his name, frowns and tightens his jaw, he licks his lower lip and looks at Alpha Kane with a frown.
"It was you who assaulted Wilder."
