Chapter 10 - Kocho Kanae.

Surya arrived in the small town about midday. When he arrived in town, he looked for Kanae. To be honest, when he discovered this was a demon slayer planet, he thought of people who had lost their parents in the demon attack. Most of them join the Demon Slayer Corps.

The majority of demon slayers suffer from demons. The most miserable is Tanjiro's family. He is unsure whether Tanjiro's father is alive or not. He asked Ubuyashiki to find them. He also has a plan to recruit Mist Hashira and his brother.

Surya discovered her in the fruit shop after strolling around the market. She was buying fruits for the kids with her. Based on their appearance, most of them may come from slums. Surya approached and greeted her slowly.

Kanae is a young, fair woman, and tall for her age. She possessed dark black hair flowing fluidly to her hips. Her eyes are remarkably large, just like her biological sister Shinobu, and a pale violet color with many sparkles reflecting off them, fringed with long, lovely lashes. Being the Flower Hashira, she wears two beautiful pink-green butterflies on either back-side of her head that accentuates her looks. Kanae is a good-natured girl with an easygoing personality. She is almost always seen with a gentle smile on her face.

Kocho Kanae visited the town to investigate the disappearance of a woman. While inquiring, she saw children looking eagerly at the fruits. When she saw it, she recalled her childhood. The demon broke all of her childhood happiness. To eliminate them, she and her sister became demon slayers. She gazed at the children and wondered about their future. Kanae decided to get something for them to eat. While buying things, she overheard a guy's voice.

"Hi, are you from Demon Slayer Corps?"

Kanae noticed a male magnetic voice and looked at Surya. Her initial thought was, "Handsome." This was the first time she had encountered a handsome man. Her face became crimson.

"I am...."

"I am Infinite Hashira, Surya Dev."

"So, you're one of the new Hashiras."

"I am Flower Hashira: Kocho Kanae."

In the Ubuyashiki mansion, Kagaya Ubuyashiki, who had been released from the curse, grabbed up the sword and struck forward. There was no discomfort or tiredness in the body. He slashed repeatedly. He was laughing loudly as he slashed. Amane, who was with her children, also heard her husband and entered the courtyard. When she witnessed Kagaya chopping a sword furiously, she nearly passed out.

"Husband, what are you doing...?"

"Amane...I... am... free..."

"I...am...free...from...the curse."

His words stunned Amane, who rushed to his side and examined his body. Amane is from a priest family and understands the nature of her husband's curse. She cried when she saw Kagaya's healthy state.

"How was the curse removed?"

"It was because of Surya."

His words took Amane by surprise. She recalled him from the final selection. That was a year ago. After a year, she saw him once more. After viewing his handsome appearance, an unusual fire ignited in her body. She and her husband had had sex about three years ago. She was also fascinated by his appearance.

"Amane, haven't we tried recruiting the descendants of the First Breath user?"

"Give them the two stones."

Ubuyashiki handed her two blue stones.

"After taking the stones, they will fall asleep. "Just stay at their side till they wake up."

"In addition, look for the Kamado family. They had been coal sellers for generations.

"This is extremely important."

Following that, he gave Amane her curse-removing medicines and instructed his children to use them. He informed her that it would erase the curse from their bodies.

Kanae and Surya were discussing while strolling along the street. Surya also sensed a significant demon presence in the town, most likely Doma. Surya was eager to face him to test his strength. Surya's strength improved dramatically after combining Godhood and Infinite Breathing. There was no one in the world who could match his current strength.

Knowing that Surya was new to Hashira, Kanae became friendlier. She understands how hard it is to become Hashira. The majority of the potential candidates died before they could reach their potential. There was no awkwardness between them. Surya also discovered that there were two new Hashira: Wind Hashira and Snake Hashira. Surya probably guessed who they were. It was already dark, and they had selected a place for dinner.

"I've previously told you we're not interested in becoming swordsmen." Yuichiro glared at the Amane with loathing, while Muichiro stood behind him, unsure whether to speak or not.

Yuichiro and his younger twin brother, Muichiro, were born to a woodcutter and his wife. When they were ten, their mother caught a cold which developed into bronchitis and killed her. Their father, away at the time, went to fetch medicinal herbs during a storm and ended up falling off a cliff to his death. The two siblings survived together, though while Muichiro took after the emotive and kind nature of their father, Yuichiro instead held a cold and impassive outlook on life.

Yuichiro was a cold and skeptical individual who didn't believe in compassion or caring for others. He believed that doing good deeds wouldn't do a person a shred of good, which is seen when he claimed his father was a fool for dying while trying to gather herbs to help cure his mother.

Amane looked at one of the twins, who was speaking to her with hostility. She arrived at the home of the twins on her Husband's instructions. She is aware that it is pointless, but she is determined to try.

"Of course, I know; this time I came here to present the gifts."

Amane opened the bag and arranged two stones in front of them. Before they could react, they moved quickly towards them and sucked into their bodies. After they lost consciousness and Amane examined the situation, they were both sleeping. With the assistance of two demon slayers, they relocated them to their homes. Amane is protected when she goes outside with her children.
