Let's address the elephant in the room first:

Incest - If you've already inferred from the synopsis and the first chapter, then you know that there will MC's mother in his harem. BUT it doesn't stop at that. If you've read a bit further then you should know that MC has reincarnated, again. Which means new family, new mother and other relatives. BUT it doesn't end there. If you scrolled to the bottom of the synopsis or even paid attention to that Breeding tag at the top then you should be aware that there will be a lot of Impregnation in the future. So, Daughters. HOWEVER, while there will be quite a bit of Smut, it won't start for quite some while.
