The next day. Last night, Raul held Starley in his arms all night until she fell asleep completely. And in the morning, Starley looked much better. She seemed more enthusiastic than yesterday. Sabrina, Clara, and Raul felt relieved to see that.
Not long after, Raul's phone rang; there was an incoming call. Raul saw Luke's name on the screen.
"Hello," Raul answered.
"Blackwell, just a heads up. Damien's condition has stabilized. He has been moved to a hospital room," Luke explained.
Raul, upon hearing that, immediately stood up; he felt so relieved to listen to it.
"Really? Thank goodness! Are you with him?" Raul asked.
"Yes, he's right next to me," Luke replied.
"Give him the phone," Raul said. Luke immediately did so, and soon, Raul heard Damien's voice.
"Yohoo! Hey Raul, are you okay?" Damien asked casually.
