Chapter 2 - Chapter-2 classmate

As I enter the gate of Horiko Academy, I'm immediately greeted by the familiar sight of my classmates milling about, chatting and laughing together. I make my way through the crowd, trying to navigate through the throngs of students.

As I turn a corner, I see a figure standing tall, with a confident smile on his face. It's Manabu Horikita, the captain of our class. He's a tall, athletic boy with a strong sense of leadership and a sharp mind. I've always looked up to him as a role model, and I'm a bit intimidated by his presence.

I nod at him, trying to play it cool. "Hey, Manabu. Good morning. I'm doing alright, thanks."

I approach Manabu Horikita, who's standing tall and confident as always. I ask him, "Hey, Cap, are you waiting for someone?"

Manabu Horikita turns to me, a hint of a smile on his face. "Ah, Nobuaki, good morning. Yeah, I'm waiting for Mio. She's supposed to meet me here before our study session starts."

I nod, intrigued. "Mio? I thought she was still on break. What's she doing here?"

Manabu shrugs. "I'm not entirely sure. She just messaged me and said she'd be here a little early. I'm guessing she wants to go over some notes or something."

I raise an eyebrow, curiosity getting the better of me. "You're not worried about her showing up late, are you? I mean, she's not exactly known for her punctuality."

Manabu chuckles. "Nah, I'm not worried. Mio's always been a bit... unpredictable, but she's a valuable member of our team. I'm sure she'll show up when she's ready."

I nod, making a mental note to keep an eye out for Mio. I'm not sure what to make of her sudden appearance, but I'm sure it'll be interesting to see how things play out.

As we're chatting, the entrance of Horiko Academy starts to fill with students, and the atmosphere becomes more lively. I see a familiar figure walking towards us, and my eyes widen as I recognize Mio-chan, the enigmatic and beautiful student from our class.

Mio-chan approaches us with a bright smile on her face, her long black hair bouncing with each step. She's dressed in her usual stylish outfit, and I can't help but feel a bit awestruck by her presence.

"Hey, Manabu! Hey, Nobuaki!" she says, her voice bubbly and cheerful. "Sorry I'm late! I got held up with something."

Manabu Horikita greets her with a warm smile, while I try to play it cool, not wanting to seem too starstruck. "No worries, Mio-chan. We were just discussing our study session for today. Are you ready to get started?"

Mio-chan nods enthusiastically, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Yeah, I'm so ready! I've been studying all night, and I'm feeling pretty confident about our exam."

I raise an eyebrow, intrigued by her confidence. "Really? What makes you think you're so prepared?"

Mio-chan grins mischievously. "Let's just say I have a few tricks up my sleeve. But don't worry, I'll share them with you guys during our study session."

I exchange a skeptical glance with Manabu, but Mio-chan's enthusiasm is infectious, and we both can't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation for our study session.

As we're chatting with Mio-chan, a female student wearing a red blazer with a white shirt and pleated skirt approaches us. She's a familiar face, and I recognize her as Yuri, a classmate of ours who's known for her bubbly personality and fashion sense.

Yuri greets us with a bright smile, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "Hello guys! What's going on?"

Mio-chan turns to her, a hint of a smile on her face. "Hey, Yuri! We were just discussing our study session for today. Want to join us?"

Yuri's eyes light up, and she nods eagerly. "Oh, yeah! I'd love to! I've been studying all morning, and I'm feeling pretty confident about our exam."

Manabu Horikita greets her warmly, while I try to play it cool, not wanting to seem too interested in Yuri's presence. "Hey, Yuri! Good to see you. We were just discussing our strategy for the exam."

Yuri nods, her eyes scanning the group. "Oh, yeah! I've been thinking about that too. I think we should focus on the math section. I've been practicing my problems, and I'm feeling pretty confident."

I raise an eyebrow, intrigued by her confidence. "Really? What makes you think you're so prepared?"

Yuri grins mischievously. "Let's just say I have a few tricks up my sleeve. But don't worry, I'll share them with you guys during our study session."

Mio-chan chuckles, while Manabu Horikita nods thoughtfully. "Okay, sounds like a plan. Let's get started then!"

The group begins to disperse, with Yuri joining us as we head towards the study room. I exchange a glance with Manabu, who raises an eyebrow inquiringly. I shrug, not sure what to make of Yuri's sudden interest in our study session.

As I walk through the entrance of Horiko Academy, I'm surrounded by the chatter of students and the sound of lockers opening and closing. I'm joined by three students, all of whom are familiar faces in our school.

To my left is Manabu Horikita, the captain of Class 1-B. He's wearing a red blazer with a white shirt and a red tie, and his black pants are perfectly pressed. He's also wearing a pair of sunglasses, which gives him a bit of a cool and mysterious look. His hair is black, and his eyes are a piercing white with black pupils. He's carrying a backpack that's a bit worn out, but it's clear that he's a student who's always on the go.

Next to Manabu is Mio Nakahara, a student who's known for her fashion sense. She's wearing a red blazer with a blue shirt and a red tie, and her pleated skirts are perfectly pleated. She's also wearing a pair of high heels that make her look even more stylish. Her hair is tied up in a ponytail, and she's wearing a few ribbons that add a touch of elegance to her outfit.

Finally, there's Yuri Sakainagi, a student who's known for her cute and traditional style. She's wearing a red blazer with a pink shirt and a red tie, and her pleated skirts are perfectly pleated. She's also wearing a traditional type of backpack that's a bit old-fashioned, but it suits her perfectly.

As we walk through the hallway, we're greeted by the sight of students chatting and laughing with each other. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, and it's clear that everyone is excited to be back at school.

"Hey, guys," I say, trying to sound casual. "What's up?"

Manabu turns to me, a hint of a smile on his face. "Not much, Nobuaki. Just getting ready for our study session."

Mio nods in agreement. "Yeah, I've been studying all morning, and I'm feeling pretty confident about our exam."

Yuri chimes in, her voice bubbly and cheerful. "I've been practicing my problems, and I'm feeling pretty good too!"

I nod, trying to keep up with their conversation. "Yeah, me too. I've been studying all morning, and I'm feeling pretty confident."

As we continue to chat, we're joined by more students, all of whom are eager to discuss their study plans and strategies. The hallway is filled with the sound of chatter and laughter, and it's clear that everyone is excited to be back at school.

As we continue to chat, I notice that I'm the last one to join the group, and I'm wearing a similar outfit to Manabu and Mio - a red blazer with a white shirt and a red tie. My hair is black, and my eyes are a piercing white with blue pupils, which seems to be a unique trait among my classmates.

I'm also carrying a normal bag for equipment, which is a bit worn out but reliable. I give a nod to Manabu, Mio, and Yuri, and we all head inside the Academy together.

As we walk through the entrance, we're greeted by the familiar sight of the school's interior. The hallway is lined with lockers and classrooms, and the sound of chatter and laughter fills the air.

We make our way to the study room, which is located on the second floor. The room is spacious and well-lit, with large windows that offer a view of the surrounding area.

As we enter the room, I notice that it's already filled with students who are studying and chatting with each other. Manabu takes charge, and we all gather around the table to discuss our study plans and strategies.

Mio pulls out a stack of notes and begins to explain her approach to the exam. Yuri nods enthusiastically, and I take notes as Manabu summarizes the key points.

As we continue to discuss, I notice that the room is filled with a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. We're all working together to achieve a common goal, and it's clear that we're all committed to doing our best.

The study session is intense, but it's also enjoyable. We take breaks to grab snacks and drinks, and we all share stories and jokes to keep each other's spirits high.

As the session comes to a close, I feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. We've made significant progress, and I'm confident that we'll do well on the exam.

As we pack up our things and head out of the study room, I turn to Manabu and say, "Thanks for organizing this study session, Manabu. I think we're all going to do great on the exam."

Manabu smiles, and we all share a laugh as we head out of the Academy together.

Nobuaki Kanazaki: After finishing our study session in the study room, Manabu, Mio, Yuri, and I head to Class 1-B, where we take our seats on the benches. Class 1-B is a large classroom with 30 tables and benches, and it's always bustling with activity.

As we sit down, I take a look around the classroom and notice that there are 25 students in total, all of whom are engaged in various activities. Some of them are chatting with each other, while others are doing their homework or studying.

I spot a few familiar faces, including Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, the vice-captain of Class 1-B, who's sitting at a nearby table and studying intently. I also see Rokusuke Chabashira, a quiet and reserved student who's always sitting alone, but seems to be enjoying his own company.

As I look around the classroom, I notice that the atmosphere is relaxed and casual, with students chatting and laughing with each other. It's clear that everyone is feeling comfortable and at ease, which is a testament to the strong sense of camaraderie that exists within Class 1-B.

Manabu, Mio, and Yuri are all chatting with each other, discussing their plans for the rest of the day. I join in on the conversation, and we all share a laugh as we talk about our various activities.

As we sit on the benches, I take a moment to observe the other students in the classroom. I notice that some of them are working on their homework, while others are chatting with their friends. It's clear that everyone is focused on their own goals and objectives, but they're all doing it in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

The classroom is filled with a sense of energy and enthusiasm, and I feel grateful to be a part of such a vibrant and dynamic community. As I sit on the bench, I feel a sense of belonging and connection to my fellow students, and I know that I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.

I chuckle, feeling a bit amused by her enthusiasm. "Well, I suppose we are a bit like a family," I reply, trying to sound diplomatic.

Mai nods, her eyes sparkling with agreement. "Exactly! And I'm so glad to be a part of it."

As Mai continues to chat with me, I can see that she's still bouncing off the walls with energy. She's always been a bit of a wild card, and I'm not sure what she's going to do next. But one thing's for sure - she's always going to be a force to be reckoned with.

As the teacher, Tanaka-sensei, enters the classroom, the students all stand up and salute him. Mai, who was still chatting with me, quickly stands up and salutes Tanaka-sensei, her eyes shining with respect.

"Good morning, students," Tanaka-sensei says, his voice firm but friendly. "Welcome to our class today. I trust you all had a good morning and are ready to learn. "Now, let me introduce you to your new classmates. This is Ayanokoji Kyotaka and Chabashira Rokustsu. They've just transferred to Horiko Academy, so I expect you all to make them feel welcome."

The room erupted in whispers, curious eyes darting between the two new students. Some murmured about how rare mid-year transfers were at Horiko Academy, while others speculated about their backgrounds.

Ayanokoji's gaze remained steady, as if he were analyzing every detail of the classroom. Meanwhile, Chabashira tilted her head slightly, her smirk deepening as if she were already enjoying the attention.

Ayanokoji Kyotaka, wore a perfectly tailored red blazer over a crisp white shirt, his look immaculate and composed. His short, brown hair framed his sharp features, but it was his eyes that immediately drew attention. The sclerae were a stark, unnatural white, contrasting with the pupils—a mesmerizing mix of blue and yellow, like fractured glass reflecting a mysterious light.

Beside him, Chabashira Rokustsu exuded an entirely different energy. Her long black hair was tied neatly with ribbons, giving her an air of elegance. Her black blazer matched the boy's, and the white shirt beneath was perfectly pressed. Yet, like him, her eyes were strikingly unusual. Her sclerae were also white, but her pupils shimmered with a swirling mix of yellow and black, like the eye of a storm.

The students all nod and murmur in agreement, still standing at attention. Tanaka-sensei walks over to the front of the classroom and takes a seat at his desk.

"Today, we will be discussing the importance of teamwork and collaboration," he says, his eyes scanning the room. "I want you all to think about how you can work together to achieve a common goal, and how you can support each other in the process."

As Tanaka-sensei begins to speak, the students all take their seats and start to listen intently. Mai, who was still standing, takes her seat next to me, and we both lean forward to listen to Tanaka-sensei's lecture.

Tanaka-sensei is a well-respected teacher in our school, known for his ability to make complex concepts seem simple and easy to understand. He's also a bit of a strict disciplinarian, but he's fair and always willing to help his students when they need it.

As the lecture continues, I find myself getting more and more engaged. Tanaka-sensei's words are inspiring, and I start to think about how I can apply the concepts he's teaching us to my own life.

Mai, who's sitting next to me, seems to be thinking along the same lines. She's nodding along with Tanaka-sensei's words, and I can see the wheels turning in her head as she thinks about how to apply the concepts to her own life.

As the lecture comes to a close, Tanaka-sensei asks us to take out our notebooks and start to write down some notes. I pull out my notebook and start to write, trying to capture as much of Tanaka-sensei's words as possible.

Mai, who's sitting next to me, starts to write as well, her pen moving quickly across the page. I glance over at her and see that she's writing down some notes of her own, her eyes shining with excitement.

As we continue to write, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. I'm learning something new, and I'm doing it with the help of my friends and classmates. It's a great feeling, and I know that I'll always cherish the memories of this moment.

As Tanaka-sensei calls out Kyotaka Ayanokoji's name, he nods and stands up from his seat on the first bench. He's a bit of a quiet and reserved student, but he's always been known for his intelligence and knowledge of complex concepts.

"Ah, yes, sensei," Kyotaka says, his voice calm and confident. "The difference between algebra and algorithm rules is a fundamental concept in mathematics."

He pauses for a moment, collecting his thoughts before continuing. "Algebra is a branch of mathematics that deals with the study of variables and their relationships. It involves the use of symbols, equations, and formulas to solve problems and model real-world situations."

Kyotaka glances around the room, making eye contact with his classmates as he continues to speak. "On the other hand, algorithm rules refer to a set of instructions or procedures that are used to solve a specific problem or complete a task. Algorithms can be expressed in various forms, including mathematical equations, flowcharts, or even computer code."

He pauses again, taking a deep breath before summarizing the key differences between the two concepts. "In essence, algebra is a tool used to solve problems, while algorithm rules are a set of instructions used to solve problems. Algebra is more focused on the theoretical aspects of mathematics, while algorithm rules are more focused on the practical applications of mathematics."

Tanaka-sensei nods, a look of approval on his face. "Very good, Kyotaka. You've explained the difference between algebra and algorithm rules clearly and concisely. Well done."

The rest of the class nods in agreement, impressed by Kyotaka's knowledge and explanation. I glance over at Mai, who's taking notes and looking interested in the discussion. She catches my eye and smiles, and I nod back at her in appreciation of Kyotaka's explanation.

Then Tanaka-sensei calls out Rokusuke Chabashira's name, he nods and stands up from his seat behind Kyotaka Ayanokoji. Rokusuke is a quiet and reserved student, but she's always been known for his deep thinking and introspective nature.

"Ah, yes, sensei," Rokusuke says, her voice soft and measured. "The human psychological term and the essence of life are complex and multifaceted concepts that have been debated by philosophers and scientists for centuries.

She pauses for a moment, collecting his thoughts before continuing. "From a psychological perspective, the human essence can be understood as the unique combination of thoughts, feelings, and experiences that make up an individual's personality and character. It's the sum total of our experiences, memories, and emotions that shape who we are and how we interact with the world around us."

Rokusuke glances around the room, making eye contact with his classmates as he continues to speak. "However, the essence of life is a more abstract concept that goes beyond the individual's psychological makeup. It's the fundamental nature of existence, the spark that drives us to live, to grow, and to evolve. It's the mystery that lies at the heart of human experience, and it's something that has puzzled philosophers, scientists, and artists for centuries."

She pauses again, taking a deep breath before summarizing his thoughts. "In essence, the human psychological term and the essence of life are intertwined, yet distinct concepts. The former refers to the individual's unique psychological makeup, while the latter refers to the fundamental nature of existence that drives us to live and grow."

Tanaka-sensei nods, a look of approval on his face. "Very good, Rokusuke. You've provided a thoughtful and insightful explanation of these complex concepts. Well done."

The rest of the class nods in agreement, impressed by Rokusuke's deep thinking and introspective nature. I glance over at Mai, who's taking notes and looking interested in the discussion. She catches my eye and smiles, and I nod back at her in appreciation of Rokusuke's explanation.

Tanaka-sensei looks at Kyotaka and Rokusuke, a hint of a smile plays on his lips. "You see, these two students who answered my question are the most talented students in the class 1-B. So, I want you all to be honest with them. Tell them what you really think about their answers."

The class falls silent, with all eyes on Kyotaka and Rokusuke. I can feel a sense of tension in the air, as if everyone is waiting to see how the other students will react.

Mai, who's sitting next to me, leans in and whispers, "I think Kyotaka's answer was really good. He explained it in a way that made sense to me."

I nod in agreement, thinking the same thing. "Yeah, I think he did a great job. And Rokusuke's answer was really deep and thought-provoking."

As the class continues to discuss, I notice that some students are being more critical of Kyotaka and Rokusuke's answers. "I don't think Kyotaka's answer was that good," one student says. "He just repeated what he's learned in class."

Rokusuke's answer is also being criticized by some students. "I don't get what he's trying to say," another student says. "It sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me."

Tanaka-sensei listens to the discussion, a look of interest on his face. "Ah, I see," he says. "It seems like some of you are having trouble understanding their answers. Let me ask you, what do you think is the most important thing about their answers?"

The class falls silent again, with all eyes on Tanaka-sensei. I can feel a sense of anticipation in the air, as if everyone is waiting to see what he'll say next.

Tanaka-sensei nods, a smile on his face. "That's right, class. The most important thing about Kyotaka and Rokusuke's answers is their way of thinking and reasoning. They were able to approach the problem from a unique perspective and come up with creative solutions."

He pauses for a moment, collecting his thoughts before continuing. "Now, let's move on to the math subject. Today, we're going to be learning about algebraic equations. Who can tell me what an algebraic equation is?"

The class falls silent, with all eyes on Tanaka-sensei. I raise my hand, and he nods at me to speak. "An algebraic equation is a mathematical statement that contains one or more variables, which are represented by letters or symbols, and constants, which are numbers or other mathematical expressions," I explain.

Tanaka-sensei nods, a look of approval on his face. "That's right, Nobuaki. An algebraic equation is a statement that contains variables and constants, and it can be used to solve for the value of the variable."

He writes an example equation on the board, and the class begins to work on solving it. I glance over at Kyotaka and Rokusuke, who are both working intently on the problem. Mai is also working on it, and I can see that she's having trouble understanding the concept.

Tanaka-sensei notices that Mai is struggling and walks over to her desk. "Don't worry, Mai," he says. "Algebraic equations can be tricky at first, but with practice, you'll get the hang of it. Let me help you work through this problem."

Mai nods, looking relieved, and Tanaka-sensei begins to explain the concept in a way that's easy for her to understand. I watch as he works with her, impressed by his patience and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.

(Then yamaguci who is sitting behind me said)

Yamaguci : u know dude. Something strange happened in previous night. I was sleeping but a unknown guy called me.

I turn around to see Yamaguchi, who's sitting behind me, looking concerned. "What do you mean, Yamaguchi?" I ask, intrigued by his story.

Yamaguchi leans in, lowering his voice. "I was sleeping, but I got a message on my phone. It was from an unknown number, and the message was weird. It said 'play the never-ending death or the orcal game'."

The class falls silent, with all eyes on Yamaguchi. I can feel a sense of unease in the air, as if everyone is wondering what's going on.

Tanaka-sensei's expression turns serious. "What do you mean by 'the orcal game', Yamaguchi?" he asks, his voice firm but curious.

Yamaguchi hesitates, looking around the room nervously. "I don't know, sensei. I've never heard of it before. But the message was really creepy. It said that if I didn't play the game, something bad would happen to me."

The class starts to murmur among themselves, with some students looking concerned and others looking skeptical. I glance over at Mai, who's looking worried. "Do you think it's true, Yamaguchi?" she asks, her voice barely above a whisper.

Yamaguchi shakes his head. "I don't know, Mai. But I'm scared. What if it's true?"

Tanaka-sensei's expression turns stern. "We'll look into it, Yamaguchi. But in the meantime, let's focus on our lesson. We can't let rumors and speculation distract us from our studies."

The class nods in agreement, but I can sense that everyone's minds are still on Yamaguchi's story. I glance over at Kyotaka and Rokusuke, who're both looking intrigued by the situation. It's clear that this is going to be a topic of discussion for a while.

As the class comes to a close, Tanaka-sensei packs up his things and says goodbye to the students. I, Mai, Yuri, and Mio all stand up and start to gather our belongings, chatting quietly among ourselves.

As we walk towards the entrance of the Academy, I notice that the atmosphere is a bit subdued. Yamaguchi's story about the mysterious message and the "never-ending death or the orcal game" has left everyone feeling a bit uneasy.

Mio, who's walking next to me, whispers, "Do you think it's true, Nobuaki? Do you think there's really a game like that?"

I shrug, not knowing what to say. "I don't know, Mio. But I'm sure Tanaka-sensei will look into it and figure out what's going on."

Yuri, who's walking on the other side of me, chimes in, "Yeah, and maybe we can even help him figure it out. We're all curious, right?"

I nod in agreement, and we all continue walking in silence for a moment. As we approach the entrance of the Academy, I notice that the hallway is empty and quiet. It's as if everyone is avoiding the topic of Yamaguchi's story.

As we step out into the bright sunlight, I take a deep breath, feeling a bit relieved to be out of the stuffy classroom. But my mind is still on Yamaguchi's story, and I can't help but wonder what's going on.

Mio, who's walking next to me, notices my expression and asks, "Hey, Nobuaki, are you okay? You look a bit worried."

I nod, trying to shake off my concerns. "Yeah, I'm fine, Mio. Just a bit tired, I guess."

Yuri and Mio exchange a look, but say nothing. We continue walking towards the exit, the silence between us a bit awkward.

As we continue walking, I notice that Mio and Yuri are lagging behind, chatting quietly among themselves. After a few minutes, they suddenly stop and say their goodbyes.

"See you later, Nobuaki!" Mio says, smiling. "I'm going to head home now."

"Yeah, see you later!" Yuri adds, waving goodbye.

I nod and smile, watching as they walk off in different directions. Mio heads towards her house, while Yuri disappears into the crowd.

I'm left standing alone on the street, feeling a bit lost. I wasn't expecting to be walking alone, and I'm not sure where I'm going.

As I look around, I notice that I'm in a familiar part of town. I remember walking through these streets before, but I'm not sure where I am now.

I take a deep breath and try to get my bearings. I look around at the buildings and shops, trying to remember where I am. Ah, yes! I remember now. I'm near the park where I like to go for a walk.

I smile to myself, feeling a bit more confident. I know where I am now, and I can head to the park to clear my head.

As I start walking towards the park, I notice that the streets are quiet and empty. It's a bit eerie, but I'm not sure why. I shrug it off and continue walking, enjoying the peacefulness of the surroundings.

As I walk, I start to think about Yamaguchi's story again. I wonder if it's true, and if there's really a game like that out there. I shake my head, trying to push the thoughts away. I don't want to think about it right now.

I continue walking, lost in my own thoughts, until I reach the park. I take a deep breath, feeling the fresh air fill my lungs, and start to walk along the path. The trees and flowers are beautiful, and I feel a sense of peace wash over me.

As I walk, I notice that the park is empty, except for a few people sitting on benches. I see a figure sitting on a bench, staring at something in their hand. I'm not sure what it is, but it looks like a phone.

I approach the bench, curious, and see that it's Yamaguchi. He's staring at his phone, looking worried and scared. I sit down next to him, trying not to startle him.

"Hey, Yamaguchi," I say softly. "What's going on? You look really worried."

Yamaguchi looks up at me, his eyes wide with fear. "I got another message," he says, his voice shaking. "It's from the same number as before. It says... it says that the game is real, and that I have to play it now."

Then i approach to yamaguci and try to viee the message in yamaguci's mobile and what i saw was beyond my understanding. The game has started and in the message the unknown guy said ", now ur 1st task will be easy and normal. And the task is. Cut yuri's leg with a sharp blad and if u fail then one of u will die thats wall.

(Then i think it as a joke and said to yamaguci.)

Me : hey buddy someone must be prankimg with ue, might be our classfriend so Don't take this seriously

I watch as Yamaguchi gets up from the bench, looking a bit shaken but trying to compose himself. He thanks me for believing him and tells me to go home. I nod and start to walk away, feeling a bit concerned about Yamaguchi's reaction.

As I walk, I notice that Yamaguchi is still standing in the park, looking at his phone with a mixture of fear and confusion on his face. I turn around to say something to him, but he's already walking away, disappearing into the crowd.

I'm left standing alone in the park, feeling a bit uneasy. I'm not sure what to make of Yamaguchi's reaction, but I'm glad I could help him see that it was probably just a prank. I shake my head, trying to clear my thoughts, and continue walking home.

I continue walking, feeling the cold wind and dark atmosphere surrounding me. The sky above is a deep yellow, with clouds that seem to be swirling in every direction. I can feel the anxiety and loneliness creeping in, making my heart beat a bit faster.

As I walk, I try to shake off the feeling of unease. I tell myself that it's just a prank, and that Yamaguchi is probably okay. But the more I think about it, the more I wonder if there's something more to it.

I finally reach my home, a small apartment building in a quiet neighborhood. I unlock the door and step inside, feeling a sense of relief wash over me. I'm safe, and I can forget about the strange events of the day.

But as I step inside, I notice that something feels off. The apartment is quiet, and the lights are dim. I fumble for the switch, turning on the lights to illuminate the room.

As the lights come on, I see that everything is in order. But I still feel a sense of unease, a feeling that something is not quite right. I try to shake it off, telling myself that I'm just being paranoid.
