Before even the notification came i jumped and kicked the window, as i picked up a glass shard the notification came, running to the back of the bus before the man had time to react i stabbed him in the neck.
As everyone gasped and ran to the other side of the bus assesing the situation, some of them were already picking up a glass shard kicking the window again to break it I jumped out of the bus and ran as the monsters flooded the bus once again.
"Fuck fuck fuck!! Now what? Should i go fight Arthur again? Should i save Choi Sooyoung? Who was that man? He had his hood up i couldn't see him well…" thought crossed my mind as i picked up a metal pipe laying onthe ground from the chaos, a bus crashed into one of the buildings is now on fire as the people fled for their lives.
Going down to the train station once again hoping i made it in time, i saw Arthur standing over the corpse of an old woman once again.
"YOU SHIT HEAD!" I screamed out as i rushed at him.
"The fuck is wrong with you… aren't you Akito? Did she tell you?"Arthur said pointing his arm at me ready to light me up.
I dropped the head of the metal pipe low to the ground going down to my knees i slid on the floor and brought up the metal pipe as hard as i could to Arthur's knees successfully breaking a kneecap.
"Agh…" Arthur dropped down to the floor looking pale and in shock for a moment then his face light up with anger as well as the Devils flames and he shouted
"YOU FUCKING BITCH!!!" The whole area was lit up on fire as i fled the underground area.
I ran to the entrance not sparing a glance. Running down the street I saw Choi Sooyoung behind the trash can crying.
Now that i think about it, does Sooyoung hide her feelings? After this she seemed quite calm and collected.
I threw the lighter at the monster's face and then brough down the metal pipe on the lighter causing it to explode on the monster's face.
The monster cried out in a gruling pain as its head was blown and lit up on fire. Running back to Choi sooyoung i grabbed her arm and ran down the street.
"Choi sooyoung! Help me kill my ex!!"
I screamed out in desperation.
She seemed to be in shock at my words.
"Hey how do you kno-" her scream was cut off once again. I saw Arthur on one leg at the back of the street. Looking down i saw Sooyoung's head rolling on the ground. My entire body was covered in blood.
I tried my best to calm down taking short breaths as i looked around desperately. On my right I saw the man in black hoodie once again. The dagger in his hand all bloody.
"I-I don't wanna di-" I tried to choke out just for him to cut off my head once again.
Opening my ice in cold sweat i was once again back in the bus. Cold sweat covered my entire body. My eyeballs were twitching and shaking my breathing was short and unsteady.
"Fuck…fuck fuck FUCK!!" I screamed out, even though i was basically immortal with my regression skill, the mental toll it took on me was too much to bear. I felt every pain as i died three times. Now i am on my third regression.
As the strangers on the bus looked at me with concern the notification popped up once again. I ignored it and ran to the back of the bus with glass shard in hand.
After killing and escaping from the bus, this time i decided not to confront Arthur. Going straight to Choi Sooyoung i picked up the metal pipe for the 3rd time. As i spotted the narrow alley i saw Choi Sooyoung under a man she was struggling, a sudden rage filled my unstable mind. I wanted to kill him.
Suddenly the grade 4 monster attacked the man from the side and brought him down to the ground. I saw Choi Sooyoung hide behind the garbage Can once again. Her eyes shaking with tears, I realized she didn't fear the monsters. It was men who she feared.
"Then why did she follow me? Because i saved her? If i don't save her here she should still be fine. What about the guy with black hoodie if I dont save her will he avoid me?"
Countless thoughts crossed my mind as i watched the situation, on the end of the street I saw a figure. A woman in a suit talking to a man dressed in black hoodie. The woman was… Carmellia…
Now it all made sense. If i attack Arthur i will die. Because Carmellia knew him even before the Apocalypse.
Phones should still be working this early into the Scenarios. That means if i attacked Arthur he would tell Carmellia and she would get the guy in Black hoodie to kill me. In fact in my first life i might have survived that long because I met Arthur.
Who knows what would have happened if i didn't meet him in my first life.
Now the picture was clear. I just have to save Choi Sooyoung and save myself as well. I'll wait for them to get out of here then take Choi Sooyoung's hand and run.
Suddenly Carmellia froze and she slowly turned her eyes to my direction. Her smile faltered and she said something to the man in black hoodie.
He turned his head around and started running at me at full speed.
"FUCKKK!!" I screamed as i ran through the narrow street. Before i could even feel it. My head was disconnected from my shoulders.
I woke up once again in that shitty dreading bus. My body shaking even more now my hands were going crazy i tried my best to control them, i couldn't help but let out a smile. After all. I knew what to do now.
