Present day.....

Greg was sitting in his office looking out over the city. Today, he had successfully landed a large contract at work and he was looking forward to feeling the effects of success after years of bad luck.

He was reading up on the news and he noticed that amongst the headlines there was an article on the effects of poaching on various animals. Being a strong supporter of conservation and protecting animals, he was angered at this news and suddenly distracted didn't notice where he was going.

Just before he would be run over, someone stepped into save him from his forgetfulness. As he was saved and thankful, he asked his rescuer if there was someway he could repay him. The rescuer looked at him and said," Well you could look where you are going but aside from that I am hungry." Greg realized at that moment the person who saved him was covered in rags. He looked like someone who had fallen on bad luck and worse times.

"We can definitely get something to eat. My name is Greg Gad and I am sorry for not paying attention. Thank you for saving me. What do I call you?", he said looking at the man.

" My name is Aidan Keyes and I was just at the right place and right time." Aidan smiled thinking about everything that led up to this. Greg led them to a place to eat that was highly recommended and a popular place.

As they are eating, luck would intervene and realizing what they are eating Aidan would try to spit it out only to start choking on the food. Greg leaps into action and the people around call the ambulances to come quickly.

Aidan would pull Greg close and whisper," There's nothing you can do my enemies found me once again and to add insult to my death they used endangered animals as food here. Promise me that you won't forget about the animals and bring this place to justice."

Greg looks at him in shock as his once rescuer is dying in his arms. With his mind blank, he waits for the paramedics and watches the life leave this man's eyes....

(In a white space... )

Aidan opens his eyes and looks around him. "Well it looks like I died again. If only I had a better understanding of the group behind that restaurant. Perhaps this time I will find out more." He looks around and waits for the inevitable. The part where he gets sucked back to some where and maybe this time he won't be human.

After what seems like a short time, the pull happens again and he suddenly feels cold and wet. His eyes don't seem to work and everything is so much louder than normal. He hears voices but can't understand what they are saying.

[Oh I guess I must be being born, this is not new but I am not on Earth. I feel heavy and why is the ground rushing up at me.

With a hard impact and a violent stop, he feels ground under him but this can't be right. Why does it feel so wet? Why do I feel so strange? He tries to stand up and realizes his center of gravity is off and he begins to "fall". Trying to put his hands out he feels they don't feel like hands. Just what happened did his mind cause something to change.

[I have lived that scenario for what feels like thousands of years. Why is this time so different? 'Hey System what's going on?']

Silence answers back ....

[Well this is not funny, System what's going on? What happened?]

{Error.... Anomaly encountered. System is not attached to subject. Fateful encounter in last sequence has altered reality. System is shut down and has been erased. New reality is this:

Aidan looks at the fading screen in his mind and sees his mindscape changes to a blank space. Trying to process what happens, he starts to work on standing and falls again. He keeps at it and after a few more tries he seems to correct himself and the voice noises all stop then suddenly get much louder as he feels lifted in place.

He feels warm things being out into his mouth and he feels less hungry or thirsty. Not realizing how much his hunger and thirst were he stumbled blindly following his senses that seem to be heightened. He starts to try to dig for the smells but doesn't seem to get anywhere.

Worn out from trying, he falls into a sleep and wakes up some time later with his eyes feeling more open and finally catching a look around. What he sees shocks him. The things around him seem to be elephant like but with a few other species mixed in.

He looks down and sees he is covered in iridescent scales that seem to be both beautiful and unseen as if his scales are phasing out of reality.

Aidan found out his name now was Shi Kaze and that he seemed to have been an answer from this tribes gods or so they believed. He realized that this was clearly not Earth or even the Blue Planet from the novels he used to read. It was reminiscent of a world of fantastic creative design created by his father but since its real does that mean all the stories of this place were true.

Is this a place where countless novel ideas merged and where the planet was surrounded by astral events like wormholes and rifts. Which era did he land in? And when did Beast taming become the common goal of the races?

Struggling to remember, he understands that life is not going to be easy anymore. His tribe are unique and powerful and he seems to be even more rare amongst them. From nearly birth, he is already being warned about the Tamers and how his people have been hunted down to these last thousand.

They have hidden away and adapted to the new environment they are in. The cave they are in they believe will save them.....
