Hello Author here. I just wanted to address a few comments I have seen multiple of. Starting off I have seen comments on giving him the ability to summon/create technology. I currently have no plans to add a large amount of technology into the world, but there was always a plan to add a series of technologically advanced floors including a safe zone and small community on it.

I think it has been about a month since ground was broken in the town near the tower and so far it has been growing steadily with much of the General's part completed already. Unfortunately the General and Advisor have been building permanent buildings separately so looking at the town made it obvious it was uncoordinated in any way.
During this time someone had finally broken past the fifth floor giving me access to the next ten this time. Six through ten was more of the same but eleven through fifteen gave me the creeps.

Floors with a bug theme were just the worst, they are always harder than intended because of a colony's natural coordination and numbers. I had also added Dungeons to most of the floors keeping them at an easy or medium difficulty except for the one on the fifth floor which turned into another ant nest. I also made sure to purchase the rest of the missing classes as well.

As a reward for someone getting past the fifth floor, I was given the option to design my own weapons which may not seem like much, but it means that I can get stuff from tv shows and movies into this world unfortunately it cost a thousand points to do so; at minimum; for now, though it isn't worth it. I was also given less reset time for the dungeons. With the new influx of points I was able to purchase a multitude of abilities as well as a new sword for myself made out of damascus steel. Today was the day where I am supposed to go check out the finished buildings before they finish up the town over the next few weeks.
"Alright let's do this" I said teleporting to the outskirts of the town.
Walking through the center I twisted my head a few times to observe the fire nation style buildings on my left and the Earth Kingdom ones on my right. Both had their charm to them but the dissimilar buildings were still a little weird.
"Hey Tower Master Callum, what's on the agenda today" I heard.
Turning around I saw Go Rehi approaching in his standard plate armor.

"Yes, I have, I have never felt stronger" he answered.
"Good, Good how are the dungeons going"
"The fire nation has mostly capitalized on a good few, but we have almost matched them in recent days"
"Good job, I have a plan for fixing the dungeon issue but for now I am just going to let you guys work it out between yourselves"
"Fair enough, any plans for the day"
"Yes, I have already informed Dao Mu but I will be inviting the northern watertribe today, I think with the permanent housing and other buildings it would be good"
"Fair enough, You do realise we won't be giving it to them for free"
"Yes, I know but they can always stay in tents like you guys did until they get some items from the tower"
"True"
"In fact, you could even higher them to go and do the dungeons for you, that way your men can focus on the town or climbing the floors"
"That's…Actually a really good idea, thanks"
"No problem, see you later"
Walking away I approached a trader selling some papayas and bought one from him. It's a good thing I can literally make money by selling weapons or armor. Walking through the streets I am pleased with the progress, not only did they have already made houses but also had the foresight to include some permanent stalls and shops. Both the Fire Nation and Earth kingdom brought over a blacksmith as well.
"Alright let's craft this invitation" I said while leaning on a random building.

Come to the tower at your convenience where you can gain strength never seen before. Just to prepare you there are two rules you must follow 1. You can not prevent people from entering tower 2. Pushing myself off of the house I was leaning on, I made my way out of town to begin my airbending practice. I hadn't made significant progress, but I was able to blast out a decent amount of air with some preparation. After some time, an idea came to me that I can't believe I had never thought before.
Turning back to the town I made my way to where Dao Mu was staying, ever since he made a bad initial impression, he has been more than accommodating to anything I want. Soon after entering the town, I walked through the doors of the current largest building in the town, The Advisors house.
"Hey, I Dao Mu here?" I asked a nearby guard.
"Tower master" he said bowing a but "He is up in his office, feel free to go up"
"Thank you"
Walking up to the second floor I made my way to the left corridor all the way to the end then knocked on the door.
"Come in" I heard.
Opening the door I entered to find Dao Mu sitting at his desk, surprisingly looking a bit younger. He was still old but I'm guessing his encrusted constitution helped a bit.

"Yes, I haven't felt this good in years," he replied.
I chuckled at that "Yeah I have a favor to ask?"
"So do I, but let's get to you first"
"I need a classless person to volunteer for a little experiment"
"Hmm, Hano!" he yelled.
Opening the door Dao Mu's assistant, a thin man with spiky hair and a monocle, entered the room.
"Yes sir?" he asked.
"I need you to participate in a little experiment that the Tower Master is doing" he commanded.
Looking nervous he asked me "Will it hurt"
"Not at all, if fact you may gain something from it"
"Alright" he replied hesitantly.

Purchasing the item a red book fell into my hand with the symbol for fire on it.
"Here you go," I said, handing it to the assistant.
"What do I do?" he asked.
"Try opening it," I instructed.
TheAssistant Hano lifted the cover and his eyes went wide "Is this real"
"Yes it is"
"Accept," Hano said aloud excitedly.
"What is going on?" Dao Mu asked.
"He just made me a firebender!" Hano yelled.
After checking his status I confirmed that the skills had worked but also changed his class as well.
"What?" Dao Mu said, standing and knocking his chair to the ground.
"Honestly I didn't think it would work" I commented.
"Do you know what this means?" Dao Mu said, looking at me with wide eyes.
"Yes I do and no I won't"
"Won't what?"
"Give people bending, at least it will only be rare this was just an experiment to see what would happen"
"But…" he started.
"As I said I won't be bending people anytime soon" I said a bit more forcefully.
"I…Understand, I will need to include this in my reports to the Fire Nation capital"
"I understand, you said you had a favor to ask"
"Yes, I did Hano you may go now" Dao Mu said.
Watching Hano leave the room eyes still a little unfocused I turned back to Dao Mu "What is the favor"
"The Fire Lord wishes to colonize these lands so that he may have a suitable place for when he finally comes here"
"That is fine but you know my rules, I don't want the different nations bickering in my backyard or I will ban everyone from the tower"
"I understand that but with more people coming it may be difficult to control everyone"
"Do you think I'm stupid?" I asked.
Watching his face go pale he quickly responded "No, no, no definitely not"
"I know that it is impossible for everyone to control themselves when in close proximity, there is bound to be some conflict but there are obvious lines that shouldn't be crossed"
"I understand"
"When will they be here"
"Not for a whale they still want me to send in some more reports on the tower and the people here as well"
"Ah, I also just sent the invitation to the northern watertribe today so hopefully we can expect them soon, I have an idea that I want to implement"
"An idea?"
"I want a combined group of representatives of the three nations to oversee a new faction"
"And what is this faction?" he asked intrigued.
"The Adventurers guild" I said with a smile.
