Synopsis
It is a common trope in Novels for heroes to wake up in another world, thrust into a situation where they must fulfill a prophecy or help defeat evil in their world. However, there is a notable absence in these stories: a character who arrives by mistake, with no clear goal or desire, and no one who wants them there. Our heroine wakes up in a world that is similar to ours but with one significant difference: she has no idea why she is there. To make matters worse, the residents are reluctant to assist her in returning to her home, claiming that her presence poses a threat to them. Our heroine must now navigate this challenging situation to find a way back to our world. What is the real reason for her presence and why is she here?

Chapter 1 - Where it all begun...

Drip....

Drip....

Drip...

Whispers of the wind, and the raindrops that slowly turns into screaming with angry clouds cries.

Looking through her windows is a beautiful young girl that looks no older than 17; watching the change in the weather with a cup of hot chocolate and some cupcakes.

Her eyes closed her lips drawing a smile on her face, mind is in a serene state.

Slowly yet softly an enhancing pair of eyes you'll ever see.

The right one is the marble jade, the left one is the the night sky or the calm ocean ; sapphire.

Indeed such a unique pair.

Soft sigh escaped her lips.....

Observing the night starts on a rainy day made them glow even more than normal ;it gives off almost a magical glow. She always loved the night sky that filled with the glittery stars.

Why she loves it? She didn't have a reason maybe because they're beautiful. Perhaps it's the fact her name is named after them Vespera.

Her mother named her that cause the day she was born in the usual sky was filled with more stars than usual, it was almost like all the stars invited their relatives to witness her birth.....

It was an amazing night specially when comets passed that night. Falling from the sky was how they looked although they didn't actually fall.

One could only imagine the sight.

She was currently waiting for her mother, The older woman had gone to visit her sick mother, Vespera's grandmother. Her mother was expected to return today; however, due to the inclement weather, it was unlikely that she would return today. She exhaled and stated, "It appears that your arrival is not to be today. I hope you are well, Mom, wherever you are."

She stood up from her chair and drank the rest of her hot chocolate on her way to the kitchen. After cleaning her dishes, she went to check on her little brother and sister.

She couldn't help but smile at the sight of her siblings on the ground , where they were watching cartoons. They were in a peculiar position. Her brother was wearing Chat Noir custom, and her sister had on a Kagami-type outfit. The boy was snoring on the ground, his arms under his head and his legs on another. His mouth was open, and he had a trail of juice on his face. Meanwhile, her sister was sleeping like an X, with her long red hair making waves of flames on the ground. Her mouth had a sugar cube. "You silly children," she chuckled, carrying her brother first. She gently placed him on his green bed. She did the same thing with her sister, but to a different blue-colored bed.

She gently helped them change out of their clothes into their pajamas. She took the sugar cube from her sister, wearing a glove, and cleaned her brother's face with wipes. Then, gave each of them a kiss on their foreheads. She left the door slightly open, just in case something happened.

You might think she's crazy, but she has a hunch, a bad one, that something bad is about to happen — something really bad. Sighing softly, she shook her head and placed her hand on her chest. "No need to be paranoid. Nothing is going to happen. I'm in my home with my family, safe and sound," she whispered. She continued her little trip to the first floor, where the basement lies. She needs to make sure the garage is closed and everything is clear so she can go and sleep.

As she reached for the basement door, a deafening clap of thunder echoed through the sky, and suddenly, the house was plunged into darkness. Vespera's heart raced as her breath caught in her throat. She stood frozen for a moment, her mind racing with thoughts of what might be lurking in the shadows.

Gathering her courage, Vespera fumbled for her flashlight, the small beam barely cutting through the oppressive darkness. She took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves, and slowly pushed open the basement door.

To her surprise, rather than the usual clutter and dimness, a mysterious shining light emanated from one corner of the room. It was unlike anything she had ever seen—glowing softly with an ethereal, almost magical quality. The light cast gentle shadows across the walls, creating a serene atmosphere amidst the storm's chaos outside.

Vespera's fear began to dissipate, replaced by a sense of wonder and intrigue. She carefully descended the stairs, each step bringing her closer to the source of the light. As she approached, she noticed that the light was emanating from an old, ornate chest she had never seen before.

The chest seemed out of place among the ordinary items scattered in the basement. Its surface was intricately carved with swirling patterns that seemed to dance in the glow. Vespera couldn't resist the urge to open it and discover what lay inside.

As her fingers traced the patterns on the lid, she felt a strange warmth radiating from it. With a gentle push, the chest creaked open, revealing its contents. What she found inside would change everything she thought she knew about her home and its history.

Inside the chest lay a collection of shimmering objects—jewels, trinkets, and a diary, all seemingly untouched by time. The diary's pages were filled with tales of adventure, mystery, and magic, hinting at secrets long forgotten.

Vespera opened the diary, an ancient tome passed down through generations, its pages whispered secrets of the past. As she pried it open, a blinding light erupted from its depths, compelling her to shield her eyes. The room was filled with an ethereal glow that seemed to hold the weight of countless stories.

The light was intense, almost alive, as if it held the essence of forgotten times. It enveloped Vespera, penetrating her very being, forcing her to close her eyes tightly. Her mind spun like a tempest, each thought swirling with the force of a whirlwind. The cacophony of thunder reverberated through the air, halting time itself, as though the world had paused to witness this moment.

As the thunder subsided, Vespera felt the world shift beneath her. The familiar sensation of solid ground disappeared, leaving her untethered, floating in a realm of uncertainty. Her head throbbed with the intensity of a thousand thoughts, and her heart felt heavy.

Vespera's emotions were a tumultuous sea, crashing and ebbing with the realization of what she had unleashed. The diary was no ordinary book—it was a portal, a gateway to knowledge and power beyond her understanding. She felt a strange mixture of fear and awe, knowing that she stood at the precipice of something extraordinary.

In this suspended moment, Vespera understood that her journey had only just begun. The diary held secrets that could change everything, and she was the keeper of its mysteries. As the light began to fade, she opened her eyes to a world forever altered, ready to embrace the path that lay ahead.
